I have come here twice and I won't be coming back. Like another writer wrote they tried to challenge my tip ($e wants more, the old woman at the front said as he stood there with his arms crossed) as if he was entitled or something, although I gave 20% plus a 1 they charge extra for using a credit card. Then when I tried to get my massage card verified per their buy five get sixth free, they changed the rules on me and stated I would have had to buy all in advance and to buy it next time, and were unwilling to give me credit for the two I purchased already. On top of that I think they have poor customer service in general getting up to answer the door and phone during the massage multiple times, asking for more tips as if 20 % was an insult. Just poor poor business practices period. Adding to the poor customer service they wrote on my card not paid! Unbelievable and ungracious. read more

I used to go to massage envy all the time until my friend recommended me this place. You just can't beat the price! $65 for 90 min of a full body massage wow !! I haven't been here in about 3 months. They changed ownership. The price remained the same which was great! Unlike some other Asian massage stores, this place is nice and clean. David was my masseuse last night. He was really good and professional. The front desk lady Lisa was also very friendly. She asked me if I was completely satisfied with the service and if there's anything that requires improvement. After further thought and consideration, I am going to drop a star for a rude message I received from the owner of this business. I originally gave them two stars because I came in about an hour before they closed and the foot massage wasn't bad, but that doesn't excuse them from being a poorly run massage facility. Possibly one of the worst massages I've received and very unprofessional. The owner mentioned "you don't know what to expect from a massage". But you should expect to know and should be told what your getting out of the massage!! First off, the room was very cold, and majority of the time, the massage table is warm and has a thick blanket and also a comfortable pillow to rest your head on, but this place has a massage table with a hole to put your face through and it was uncomfortable. The massage therapist didn't speak English, which is fine, but some of the things she did were completely unprofessional. She sneezed right on my back, didn't apologize. She left the door open and walked out about four times without saying a word, and while my body was exposed, when I was laying on my back, she stripped me bare and took the covers off without asking me permission to do so. The stones were also way too hot and burned me. She also didn't ask to touch my face and put massage oil all over my face, which caused my face to break out. She also didn't wash her hands after touching my foot. The massage was very unbalanced and she would just massage my legs and then would go back to my back but didn't do the massages evenly on both sides.The overall place was clean, but had some areas that were dirty.Overall, I don't trust this place and neither should you. I would definitely go to someone more professional and qualified to do your massage. I definitely learned my lesson, some things you can buy for cheap, but for a massage, splurge a little bit. The place is clean but the person who was giving massage was more concentrated on the clock hanging on the wall than on his work . After every 5 seconds he was looking on the clock as all he wants is to get it over. It made me highly irritated as if I am wasting his time. Last Labor Day weekend when I was traveling to Denver CO from San Francisco CA, I had a back pain perhaps due to the uncomfortable seat on the flight. I decided to get a body massage when I happened to be in the city of Aurora CO. I noticed this new massage place, very clean, and with very friendly people, so I gave it a try. Jaja gave me an hour full body massage, and she was very professional, very polite, and to the point. My back was much better afterwards. It was so good that I went back the next day, and Lisa was there to give me an hour full of body massage, and she is as good as Jaja. It seems like most of them are very good and professional. My friend bought us foot and body massages from this place (2 hours for $60 each - it was a special) while we were in town for her bachelorette party, and I don't think I've ever had the same experience at any other massage place I've been. Not going to lie, the masseuse who was massaging me had really strong hands and it was a little painful but I think she was doing it for my benefit. I was really sore from a long weekend of snow activities, so it hurt when she was hitting my sore spots, but it felt good at the same time. The foot massage was relaxing and we all got to do it in one room (six of us), but the body massage was mostly one person per room and also extremely AWESOME. Again, the masseuse was going hard on my knots. I asked her to go softer but she played me and said "If I go softer, I'm just going to do you like this *softly squeezes my shoulders with no pressure*" lol! So I just manned up and took it. Overall, it definitely still was a pleasant experience, but the thing that gave this review 5 stars was the way she stretched and cracked my back! I will never forget because it was so amazing. My back cracked three different times three different ways, and I was trying to remember how she did it so I can do it for my boyfriend back home. haha! Y'all, it was amazing. And from what I understand, each masseuse does something different at the end or may not give you that back crack. I didn't get the name of my masseuse but she was a darker-skinned 5 foot-tall asian lady who has an accent. This is definitely a great place to get a massage for a great price. Hands down the best massage. I have been going here for years, have moved twice and I still drive 45 minutes to go to this place. What I'm about to say is a heads if you've never been (definitely not a complaint or criticism). -There is a tiny language barrier. I've found this is fantastic because it takes away my racing thoughts, wondering if should talk/not talk, if I appear rude, if I should compliment etc. I rarely say anything and every time whoever is massaging me immediately finds my aches and focuses on them. It's magical. -I never really know what I'm going to get as far as the massage goes. I used to request Peter (amazing btw) but since I'm a bit less organized and I just cram a massage in when I can I've come to just walk in and let them do whatever. Sometime I get a foot massage sometimes I don't. Sometimes someone walks all over me (literally) sometimes they don't. Sometimes they stretch me the whole time while massaging me, sometimes I just lay there like a blob. I can tell you that every time the massage is exactly what I need. I'm very type A and some might say controlling so I'd like to think this little place is teaching me to let go a bit -This isn't a chain. The people who work here work hard and are good at what they do. The massages are unbelievably priced so tip these people, they deserve it. At the ripe age of 36 I have back injuries (herniated discs and rheumatoid arthritis) and I like a deep massage. Like really deep. This is the only place that has ever been able to give me a deep massage. The only complaint I have is I can't get a massage anywhere else. Seriously. It's unfortunate that I am probably going to have to factor in my commute to this place if I ever move again. read more

Wow, this place needs some work. My wife and I asked for the 1 hour foot/reflexology. We were told it would be a 1/2 wait. No problem. We are taken to the massage room and told to lay down and talk a nap? Hilarious. 5 min later the "foot soak" tub is brought in. My wife's is bath water warm and my is scalding hot! Then during the reflexology of the feet come a huge glob of lotion on my wife's face and she starts getting a ace massage at the same time.... I could go on. If you advertise reflexology then just do it. Please don't "combo" the service and think it's for everyone. Good day. We also had a maintenance guy come in 2-3 times to check the a/c control. We did try to speak with someone prior to leaving but the owner/manager woman was preoccupied having a stern conversation with a fellow therapist in the hallway. I absolutely love this place! I typically get the 60 minute combo massage, which in my opinion is really a full body massage with clothes on. The price allows me to come far more often, but I still feel I'm getting a massage as good or better than any I've gotten for twice the cost at a fancy spa. My preference is for deep pressure, and I have never gotten a "wimpy" massage here. Beyond the massage, this place has a lovely, clean, relaxing environment and very friendly staff. If you visit this place and have a good experience, please tip your masseuse! They work so hard to provide a good service for half the price you would pay elsewhere. I think a $10 tip on a $25 or $35 service is just a fair compensation for their work. Everyone here is eager to please. read more

SPA like atmosphere, great ambiance, lovely design (the place is a little over a year old) Cool air-conditioning (important, as many of similar places are super stuffy) They offer variety of different types of massages at very reasonable prices. Yes, they are about $5 more expensive that some of their completion, but the place is so much cleaner and nicer that it is more then worth it. Plus if you prepay for several massages it will end up being the same price as at other "foot massage" places. And it is definitely cheaper than regular massage joints I have had foot massage with Peter twice and he was great, spending some time working on my neck and back as well. Now as with any foot massage they apply some pretty good pressure, and it might be uncomfortable at times. The reward is how great you feel afterwards. Called in today and asked if they accepted walk in's, and was told yes come in. Didn't know what to expect and was a little nervous based on the reviews. I am glad I decided to judge for myself. I was shown the specials they had going on and picked the 90min massage with free hot stones for $65. I asked questions about the service before going into the room and was given great information on what to expect. Told them I preferred a female, as I am shy about my body and didn't want to feel uncomfortable. Told them that i didn't want the therapist to expose all of my private parts and they gladly listened and told the therapist to be cautious and not lift the sheet up to embarrass me. The therapist and front desk lady listened and happily accommodated my request and made me feel at ease. They knew I was shy about my body by me telling them upfront. I wanted it to be a pleasant experience and knew I had to speak up so that I wouldn't regret going in. I wouldn't have spoke up unless I read some of these reviews. I am glad I did, because I had a fantastic experience. I was shocked on the amount of pressure the therapist provided. It was just what I needed. I was in a car accident last year and held a lot of tension in my back and needed my back muscles to be worked on. I will be coming back.
