I still wont buy condoms or pregnancy tests here but you know what? who cares? go buy your industrial size tube of lube at CVS . HOWEVER, you know what you can pick up here? Some ah-mazing sandwiches for your post horizontal mambo munchies. I'm changing my tune because I've had a change of heart. I wish we had more merchants like Creedmoor Pharmacy. I live in Creedmoor, and it's this kind of personal experience that makes me glad we decided to move here 13 years ago. My two young girls also love to eat lunch there and look at the knick-knacks. It's that kind of old-fashioned pharmacy, one that is sorely missed in bigger cities. I experienced a prime example of their level of service when I took my visiting mother (whom they had never met) to get an emergency refill on one of her pills. They were more than happy to do it, because they knew me, and figured she must be okay as well (and she did have her insurance card, so that helped). They rushed to fill it, and less than 30 minutes later, we were out of there.

In the case of critically needed pain meds, this is unacceptable. Under the old system, a doctor would send the script electronically to Walgreens. By the time I got home, the medicine would be ready for pickup. The new system prevents that timeliness. Yesterday, I was told my order would be ready at 1:35 this afternoon. This afternoon's status: "I see you have an order for Trazodone 50mg Tablets. We're working on your order.. Estimated pickup time: Sorry, we're running behind schedule. We'll keep you updated". So, not even their fancy AI knows when I'll get my prescription.

I wanted to use my Good RX coupon and I was told I can only do it inside. I always get nervous asking if I can use my coupon, because every time I had in the past, I was met with attitude and I end up saying "nevermind". Yesterday was the first and only time I was helped with kindness and patience at this location. I am very thankful for the two ladies that helped me yesterday. I can no longer trust the 3737 Roxboro St. CVS pharmacy after their mishandling of my prescription,…read morewhich could have been life-threatening for others and caused me significant discomfort. The pharmacy remained open with extremely limited hours while the store itself was closed due to construction, which made no sense. It would have been better if they had just shut down completely. I had a prescription sent here for a painful rash, but when I arrived, the store was closed with a sign saying they were shut down by the fire marshal. No guidance was provided on what to do next, and my prescriptions were still listed as "in process" online. I tried to transfer my prescriptions to another CVS but encountered endless red tape, so I had to get my doctor to send them to a different pharmacy. By the time I received my medication, it was too late to help. Unexpected events happen, but leaving prescriptions in limbo without any communication or a plan in place is unacceptable for a pharmacy. Even after they reopen, I will never return and recommend anyone in the area go to Walgreens or the independent pharmacy, Josef's, down the road instead.
