He seemed to be a bit confused over where I lived, even though I gave him a street address, and asked me for a major intersection near my pick-up point. When I gave him one, it apparently wasn't major enough, and he kept pressing me to provide an even bigger intersection so the driver could find his way to the house. I thought that's what Google maps was supposed to help you figure out... No major complaints about the actual ride. The driver was exactly on time, and called 5 minutes ahead to let me know that he had almost arrived. The car itself was spacious and clean, and the driver was amiable and professional. His driving was safe and fast, getting me to the airport slightly ahead of schedule (though to be fair, no one was on the road at 4 AM). However, there were two aspects of the ride that could have been better: 1. En route to the airport, the driver asked me how I had heard about their taxi service. I told him that I had read reviews on Yelp, at which point he asked if I had an account. When I said yes, he asked if I would mind writing them a review. I told him I would definitely write a review. There was an awkward silence, and then he asked, "...So, can you write the review right now?" No, I cannot write the review right now! That totally defeats the purpose of reviewing the experience! He kept being pushy about it, until I told him firmly that I would write the review when I got to a computer. I know that the company relies on Yelp reviews to get the word out, but seriously? The pushiness frustrated me a bit, and that clearly bit them in the butt. 2. When we got to the airport, the driver said that if I was paying by credit card, I would need to pay an additional $5 surcharge to cover the credit card fee. I was really annoyed by this, since the dispatcher had never mentioned an additional cost for using a credit card when he quoted me a price the previous evening. I sucked it up and paid the extra few dollars because I rarely carry around that much cash without advance notice. Still, I thought it was pretty unfair of them to spring the fee on me last-minute. Overall, the taxi service was a good one, and I would trust it to get me to the airport on time and at a reasonable price. If I use them in the future, though, I'll be aware of their credit card policy.

They're always on time and professional. Cars are clean and the drivers drive safely. The rates are very reasonable and definitely worth it to not have to drive and park at SFO. Booking is really easy (I always use the form on the website) and they're quick to respond. I've had to change plans a couple times and they've always been able to accommodate the change. I was worried because of the Chinese New Year Parade and it was raining hard. Willy Limo called me at 30 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. My nieces was anxious, and 6:20 PM, 10 minutes earlier than my pick up time, Will showed up at the InterContinental. Willy was polished with his suite, clean cut, extremely well-manner and courteous toward my parents and nieces. The moment I saw him, I was like "what a relief!" He dropped us off at Alexander's Steakhouse, told me to take our time & just called him 20 minutes before we finish for him to pick us up. He arrived early again (second ++ bonus points), my folks got in & as easy as a ride can be, Willy Limo got us back to the hotel safely.
