    - Private parking lot available, but fills up quickly during weekend dim sum hours - Restaurant is large and lively, especially during Saturday brunch; despite the crowd, we were seated within seconds of walking in, which is always impressive - Staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly; service was very attentive throughout the meal - Food is solid and authentically Cantonese; on weekends and holidays, they offer the traditional pushcart dim sum service, which adds to the experience - Dishes are served hot and fresh, with well-balanced, classic flavors - Credit cards accepted, but for an authentic dim sum experience, bring cash and leave the tip at your table, under your tea kettle ;) - Would definitely come back and try a family-style dinner next time

One of my family's go too dimsum spot. Service could be a little bit friendlier but it makes it more authentic lol if you know you know! Food is always great, we specifically come here for dimsum. It gets super busy during the weekends I recommend either coming early but some of the dimsum options may not be available yet & you'd have to wait a little for them to slowly bring them out on the carts. Restaurant is a bit outdated but the food is definitely worth it, specifically for dimsum!

When you first walk in, you are transported (a little) back in time. It's authentic and has an old-world charm to it and I am HERE for it. Hubby and I came here for lunch during the week, and once the hostess seated us we were immediately given a menu and a teapot from our server (all within a minute - they were quick!). After debating over the menu for a bit, we decided: - Steamed Pork Soup Dumplings - Beef Balls - Vegetarian Crispy Rice Noodle Roll - Steamed Shredded Duck Dumplings - Pan Fried Chives Cake - Turnip Cake All in all, that was one of the best Chinese food experiences that I've had in a LONG time. The dishes were truly authentic, crave-able, and flavorful. I just wish I left room for dessert!! Next time, we'll come back with more than just the two of us... with the goal to experience the Dim-Sum cart (only served Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays), AND we'll leave room for dessert!!

We went on Mother's Day and the place was packed before it opened at 11 am. It is your typical style dim sum. I loved it, everything tasted fresh. We waited for 35 minutes to share a table. But we got lucky and got a table for 3.

Qin Dynasty was on our list to visit for a very long time. We were close by and decided to have dinner here. We had the Peking Duck, Chicken with Garlic Sauce and Spicy Beef with Hot Pepper. The food is good and two dishes were better than our restaurants. The cuts of beef are very good. Service was okay - you have to wave the wait staff down to get anything. The space was good and parking could get filled up quickly.

Fun experience and really authentic! The soup dumplings were amazing but wouldn't order the chive dumplings again, they were fine but nothing special and weird texture. The orange beef was the best thing, it was fantastic. All the other dishes we tried were really good and something different! The waiter was friendly enough for there being a language barrier and inside was nicely set up and clean.

Dinner with wife & little daughter for CNY. We order 牛肉菜心湯,椒鹽豬扒,薑蔥炒魚球,蝦釀炸豆腐,矮瓜炒雞片,酸菜炒年糕, all traditional delicious canto dinner dishes However there is only 3 table to celebrate for the new year dinner. Awesome service with 30% tips don't help much. Tough Support and embrace your culture

Variety and quality are both excellent. We used to be loyal to the less expensive dim sum restaurant across the street, but this place is so much better with a much bigger and better variety of dim sum dishes.

I came in for lunch on a weekday and it was busy ima good way! The food was tasty, but I had to wait a while for service all around. I would potentially return again, but knowing that service may not be great. All in all, it's worth recommending trying if you're in the area.

Was looking for a good authentic Chinese food in this part of Jersey, and this place clearly delivered. Incredible minced beef soup to start. Then had the fried rice, braised duck with mixed vegetables, and pan-fried flounder. Delicious. The service was good and attentive, though quite pricey, especially the duck ( $38), and there wasn't much meat, just more vegetables. But the flounder was worth it, $32.95.

Nothing to complain about here! Old school dim sum place with the carts. Fast and efficient. Choose whatever you like, and they keep count by stamping your sheet. Great variety and everything was good, except the egg tarts. Those were a bit mushy.

Looking for a place for Thanksgiving dinner at Denville but it was closed. So we changed to plan to V Yan, but drove by Qing Dynasty and settled to have dinner here. We had dim sum here so many times in the past, but never tried dinner. The place was packed at 5 pm. We ordered some dishes together with a few dim sum selections. The food was great and service was okay since it was a full house with many patrons. Love the Boiled Fish!

I had a unique experience at Qin Dynasty. Came here with my extended family to celebrate a birthday. To do so, we came in at an odd time (not peak hours) to fit a large party. We ordered a set meal and the food kept coming out one after another. Just when I thought it was the last entree there was more! There was plenty of variety but I wouldn't say there was any mind blowing dish. We had every thing from har gow to Peking duck to fried sweet pork chops. Lobsters and fried fish and also honey nut mayo shrimp were also on the menu. I enjoyed it all. I never really eat lobster so I will say that and the mayo glazed fried shrimp were my favorites. I will say it's a solid place for this style of food. Some of the food came out room temperature but they were very efficient reorganizing what's on the table to fit even more food. I almost forgot -- the last dish that came out was the fried rice and that officially KOed me; I couldn't eat any other bite of food after that.

I came here on a sunday for the dim sum abd it was quiet, but if you place an order in it comes out fresh. The shrimp rice rolls are soft and succulent, the shrimp being very large. Served with soy vinegar sauce. My favorite is the shrimp shumai, full of shrimp and no BS filler. The shrimp dumpling is my third favorite and the fried shrimp ball being my least. Ordered chinese broccoli on the side, very well done. And of course, we always have hot tea on standby pairs well to wash down all the salt. But my absolute favorite is their salt pepper shrimp, light fry coating . The servers are very attentive and quick to place your order. We went for the first time Sunday at like 3pm? Full. Take out orders flying out the door. It's a cute place. Standard strip mall aesthetic. But they do have a window where you can see them hand pulling the noodles. That's right, hand pulling the noodles which is the main attraction. The food is from the North Western part of China near Pakistan so there are some Indian influences like their Cumin lamb and pulled noodles one of their most popular dishes. But I'm getting ahead of myself. With my vegetarian wife who as usual ruins everything by insisting we order vegetarian appetizers. Scallion pancakes were delicious. No pictures because we ate them immediately. Pan fried dumpling. 9 of them. That's a big portion. And it was like 9-10 bucks? They make their own dumpling wrappers, their own dipping sauces. Dumplings were very good. You could really taste the vegetables. Focused on the quality of the ingredients. My wife had the hand pulled noodles in hot oil. Marked spicy it was American spicy. Did not blow your head off. O enjoyed them. They give you a pair of scissors. Because it's one long noodle. Do not use them on your birthday. More on that later. I had the aforementioned cumin lamb and pulled noodles. I liked it but it was overwhelmingly cumin flavored which obviously is the point of cumin lamb. I'm not saying over seasoned I'm just saying it announced itself as this is cumin lamb. Period. We also had bubble tea! How fun is that? My wife had taro which they made with non dairy milk for her. I had pomegranate with exploding bubbles. Never had those before. Also super fun. They did not explode in an American way or even a Chinese way as both countries let's face it are pretty well known for making things explode. No in a pleasant way. Waitress was delightful we had obviously a long conversation about the food and the restaurant. The scissors are for Americans who share their food. In China you would eat the noodles slurp them without cutting them because eating long noodles especially on your birthday is supposed to promote a long life. We did not learn this until after cutting my wife's noodles. It was her birthday. I will miss her but also look forward to meat based appetizers. One door closes and all that. They also own the bakery a few doors down. Very light chiffon style cakes. Not too sweet. Chocolate Oreo cake. I asked if that was very traditional. Oh how we laughed at my hilarious joke.

The dumplings were flavorful, hot, and perfectly steamed. They were definitely the highlight of our meal. Next came the beef pancake which was crunchy, chewy, had excellent flavor, but slightly heavy on the sauce. Lastly, was the braised beef noodle soup. The broth's flavor was on the mild side, whilst relying on the spice's heat to shine as the primary flavor. The beef was also mild, but especially tender. There was also a good amount of proteins in the soup and the hand pulled noodles were perfectly thick and chewy. Overall it was a great dish for a chilly night out.
