I will be telling anyone that asks, and probably some people that didn't ask, what a fantastic…read moreexperience I had working with Roof Fanatics. One of the best experiences I've had working with anyone. Let's break it down: Honesty - I called Rob at Roof Fanatics after getting the high-pressure sales pitch from two different companies in a row. I was dreading getting another quote. Rob's entire ethos is the anti-high-pressure pitch. He told me what I needed to know, gave me options, and then let me decide. His prices were very fair and super competitive for the level of attention we received. We also needed to delay work while we addressed a non-related structural issue. Rob was patient, and never pressed us to move faster than we were comfortable with. Attention to detail - After coming by to look at the roof, we asked him to come back to look at the siding as well a few weeks later. Rob remembered my dog's name - this might be a minor thing, but it spoke to the fact that he was paying attention, and treating us like a valued customer (before we had paid him a cent!), not just another stop on his route. He personally inspected the work after each crew had finished - siding, roof, gutters. He noticed things down to the last screw, and took care that everything was done to the highest standard. Quality - Our house looks @#%! awesome. We started with an old roof that, cracking vinyl siding, and gutters that were not getting the job done. I'm very pleased with the final result - Rob even custom-sourced gutter diverters to help us install rain barrels. The final result is better than I could have hoped. Service - Along the way Rob spent a ton of time communicating with me - answering questions, discussing options, and helping me understand every detail of what was happening to my family's home. I know he has other customers, but the level of attention I received for our project made me feel like the whole company was focused on my job. Rob will truly stop at nothing to make sure you are satisfied with the result. For a job as important as dealing with the roof or siding of my house, there's no one I would trust more than Rob to do an excellent job. I feel confident that our work will last until Rob is long retired, but in the meantime I urge anyone else that needs this kind of work to give him a call. UPDATE: I also referred Rob to my church, where we asked him to do some siding work and to look at the roofs of two church buildings where we had experienced leaks. Rob found damage to one roof caused by a tree, and with the other roof found that the shingles used were of an old, discontinued type that couldn't be easily patched. That eye for detail - the discontinued shingles - convinced our insurance company to cover the entire roof. Rob also worked with the insurance company to get the other roof covered as well. I don't believe we would have been successful without Rob's extensive knowledge of his craft and sharp eyes - his work has saved our church from a large planned expense, allowing us to use that money in the community.

They've repaired lost shingles, and wind damage to the soffits. When they replaced the roof for my house and garage it was supposed to be a two-day job. I had surgery scheduled for early on the second day. But they doubled the crew to finish the job in one day so I could recover at home without the noise. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated. They also quickly fixed leaking downspouts that were clogged from leaves. About a week ago they installed gutter guards. Each roofer they've ever sent for estimates and/or service has been an honest pro. Jerome is responsive, great at troubleshooting and patient when explaining things. Every transaction with Roof Solutions has felt like a bargain to me.

The current roof was not leaking anywhere, best to stay ahead of leaks in my opinion.

Didnt pay attention to detail. Broke the siding in several places and left it like that. Worst decision i ever made and most costly because now im having to have it all redone by a more qualified company.

Once they found it, they stated they would call me back after speaking with the person and reschedule. Never received a call back. I called back at the end of the day but no one picked up. The next week I called several times on different days but no one picked up. I eventually put in a request on their website to see if they would respond via email, but got no response. Called twice today; same result. I put in a request on Yelp and it was immediately responded to stating unable to service. I'm not sure what is going on but I will move on to a different company. Since they did not show up for the appointment, no estimate or work was provided/done.

Update: this company asked me to take down the previous review I wrote about them and I refused…read more Every thing written in my review is my personal opinion and from my personal experience. To my knowledge this company hired non licensed contractors to work on plumbing and electrical work in my home, made me pay out of pocket for work that was covered in the contract because I wanted to hire a licensed individual instead of "one of their guys", and have done absolutely subpar work with cheap materials and refuse to take accountability for anything. I have cancelled my contract with them and asked for a refund on the unfinished work because I don't trust them. Their materials are cheap, they barely pay their contractors, they left trash in my yard for months until I PAID to get it removed, and they disappear for weeks. I signed a contract in JUNE and it is still not done. They told me they have 12 months to finish the work, if I had I had known that in June I WOULDNT HAVE HIRED THEM. MY ADVICE: DO NOT HIRE THEM, DO NOT TAKE A LOAN THROUGH GREENSKY WITH THEM, DO NOT TRUST GRANT WINSTEAD WHEN HE SAYS HE WANTS TO HELP YOU. Save yourself the stress and headach. In response to company comment below: You just shared my private address publicly on Yelp without regard for my safety and the safety of everyone under my roof! I CONSIDER THIS A PERSONAL THREAT TO MY SAFETY! YOU HAVE CREATED AN UNSAFE SITUATION FOR ME AND MY FAMILY BY DOXXING ME PUBLICL! THIS IS RETALIATION! I FEEL UNSAFE! how reckless but I wouldn't expect anything less from this company. All they care about is getting money from people and not about their lives or homes. BEWARE, THIS IS HOW THEY HANDLE COMPLAINTS!
