My deck has a lot of odd angles and was a complicated project, but Paul made everything feel easy. He was extremely communicative--texted me back right away, came out immediately to give me a quote, and always answered every follow-up question I had. It was genuinely a pleasure working with him. My custom-designed railing (64 linear feet) was hot-dip galvanized and took about six weeks from start to finish. Paul recommended a matte black finish because the hot-dip process can leave slight irregularities, but it ensures the metal will never rust. He was absolutely right--the final result is stunning. The railing was installed the day before my birthday party, and we made it just in time. All of my guests and neighbors were blown away by how beautiful everything turned out. Frank (for FRAUD) did an awful job for our stair railing. This saga started on Jan 9th. He…read morepromised quality work on two of our stair railings and he took $3450 for the first installment. He installed first stair railing on Feb 8th.  Not only does the stair railing have awkward spacing but they installed the whole thing crooked.  They also burnt our flooring by welding the stair railing inside the house.  They made a huge mess of black hand prints on our walls and didn't clean up after. I am attaching the picture of the stair railing.  Once we asked him to correct all the problems, he never responded and switched off his phone.  However, I got emails demanding me to pay for the second installment. Worse, the address on the second bill is different from that of the first. I called the address associated with the number and Antonio, the owner of another metal works company, responds. He promised me to send $3450 back and keep the railing.  He didn't respond after that.  When called the next day and he said he can't help us and it is not his business.  However, he SPOKE to Frank (mind you he didn't respond to our emails, calls or texts) and they decided not to do anything about it. We are still waiting to hear from them about their plan.
