But it is highly recommended to eat their purchase within 10 minutes, according to their sign (and I agree, or the crepe will get soggy and all that hard effort to make the crepe would seem to be wasted). The crepe (or jianbing) itself is made with 2 eggs, beef hot dog (we were asked if we wanted everything. You can have the beef hot dog omitted if you are vegetarian), hoisen sauce, chili oil, mung beans, black sesame seeds and a large crispy cracker that is cut in half. The cracker is the best part because of the texture. This crepe was really good and very filling. I did ask if the young woman making our crepe to use very little chili oil since I am not a spicy eater (if my husband had ordered a separate one, then he would have asked for a lot more chili oil though). I don't have jianbing often since there are very few places that make them (the last time I had one was at the T &T Market in Canada last year actually and I love their jianbing) but this one was pretty good and I definitely see myself coming back.
