Mykel arrived within two hours, and had our drain flowing within ten minutes. He explained what he thought the problem was and quickly unstopped the drain with a plunger. (I had already tried that, too, but I had no success.) He also suggested some preventative maintenance that would help prevent the issue from recurring. We appreciate Mykel's quick and honest service! We'll be calling "A Better Plumber" and asking for Mykel by name if and when we have any other plumbing problems.

They suggested following up with me a few days later with a camera down the drain to ensure there weren't any additional issues. A different technician came a few days later to perform the camera work and informed me that I had a leak in my drain under the foundation of the house. He was convincing, and showed me the footage as well (although I had no idea what I was looking at). They quoted me 7K to excavate the foundation, repair the broken drain pipe, and jet the drain line. I then called two other companies and informed them what I had heard, both of which gave me far better pricing. One of the other companies performed the work, but after diggin up the foundation, they discovered there was no leak at all. A better plumber had made a mistake in their analysis which cost me thousands of dollars. Buyer beware, if this company claims you have an issue, don't take their word for it. Have another company do the same analysis (instead of trusting them and hvaing the work done, which is what I did).

He did not mind at all which made me feel very comfortable to take my time deciding. I called back to let him know I wanted to be on the schedule for next day, and he had no problem getting me in! He was professional the entire time, which I really appreciated. He called me when he was on his way to my house to let me know he would arrive shortly. When he arrived he got my bathtub unclogged and also offered to check my other drains to make sure they were working, for a low, set price. If they weren't, he would get them draining again. My bathroom sink always clogs, so I found this very helpful. Before he left he took my email and I had an invoice within 20 minutes. I'm really pleased with how the entire service played out and James was always kind and professional. Call to make an appointment because they are the best!!
