He was very passionate and a true believer in the product. His demo did open my eyes to a couple really interesting facts and I am a life learner so I liked that. The install was the very next day! Beautiful work. Very friendly tech with my family. I had two paver stones for him to use as a base and he installed the resin filters to perfect level with all new valves and disposed of my old unit. They intrigued me with their partnership with a gentle soap partnership so I am honestly looking forward to trying them out. I had some eco friendly soaps in the military so I know they can work especially with purer water.

I've used Blue Sky since 2019, and when I called again, they got a crew out within 2 hours. This house has a weird plumbing situation; Kevin & his coworker didn't just jump in; they listened very carefully and were able to research Blue Sky's database to find notes left by that first plumber way back from that 2019 visit. That was key because he used that information to save me a bunch of money. Also because of the weird house construction, they had to work harder to solve the problem and did it all with a good sense of humor. Can't recommend anyone more highly.

I called him out once for a leak from these fittings. He charged me $90 just to come out on a project he installed. When I had a second leak from a same type of fitting, he tried to charge me $90 again, when he knew from the previous 2 times that these fittings were poor. He has a real schtick to keep people paying. When I questioned him about charging another $90, he literally ripped the bill out of my hand and said "if you are going to cry about it, hire another plumber and see what he charges you". Very rude and inappropriate. Good riddance - never again. My advice is to look elsewhere for an honest plumber who isn't hostile.
