They replaced and upgraded the 6.5 year old 20 gal tank that went bad with a 44 gal tank, along with the pressure switch and pressure gauge. Joe & Mike were very knowledgeable, very efficient and completed everything and gone by 8:30pm. They also educated us on how to flush the tank twice a year to have it last longer and work better. I recommend these guys and will call on them again if ever the need arises.

Wesley happened to be in the neighborhood and was available within 30 minutes. The testing only took a few minutes. A high level of total dissolved solids (TDS) was indicated, and Wesley identified a faulty water softener was the contributing source. We disconnected the water softener and are flushing the system to clear the elevated TDS. The whole inspection only took about 30 minutes and Wesley provided the service free-of-charge. Great job.

As of 08/18/25, I still have not received any return call. In the past, when this service was provided by SWS under Skip, I could usually count on a same‑day or next‑day response, which made the process much smoother. Since the acquisition by EcoWater, this has not been my experience. I can't fully comment on their actual service work, from a customer service standpoint, lack of follow-up is disappointing. I cannot recommend relying on EcoWater for time-sensitive or urgent service needs. Hopefully, service issues will be addressed moving forward.

It would take so much time and space to list everything that has gone wrong with our experience…read morewith Fletcher Plumbing. Initially they were under different ownership and things were much better...we even recommended them to friends because of the confidence we become accustomed to with this company. After the change in ownership the company started really slipping in a noticeable and costly way. There is also a very real issue with how professional this company is run-from the staff to the plumbers that are sent to do the actual work. I'm just going to say that I have lost any trust or respect for this company. I would not recommend them to anyone..not anyone! I liken it to knowingly flushing your hard earned money down the toilet. That's how my husband and I both feel after so many disastrous experiences with Fletcher Plumbing. The feeling we got was that they just didn't care. This feeling is founded on concrete evidence.
