A crew of 6 men with a foreman showed up each day on time and worked diligently each day. They left my property on the last day as they found it in a clean and orderly fashion, respectful of my mature trees, landscape and hardscape. As a result, I highly recommend National Roofing, Albuquerque, NM to anyone seeking skilled, knowledgeable, and professional workmanship guaranteed, so our beautiful snows, spring and monsoon rains can be fully celebrated from inside a water-tight, safe and dry interior! hooray! On repair day, Fernando and his crew were prompt, arriving at 8:30 AM just as agreed. They repaired the damaged flashing properly and corrected the siding installation the right way. THEIR WORK IS ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS! Not only was the crew professional, but they cleaned up completely after themselves and finished on time just as promised. For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. Highly recommended.
