The prices here aren't very competitive. However, we were still able to find most of the things we were looking for.

The butchers at this QFC are awesome! They have helped me and my husband out many times now, but the beef tenderloin for Christmas dinner had to be the best service they ever gave us. We were on the hunt for tenderloin to make beef wellington for Christmas dinner. We first went to a fancy butcher shop but they were not much help at all telling us to come back at 4pm. We decided to go to QFC to see if they could help us out. Not only did they have a wonderful selection, but he also trimmed and cut them into the sizes we needed. Needless to say our Christmas dinner was amazing thanks to the wonderful butchers at QFC. I will never stray to other butchers again! read more

I'm not generally a fan of big-box chain stores, but this QFC is just damn handy. The staff is really friendly and helpful and QFC seems to have decided they want in on the crunchy-granola-green market, as they've recently slashed their prices on a lot of their organic, healthier items. Being allergic to dairy, I'm a fan of a place where I can pick up almond milk ice cream sandwiches :). read more

Don't know what the other reviewer was talking about, we love this location. Good selection, good prices, and staff about as friendly as you would expect from a grocery store. I'm not trying to be their best friend, I just want them to make me a sammich and go home. read more

Beat place in west SEATTLE to get groceries. The guys in fish & meat are always helpful. The clerks are swift and patient. The shelves are always stocked and neat. Thanks folks ! read more

Gelato! Gelato! Gelato! I have had all types of gelato and this is one of the best! They will let you sample all of the flavors if you want. Coconut Macadamia Nut was my final choice this time, but I will be back. They have a delicious variety of cupcakes right next to the gelato. If you are not in the mood for either of those, turn around and you can get Top Pot Doughnuts! The pharmacy is great. This is the best service I have received from a retail pharmacy. I injured my back and Michael was concerned about the grocery bags I was about to carry so he got a cart for me. Awww. The produce section is impressive. Everyone in the store is friendly and helpful. The free parking garage is extremely convenient. read more

Horrendous customer service from Evan. It was nothing like I ever seen. On his phone while I was asking him to help me. Ask questions about the hours they are here and he won't tell me a straight answer. I went to return something and then he was here's your money. And what piss me off was he didn't even bother to give me back my receipt. Another one was Zach. He just stood there not bagging my groceries until it piled up in the end and after I paid. These guys definitely felt some type of way about me I felt for no reason. I'm pissed off because I spend a lot of money too and I have to go there because I like the selection but something is really really wrong with some of these people that work there. I didn't have a great experience at all. They were RUDE AS HELL. These guys definitely don't want to work for their money. But this is not how life works. You better work assholes!!!!! Nothing in life is for free and I paid good money to shop there. They act like they are doing you a favor. I was pretty embarrassed at how they treated me. I'm a loyal customer. Customer service should be professional not having them just stand there and not do anything. Overall, rude as hell. I'm pretty sure they don't like minorities. Bet on that. Im gonna call people out if they don't act accordingly to their job. Clearly racists. Uncomfortable feeling when I'm a paying customer! read more

Stopped in this QFC just to get a salad because after all their salad are pretty yummy....the African American lady that was in the deli saw me and did not greet me. She was pre- occupied with her current situation with her parking. She stated "Shit my parking is about to expire and as soon as I get back I will make your salad" I stood there looking surprised and not amused at all with her statement. There was a short, stubby Asian woman also in the deli with a hair net on her head looking at me-then yelled and said"What do you want?!?" I kinda was caught off guard with how rude she was and simply told her-You're so Rude!" And I don't want anything from you do to your rudeness. I have never been approached with such hostility at a QFC such as this one. I will never go back at this QFC due to their lack of customer service. If I give them zero stars I would. To the management at this store-the deli people need to take some classes on how to speak to their customers and on customer service! The act of kindness and a simple hello how are today and what can I make you can go a long way! read more

Great store. Well kept and ideal selection. Costs more than Safeway but worth it. I have shopped here since it opened.

I keep telling myself I will never set foot in this store again. I decided to go as they had lots of stuff on special. They prices always differ than what was in the flyer. I went to customer service and as I could not find an item. I asked a grocery bagger if he could help me find it? He went to the Manager who is not friendly at all to ask her where it might be? They kept wanting to send me to the aisle that I just said I had been down. She begrudgingly finally took me to where the product was but with a scowl on her face and muttering under her breath. Will not be going back. When it first opened the Managers were nice not anymore. read more

I live closer to the Westwood Village store, but this store which is newer seems like it is lacking. Not a bad store, but for being so new, it is underwhelming. read more

Welcome to our neighbor hood !! I went to the new store trying to find things they did not have so I could sneer and go back to "my" safeway. Darn they had everything and more !! I was impressed !! I will see if the "great " prices continue. The selections are so varied I just go in to drool . Worth a trip if only to see all the different fish and meat selections. Hot Hog Wings ?? Tasty Huge shrimp Super tasty read more

Never thought I would be reviewing a grocery store, but this one is worth it. Just moved into the apartments above the new QFC and visited the store many times to get my place stocked. Prices are reasonable, good variety of stuff. Went to checkout and the cashier and I were talking about me moving in upstairs and she said I need to give you a housewarming gift and gave me $25 off my purchase. Came to find out they had a circular that gave $ off depending on the amount spent, but I still thoght that wsa great. Then two days later I got a knock on my door and two employees had a gift basket with fruit, nuts, coffee, chocolate and a $10 card. I was blown away. They definily went above and beyond and have a customer for life! Thanks QFC. read more

Deli experience today was nothing different than usual . Unfriendly , picked the smallest chicken leg and thigh of the whole display , on top of that seemed bothered because she was pulled from what she was doing to help me ... the customer . Will never go back to this location again .... read more

Went in here a couple of days ago with the sale ad. They only had half the items available. Try to talk to customer service but she waved us away, was talking to another employee. 15 minutes later she was still talking. Try to get service at premium liquors but the clerk said they don't do that until we started to check out. This store has always been up and down like that. Needs a lot of person to person improvement. read more

My go-to store in West Seattle! Wonderful produce at reasonable prices, great beer selection, Murray's cheese shop housed within...and delicious salads and sandwiches made to-order. A parking garage=no unloading in the rain. Love the staff to boot! read more

Don't shop there. They have a practice of placing the bags on the floor as they bag your grocery order. Floors in grocery stores are incredibly unsanitary. I raised the issue to the manager and he made it clear that they have no intention of changing their practice, even if it means making their shoppers less safe. Given our current pandemic - this is just crazy. read more

Well after months of shopping at QFC it has sadly gone down hill just like all the other stores. Many of the foods that I normally buy they no longer carry. Very few organics and an increasingly limited selection. My number one complaint is the deli. It is nothing short of a nightmare in there. The counter is a mile long and there is only ever one person working even during the busiest times. One day I waited 20 minutes for turkey. 20 minutes! At the Thriftway there are 5-6 people at their tiny deli all the time. Thriftway please forgive me for straying. I will not do it again!! read more

Update , went in today and the staff was totally horrible , cashier yelling at her manager about her trainee in front of customers ? Then bitching about she can't go have a smoke because she's a trainer ... wow , read more

Bought honey and got home to find safety seal was open. My husband took it back and the guy there seemed mystified that we cared that the safety seal was broken. I'm not giving my kids honey that may have been tampered with. My husband said he thinks the grocery clerk just put it back in the shelf. I hope not. Check your honey before you pay. read more

I shop here often, I went in yesterday to buy the eggs they had on sale, I loaded the coupon to my "Rewards account" and the eggs did not reflect the sale price. I asked the cashier at the self check out if he would honor the coupon and he said NO. Total bullshit! read more

I am extremely disgusted with this QFC. I came into the store with two of my cousins and my boyfriend to buy some cupcakes and cookies. We went through self checkout and were quiet and completely respectful customers. While we were walking out of the store, a grocery clerk made a joke about how "we had the munchies." We ignored it and laughed it off while proceeding to walk out of the store. To my surprise the clerk continued to follow and harass us while comments like "I can see the red in your eyes" and asking us "who's the supplier?" etc. Very inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. Definitely will not be returning here. read more

-the parking garage- the worst ever! When it is wet your car constantly slides and over corrects. It is made of slick wet concrete. Gigantic concrete posts, placed horribly. I've never seen a parking garage this poorly constructed. It is basically a slip and slide for your car. read more

man. what a dangerous place to go when you're hungry and christmas shopping. there were so many things here and there and here and over there and WHAT! LOOK AT THIS!! ...i'm spinning. thankfully i was on a time & money constraint... otherwise i'd have happily stuffed my friends' and family's stockings full of grocery store goodness. aaaaaaaaaand that's the only complaint that i have about qfc... but i can't really complain about it because i have full understanding when i step foot in this chain that i'll be paying a little more. but nobody else has real glass locally made eggnog! oh-- and their floral section is jaw-dropping. read more

Amazing deli case, sushi made right there, beautiful bakery (those colossal cupcakes are so... cute! Yes, cute), olive bar, many organic/health food items. Prices are reasonable. I wish we had QFC in southern CA. I'm jealous of Seattle's grocery stores. read more

Now that I'm a West Seattle local, this has become my grocery store of choice. I've only been to a few other QFC's in my charmed life, but this is the nicest one by far. It is more expensive than the nearby Safeway, but the layout and quality of the food is much better. Avoid this place around 5:00pm. though, It's always packed at that time of day. read more

This place reminds me of a M market by fremont. Is it weird to be annoyed people flock to new grocery stores? Don't get me wrong, the design is cool but I don't see why they needed to build this. The store tends to bottle neck the aisles to the front, making it hard to change lines. They have some good deals, on par with safeway. It's Deli is much better. Clearly with less quality control than thrift way- but you'd have to go to Whole Foods to find better quality control than thrift way. The variety is good, and their Bakery looked cool , I got my grandma an Easter Lily here for a great price. The store does tend to try and squeeze you into an immovable line that become impractical when it stretches back into the aisle because there is nobody around at more than one register. Also everyone who works here seems new, because there is usually another QFC person who hops in to help them with 1 out of every 5 customers. It's clean, it's well stocked and there are a lot of new things to try. But like most places in West Seattle it can be a black hole for people on a schedule. I'd suggest getting 15 items or less. read more

QFC has great prices on canned/boxed items. The items in the meat department are of good quality (I get lazy and often stop by for a few of the onion crusted chick breasts). The deli items are always fresh (though I notice that the salads often rotate so I can't always get what I want). They have a well stocked cheese department and the produce can sometimes be hit or miss. I've had no problem with the vegetables but have noticed moldy berries more often than I'd like. They do have a fantastic beer/wine section, but I tend to head over to the Beer Junction for beer these days. read more

This qfc is really nice. Everyone one there is friendly, when I leave I leave in a very good mood. Parking is tight but it doesn't matter. The pharmacy staff is beyond five stars and I mean all of them, if I have questions they are eager to help and I know I won't go anywhere else now if I need to go to a pharmacy again. read more

I've been mostly pleased with this QFC, but recently had an interaction (or lack there of) with one of the checkers there. There were a group of employees chatting, including our checker. We approached and set our stuff down to check out, and waited for 20-30 seconds while they finished their conversation. When the checker turned around, she didn't acknowledge us, and didn't respond to my partner when he said hello. Aside from saying the total we owed, there was absolutely no interaction. Completely unacceptable. read more

Long wait and only self-service check out available. Further, could purchase nothing from the large deli section, as they have no employees after 9 pm apparently. No large pop tarts in my flavors, ever (blueberry and raspberry). I used to like this store and they have a great cheese lady but not tonight. read more

For a QFC- it's ok. I just have a hard time finding stuff in this store, I don't know why- but I do. Staff is generally pretty nice though, and it has parking...so, there you go. read more

What a great addition to West Seattle. Finally we have a grocery store that has a large selection of everything from produce, to live lobster, cheeses, gelatto, and pretty much everything else you could possibly want. They are slightly more pricey than Safeway... but it just feels so good to shop there! read more

Great location with a huge selection of everything. Top Pot doughnuts are always really fresh here (or they have a great shelf life). The hot and cold bars do leave a bit to be desired, but I think that's a Seattle problem and not a QFC one. Produce is good and well-priced but I have had some rotten items and for some reason they're out of bulk spinach about half the time I go. read more

I love love this store! As a career chef (no longer in the business) I truly appreciate the beautiful array of produce, seafood and meat selection. However they have an incredible polite staff. The butchers are so friendly and helpful, cashiers are courteous, and quick. My favorite person though is MS Sherry the wine lady. She has weekly wine and food pairings on Fridays and Saturdays from 3-6pm. She is so helpful, funny and knows her wines. The last few times I have been there she was pouring wines from local vineyards. It is a great way to meet local west Seattle people, have engaging conversations and maybe meet a few new friends! come tasting with us one of these days you local WS people! :) cheer Alexandria read more

Good selection, arbitrarily overpriced items.

I love this QFC! I shop there every week. They by far have the best produce department of any grocery store I have been to in years. I buy a lot of produce and I have not been disappointed in any of the fruits or vegetables I have selected. Their produce is nicely displayed and always very well stocked. They also have a very large selection of organic produce. This QFC also has a great selection of specialty cheeses in their deli. The cashiers and courtesy clerks are always friendly. read more

I go here almost once a day sometimes twice haha and always get great customer service. Good selection of food and local products too. Grocery stores are generally the same but the people here are why i make it back to this location. read more

I am not a regular in this store, as it is not the most convenient to me. Occasionally, if I find myself over that way, I will go in. The store is certainly well stocked, but I have to say my major issue with this store is its customer service. Today I was subjected to rude and hostile behavior from a staff member at the delicatessen. The store always seems understaffed. You can never find anyone to assist you. I was a regular customer for years at the University QFC, which was excellent store. By comparison, this is like the QFC that went to the dark side. The only reason I give it two stars is because there is such a nice lady working the cheese counter. read more

This place is gross and unorganized. The people that work at the Starbucks provide horrible customer service. They are chatty and slow at taking orders. The eating area is never kept clean, there is always food scraps (crumbs) left on the tables from other people. The only thing I like about this qfc is their boar head sandwiches. Also, THEIR PACKAGED FOOD SUCKS. it's dry and has no flavor. read more
