When I was looking for a team to help me get electrical and HVAC into my shed office (which…read moreincluded a fairly long underground cable run), Friendly came in with strong pricing and a can-do attitude that made a potentially complicated project seem really doable. Also, when winter weather delayed my insulation installation (and thus drywalling), Paul and the team also worked me with me over the course of several months to schedule and complete the final electrical and HVAC installation. I enjoyed working with the Friendly Team and would encourage others to consider them for any project.

The owner of this business came promptly to my home to assess the problem, and then sent his "workers" to help me. His workers came three (3) days in a row and all they accomplished was tearing my house down. I had to call another company who promptly fixed the problem. There was no protection for my home. The auger ate up the bottom of my walls, there were no tarps used on my carpet and floors; and one of the workers used the walls throughout my home to steady himself. Dirt and oil all on my walls. I noticed on the last night they were when I erroneously thought that the problem was corrected, that there were smudges on my bedroom wall. I explained to the owner of the business (Malik Attles) that there was no reason for this gentleman to be in my bedroom. This being the case, I knew I needed to be on alert. Fast forward a few days later, two gold bracelets are missing, that I know of. May be more items missing. I called the owner after realizing the theft, and it became obvious that he had blocked me, and I had to use another number. Then, all that he could say is that, "he didn't know what to say." When a company comes into a customer's home it is incumbent on the owner to send credible, healthy, non-rogue individuals. I'm putting in my police report and I advise everyone to steer clear of this contractor.

I actually thought something happened to him until I read these reviews. Unfortunately for us, he left one part of the job (the sanding and painting) unfinished. Their process for getting referrals and estimates is quick and easy- and then there is the $2500 guarantee. Just can't beat that service. Not only did he have the lowest estimate (which we all know is no guarantee of anything), John is polite, honest, forthright, accommodating and punctual. And that's before you get to know him! Well, both the customer service and the quality of the craftsmanship are both extraordinary- as it turned out the scope of our job was a little more complicated than expected and even a second day of labor was required there was no extra charge to us. And John was even apologetic that he took longer to complete the task, even though it was. No fault of his. There are dozen little things that we are looking to have done around the house and John will be the person we contract to do them.
