We bought some tea leaves and got a tea flight and a ginger rising latte with oat milk. The tea flight was a nice way to sample and the ginger rising latte was amazing. I usually drink tea with just water but every once in a while I love a milk tea and that one was perfectly warming, comforting, and tasty. The tea flight came with 3 teas of choice, a card explaining more about the tea and where it came from, and some loose leaf tea so you can touch and see what it was like before it was steeped. They ended up buying more tea especially after enjoying the tea flight and the latte. My FIL had many questions to ask about tea, storage, tea plants, etc and he ended up speaking to Katie and Sara who were so patient, kind and helpful. They were so gracious with their time and my FIL was very happy someone spent the time to share so much information about tea. They also kindly gifted us a tea sampler which he was excited to try. Throughout the time we were there, we watched the trains go by multiple times. It is a bit of a pain to get stuck behind one and you never know when they'll come and when they'll be done passing. So plan accordingly if you need to get there/leave by a certain time. They do have a great view of seeing the trains go by! In total we spent about 2 hours there and they absolutely loved the experience. I came back with my husband recently so he could check the place out and we saw Drew again! He remembered I'd come by a few weeks ago and I told him how happy my FIL was that he learned so much through Katie and Sara and Drew mentioned Katie is a VP of the company and Sara is a tea sommelier (such cool jobs!). It was so kind of them to take the time to answer a boatload of questions even though I'm sure they had tons of work to do. Everyone we interacted with here was warm, passionate, helpful and patient.
