They have a deep passion to conduct a superior installation and or repair. They are extremely professional, respectful, exceptionally knowledgeable and focused on attention to detail by taking pride in their work. They arrived on time and finished on time. They keep cost down. Instead of selling me a new control head, they rebuilt my existing one saving me nearly $1000. They installed a new iron filter tank and a new water softener tank. Upon installation of the new tanks, they corrected numerous discrepancies with the initial piping installation, which was installed by a different contractor. If quality parts and equipment are not available, they reschedule when the correct parts are readily on hand. They will not install substandard equipment. They work extremely well together and maximizing productivity. It was an honor to have them at my home. It is refreshing to see them possess and demonstrate the values that made this country great!!!

Separate from this, my wife was complaining about her hair not getting clean enough, and over time I noticed a white build up in the black tray underneath the dish strainer. I did two separate brand water hardness tests, and both times it did nt test as hard. It turns out, as Nova enlightened me, that it is more complicated than PH level. A water softener also removes mineral deposits . So we had Nova put that in as well, the wife no longer moans about her hair, and there are no longer white deposits on the dish tray. The water feels different and better. So regardless of the PH your water tests at I recommend that you have Nova install both of these devices.
