All Rite has been great up until today. I made an appointment for today, and when I made it the CSR said the tech would call me that morning with a window for his arrival. Waited until 9:30 but never got a call. So I called them- auto answer system put me on hold but I gave up holding after 3:30 elapsed. Called back a few minutes later- auto answer says they're busy and will return my call, which they didn't. So 15 minutes later I call and reach a person. He has to put me on hold while he calls a tech in the field but at least I have a time now. But frustrated at having to work at it. Since I'd always gotten great service (except their billing) before I had to ask the guy if they were under new ownership or management and no suprise he said that Sept 2024 they were bought out by Culligan. I found where my old tech left for because I'm not having a good feeling about the used to be All Rite now Culligan branch. read more

Their tech came out and gave us suggestions as to what to do. We spent over $2000 and our water was still not clear, and it had a smell. The tech said he had done everything he could. Then I went to the office and explained the problem, so they sent a different tech that fixed our problem. I was told I would not be charged. Then several months later, I get a bill for an additional $400 for the work that I was told that I would not be charged for. The office just says they are in a transitional time and that's why the bill is just now appearing. I do not believe I owed them the additional $400 but I paid it and I will now take my business elsewhere. Their record keeping and billing is a mess. They couldn't tell me what techs worked on my system. The only way I know that I won't get screwed by this company again is to take my business elsewhere. read more

Called to have water tested and possible upgrade my water treatment system. Their commercial says free in-home analysis so I made an appointment. Tech came out, tested water and said there isn't anything we can do, your well is damaged. Had a new well drilled, and they received a bill in the mail stating I am behind on payments, which I had no idea I even owned them money and charged me a late fee and 89 dollars. I explained that your commercial says free in-home water analysis. I was told this is only for new customers, which I am, and its only for people who use their water system. This is not stated on the commercial, nor when you call. I wasn't told by the tech about the charge or anyone in the company for that matter. While they did admit they didn't send a bill for the 1st payment, and they would remove the late charge, they said that just testing water was enough to cause a service charge with no other actions to be preformed. I would never recommend them to any of my family or friends or anyone in general. There are many other options for water treatment other than this company. Shifty business practices, and false advertising is how this company runs. Edit: General Manager called me as a follow up to my review. He asked me to explain the situation because "this is not how we run out business." I explained the situation again. He confirmed they do free water analysis, but this is only for people who do not own any equipment currently. How would a customer know this? Why wasn't this asked on the phone when I scheduled the appointment? He did offer to send a truck out for "free" though I paid for the "free" visit. I told him, I did not want the offer and I would do business with someone else who I can actually trust. read more

Installed a system a couple years ago. Tech plumbed brine tank hanging off the slab because he didn't want the trouble of moving pressure tank over an inch or two. Took a phone call to get him to come back and finish the under sink RO system. That also required a huff and puff with another visit with the part he forgot again. Also never brought the screen covers for both units after multiple calls. Had a salt level sensor problem never addressed on the call as well. Have a current problem, called for warranty, lead to believe they had problems getting part. Could easily get me a part that wasn't a warranty issue though. Lied to, they just don't want to deal with EcoWater anymore, top of line unit paid cash for. Told salt level sensor, motherboard are bad. Sent another tech to verify and was told a third part now needs replaced. A month later was told to contact someone else to deal with the unit they installed. I did, another outfit from a different county, said have no issues getting parts and have them on hand. Came out and all needed was a new power cord and basic service. They also put on the two screen covers without even mentioning it. The same two covers requested from Allrite about half dozen times. Allrite has gone down hill since at least new owner took over a couple years ago. Profits over customer service and satisfaction. What they are pulling is questionably criminal, very least dishonest, disrespectful, and dishonorable. Plenty other small companies want your business and actually have a passion for their job and pride in their work. read more

Bought my new home in vero beach in January and continued service with all rite after the previous owner had been served well for many years. I'm glad she recommended them as my experience with them has been great. They are honest, knowledgeable, affordable, efficient, and with friendly quality customer service to boot! This company over charges and puts in water systems that are not good enough to do what they have to do. And they sell products that you have to go to them to get replacement filters. And they over charge for those. And they tell you that the system is the best only because they want to capture you and hold your system for ransom this is the worst company i have ever dealt with and even after spending all that money over a 1000 for a filter that is much smaller than needed and the water taste is bad. read more
