We were the first Groupon customers to utilize the Napa Valley wine tour and the service was fantastic. We ordered and additional 2 hours in trade for a Petaluma pick and so that I could chose our wineries in Sonoma Valley instead of Napa. I took my BF and his brother and his GF on their first tour ever and wanted make sure it was an enjoyable experience so I insisted on going to places I was more familiar with, that were closer to our launching pad and with and that I knew they would enjoy. Quality Limo was more than accommodating to these requests however we did ensure proper compensation (2+ hours and a good tip) as a thank you. The service was fantastic. The driver was timely and organized and had a great sense of humor as we in the backseat were enjoying the giggle filled sillyness that often accompanies such events. We were only turned around once which I have to take responsibility for due to a lack of sense of direction and a substantial amount of wine consumption. Booked the Groupon, he was very flexible with pickup and drop off. He picked me up at the hotel (showed up a couple mins early) and dropped me in town. I told him when I booked I planned to go over 4 hours. He was no pressure about time, I kept him 3 extra hours. We really enjoyed him. He opened the door for my wife every stop and pickup, replenished waters every stop (I was going to put a case in the car in the AM and he said no, he had it). He was a young guy that was personable and didn't talk too much, he could read us on if we wanted to talk to him or not. He isn't a Tour Operator, he is a driver, and that is what I expected. He didn't give us any great insight on wineries, but he knew his way around Napa and we just rolled past a hidden winery way up north Napa past castiglio. He had us on track in 5 mins. I have since recommended him to a friend for her honeymoon in the beginning of October. I don't plan on being back anytime soon, but I certainly would call him if I was in need of a driver again in the area. He shared some insight into San Fran for us too, as that was our next stop on the road trip. It was very convenient, I would call or text him when we were done at the winery and he would come from the parking lot to get us curbside. The car was immaculate, it was the executive stretched Lincoln with the controls for a/c, tissue, lit mirrors from the roof, passengers seat controls all in the back counsel. We had an amazing time on the Napa Valley Wine Tour that we purchased through Groupon. In fact, we told the owner of Quality Limo that he should be charging a LOT more for this tour! He called to verify our pickup time and was prompt and polite. I'm not from the area, so I had all of the typical touristy questions on the drive and he knows the area very well (and didn't get annoyed with me lol). The car was clean and comfortable, and he had some bottled water for us for the trip. We stopped first at the Carpe Diem Wine Bar, then at the Zinsvalley Restaurant and had a fabulous time at both. Our driver simply said to call him whenever we were ready to go, so we didn't feel rushed at all and took a bit of extra time, which we just paid for at the end. I prebooked a car to pick me up at Oakland airport. They left me stranded there in the middle of a BART strike. They said the car was in an incident. When I said that I thought the just didn't want to cross the bridge in the middle of a strike the guy sort of sputtered. I've prebooked car services all over the country and if one service has a problem they find another. This is standard practice for car services and small companies pool to manage their overflow work. The first time I called Quality Limo and they were very nice on the phone and I told him I needed to be picked up at SFO with only a 2.5 hour notice (1 hour in advance of my flight and my 1.5 hour flight). During that time my flight was delayed and I called him back to tell him. After all the BS I put him through he came on time with a very clean car and had a generous amount of water. Bay, the driver, is first class. He always arrives on time or a tiny bit early, sharply dressed and with a super friendly demeanor. I have hired him about 6 times now and he is consistently punctual, eager to help, and friendly but also respectful. He drives safely and most importantly is smooth on the pedals. LOVED Bay and Quality Limo! He was so nice and so flexible. He's just starting up his own business and had a different idea for a Groupon deal but the Groupon sales team suggested that he do the Napa deal that he ended up offering. I took advantage of the Groupon deal and booked his town car for myself and 3 girlfriends who were visiting and wanted to see Sonoma. I asked Bay the morning of if we could scratch the Napa plans and head to Sonoma instead. He was totally fine with it. I've been living in the Bay Area for almost a decade now and never had i chance to go wine-tasting in Napa really; shame on me, i know. So finally I came across this Groupon deal and was curious enough to give it a try because I also wanted to surprise my girlfriend. I had a family trip to San Francisco last week and wasn't sure whome to pick us up and tour the city because of my new born baby, i needed someone trustworthy and safe.
