He has to put me on hold while he calls a tech in the field but at least I have a time now. But frustrated at having to work at it. Since I'd always gotten great service (except their billing) before I had to ask the guy if they were under new ownership or management and no suprise he said that Sept 2024 they were bought out by Culligan.
