Tim shows up ready to tackle the toilet and even install a new toilet if needed. We told him we've already had it snaked, camera'd, and the toilet reset with new wax seal. He comes in and sees the problem immediately and fixed it pronto. More important than that, he is super respectful, very knowledgeable, put down a drop cloth (a clean one!) and found the problem in less than 15 minutes and he didn't leave until he was absolutely positive it was fixed.
