Let me start off by saying that the encounter with service tech was okay. The issue was the…read moredishonesty and pricing. My Ac unit stopped working on Saturday night. I called them Sunday morning the turn around was quick. He was pretty straight forward about the weekend visit. $225.00 but I agreed. He came he said my unit required an easy fixed a replacement cost $169.00. From here he diagnosed my AC and he told me that my AC was leaking from the upstairs handler. He said I needed a new HVAC system.. He said he had to turn off my system because he tested the system and coolant was super low and the sys had a leak. Left me with no AC and a $400 bill. I just had another ac repair person come by. He turned everything on and tested everything that I told him the guy told me. He told me that my unit was completely fine all the gauges were balanced and not low. Meaning that I was being conned into thinking I had needed a new HVAC system which wasn't the case. I thought seacoast was a reputable company but apparently not. I researched them and it appeared they were highly rated!!! I say ask people you know for people who are actually honest!! WOW!!
