I've only been here twice, but I am extremely happy with their service. (review during COVID). 1. They have brand new scrubbers, filers, etc from a pack. I've been to places that reuse those scrubbers and it's a no-go for me. 2. They have the plastic coverings for the tubs for pedicures! I just feel so much cleaner knowing that it's there. 3. COVID procedures are enforced. They check temperatures, they have plastic things put up between pedi chairs and while they do your nails. They switch out their gloves per customers (as it should be), and they make sure customers wash their hands prior to working with them. 4. I've read a few complaints about this place with their appointment issues. I haven't had an issue so far, and I hope they continue to run it smoothly for their customers. 5. I am please with everyone that has worked with me. I am currently 5 months pregnant, and Sophia was doing my pedicure. She instantly knew to avoid a foot massage (can induce labor), and I didn't even say anything to her. I usually would remind someone or let them know to avoid a foot massage. I can't believe this place has 3 stars. I had a reservation and still had to wait 15 minutes. I asked for the $38.00 pedicure and didn't get half the things they were supposed to do. The most unfriendly staff I've ever seen in a salon. I guess they don't speak English. It's been a week since I had my pedicure and the polish is already chipping . Started chipping 4 days after. Made an appointment for 2:00 wasn't told till 2:40 they were late but in my time waiting they started on 3 girls nails that came in 20-30 minutes after me. After having tried this salon multiple times with old and new owners, I can CONFIDENTLY say everything has drastically improved. The service, cleanliness, care, and thoughtfulness to customers all on point. Their new pedi chairs are legit and comfortable. The entire energy of the salon is warm, welcoming, and pleasant. When I initially went I wasn't too pumped about my nails. They seems average and once I went home I noticed they were clumpy in some spots. I asked for a gel manicure and think the gel just puddled in places. I went back today and got another gel manicure and it's the best I've received. It was even and the technician educated me to allow my nails to get strong before growing them out. (Nail bitter). I will say, it took a decent amount of time to scrape the previous gel off and the girl seemed irritated by the end.. read more

First time going here. I got a full set with gel polish. I was a bit nervous because it's hard to find a place that does GOOD stiletto nails. Vanna did my nails, and she did an amazing job. She even helped me with picking a good length and color scheme. I was very impressed. They also have punch cards for regular customers which I thought was awesome. The new owners really make a difference. Very nice staff, very clean and they do a great job. The lady who gave me my pedicure made sure everything was and looked perfect and it was/is. The nail technician burnt and cut me several times, he completely was rushing (even though I had an appointment) didn't let the gel dry properly and my polish completely peeled off 15 minutes after I left. I went back in to show them how horribly the polish was done and they wanted to charge me $20 to re-do their mistake. I'll never go back. I went in for my daughters kindergarten graduation on Thursday and thought it would be neat to get a pedicure with her and her sister. When we were finished I had been drying for a while since they were finishing up with one of my daughters and when we left i noticed that my toes had been smudged like that thick smudge not that it wasn't dry. So I had to go back and tell one of the nail techs and she ended up not taking the nailpoilish off, she just put more on and I even asked if it would now smudge due to it being thick and she said no. Fast forward to 2 days later on sat and the paint is rolled up (that's the only way I can explain it) I'm pretty sure it's due to them using old paint. I would never go there again. I didn't get anything fancy. I just wanted to have my feet painted nice and now I paid for nothing. read more

I went in to QT nails for a fill. I told the lady that I wanted a stiletto style, and then explained that they were pointy instead of round. She goes "okay" and made a face. Then proceeded to round all of my nails out. When I asked if she could make them more pointy she replied, "Oh yeah, sure." Then continued to round them out. I figured 'Fine, I'll just point them out when I get home.' I picked out a dark green color for fall and she put it on, "Are you sure this is the color you want?" and made a face. Apparently my color taste wasn't to her style. I then defended my color, which in and of itself is ridiculous, and she smirked and continued on. After being done she sent me to the dryer to dry. I sat under the dryer for almost fifteen minutes. They were still a bit damp, so I sat in my car for about another ten minutes. It has been two hours and I just brought groceries in and they are smudging all over the place. I have no idea what base coat they put on my nails but they are completely ruined. I have never been to a nail salon that smudged two hours later, that's just insane. I'm going to have to completely repaint my nails. What a joke. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

Was disappointed with my experience here. I tried dip nails for the first time and my nails were so chunky and uneven. They kept repeating that longer nails cost more. I know that certain shapes and lengths cost more, no need to repeat. When I told the nail tech that it was uneven she "tried" to fix, but it looked even worse. The only thing I appreciated was that they were patient with my two year old who was grumpy, and that's the only reason why I'm leaving a three star. But wouldn't come back as I don't like walking into a place where they feel the need to be telling me the services I want cost more - if I'm going to get the services done I already know I will be spending money. read more

I went in for a pedi on Friday and was fairly impressed with the service I received. However I now have a weird blister and rash on the top of my foot. I have ruled out shoes as being the cause as I have been barefoot running around the house for the weekend. The only explanation I can think of is that some kind of bacteria was living in the foot basin or the tools that were used. I'm leaning toward the tools being the problem because he didn't take them out of any separate packaging like they have when things actually get put into autoclaves and sterilized properly. I'm keeping an eye on it for now, but if it gets worse I'm going to a doctor. I'm chalking this up to being a valuable lesson (and costly if I actually end up having to go to the Doctors) that just because a place looks "clean" doesn't mean it actually is. I'm kind of sad giving this place a 1 star rating because the guy did a really good job and I would have happily gone back, but I think skin problems due to unsanitary conditions is inexcusable. read more

My friend that I was supposed to go with today bailed and I didn't see a reason to drive all the way there when I could try a spot in town. So I originally went into the nail shop with a plan of getting a pedicure and a full set manicure. The pedicure went great! The lady did a great job. She was kind, professional and she really took her time which I appreciated. It wasn't until it was time for me to get my manicure when things went left. So after I was done with my pedicure the lady who serviced me sat me in a chair and said that someone would be there shortly. Between the time I sat down and about 30 to 45 minutes later, I watched as people walked in the door, sat down and was serviced immediately. I felt completely ignored and upset. At that point I got up, paid and just left. It wasn't the worst experience, but it wasn't the best either. I won't be going back to that shop anytime soon. read more

The place took really good COVID prevention measures, with dividers between all stations and between you and the nail tech. Everyone had to wash hands and temperatures were checked. They did an amazing job. On top of that, Tina did an EXCELLENT job with my nails, and fixed the previous manicure I had from another salon. I would say they are average. They were very friendly and apologized that they made me wait to get my nails done as they were working on other customers. To their credit, I waited less than 10 minutes and I was totally okay with that. But this is one of those places that have more customers coming in than they have staff. So, they kind of rush to get you done so they don't upset those who are waiting. As a result the quality goes down when they rush. Don't waste your time to make an appointment because they will not have someone ready for you when you come in. Made an appointment two weeks in advance for a party of 4 and they didn't have anyone to do the nails and had to wait 45 minutes to even be sat down in a chair. Very Unprofessional!!! When a girl goes to get her nails done its so she can feel pretty and relax from working not to be hit on! One of the owners was doing my mani pedi. He kept asking about my personal life if I was single, If I knew how to cook that he'd come over and show me and what kind of alcohol I like that he'd bring it over. I went and had a pedicure and full set done. The pedicure was good. The lady who did my feet did a good job. After my pedicure I got the full set done. I had a simple request for a dip powder with the glitter. I was asked why I wanted that and I had explained that for the glitter last time it was done with only nail polish and I did not like the way it turned out. I wanted super glittery. After o explained that she went to another worker who then came over and asked what I was wanting. I explained I wanted the dip powder and once again I was asked why I wanted that. Not wanting to argue anymore I said just so what ever you want I don't care at this point. While getting my nails done while the Kaite was using the drill she got my skin part and made it bleed. She continued to use the tool while my nail was still bleeding. Yes accidents happen but I think the tool should have been cleaned once it came into contact with my blood. She took the piece off and put it in an altoid can and for another little drill bit out. So now the contaminated drill bit is in with the others that will be used on the next person. I think if a customer has a request that customer should not be questioned as to why they want their nails done a certain way. read more
