I texted the number (per the outgoing voice message) and was so lucky to get a same day appointment with Natalie. I am still completely blown away at what an amazing job Natalie did. I have very VERY dry cuticles and hands and I have never had nice natural nails. Natalie had her work cut out for her and my entire experience with her has made this the best manicure I have ever had. I kid you not, every time I've had a regular manicure, the polish chipped the same day and my cuticle ended up looking scraggly within a week. This was not the case with Natalie. She is clearly an expert at her craft (and p.s. she only does regular manicures). In addition to taking such meticulous care of my cuticles and nails, Natalie was extremely knowledgeable and taught me how to take care of my nails and what to look for in a good manicurist. It is now 5 days later and I can't believe that my nails have barely chipped! They have lasted through a night of hard partying and all the hustle and bustle of two plane-bound trips since 12/9 - AMAZING. I am so bummed that I don't live in Beverly Hills but, when I come back, I will definitely make sure to book another appointment. Natalie - Thank you again SOOOOOO much for the incredible manicure!! You are a true expert!

They also played nice, relaxing music. My favorite song that was played was "Love Me Tender" by Elvis...a classic. They do not have a TV. Came here as a walk-in and got a basic manicure with regular polish ($25). They were pretty busy but they were able to take me right away and placed me in a comfy chair. There are a bunch of places to find polish on the wall. At first I only saw OPI polish but then I turned the corner and found Essie (my preferred brand). The only brands I saw here were OPI and Essie which are typical brands at most nail shops I have visited. I went with Essie Ballet Slipper a pretty light pink that was Queen Elizabeth's go-to. My manicurist did a good job and was patient and kind. I could feel the breeze coming from the doorway which I liked because a nail shop needs good ventilation. Finding a parking spot was difficult. There is metered parking on the street and garage parking nearby.

I thought I've had Russian pedicures before, until I came here. It was then I realized the other salon I was going to prior to coming to MaJolie, was not doing it right lol! The pedicure I had here was so thorough! My husband even decided to get a pedicure with me here, when I showed him the videos of what their Russian pedicure consisted of. We both loved our pedicures! And needless to say, my French tip on my toes came out even and so clean! The lady who was working at the front desk was also so sweet! She checked on us throughout our service and offered drinks. The playlist in the salon was great! Also worth mentioning, the salon is so clean! My husband couldn't get over how everything was sanitized right in front of us, down to the gel lamps! For all these reasons, they are worth the money and we will be back!

They truly treat every set like a work of art. What impresses me the most is the longevity. My nails easily last over a month without chipping, lifting, fading, or losing their beautiful finish. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and it's clear they take pride in delivering quality that lasts. My regular nail technician is Fatima, and she is absolutely amazing! She's meticulous, incredibly talented, and consistently exceeds my expectations. Recently, because I was traveling and needed to schedule with someone else, I had the pleasure of having my nails done by Johana. The first time wasn't too bad, but last night was HORRIBLE! I sat in her chair for an hour and 30 minutes to get a gel manicure that was the worst I've ever received. Paint was smeared all over the edges of my nails, and the gel was uneven. The younger woman tried to fix the situation, but there was no way to salvage my nails. They might as well have started all over! Now I have a coat of gel on top of a finished coat that is cracking through. LMAO ‍ Waste of time. Waste of money. I hope the cute old lady retires. She has no business doing nails. She hugged me after I complained, but my nails still look grimy. I will not be going back.
