They didn't help my brother in law. His e-bike was stolen Tuesday September in the parking lot and they said their cameras were off or not working. So don't trust this area anymore!! Mad !!! Someone saw something. The bike was locked on the back tire so someone had to pick it up and put it in a truck bed. I hope the employees will speak up !!! read more

my brother in-law got his e-bike stolen yesterday 9/30/25 from right in front of this store. police came and my brother in-law pointed to a security camera right above where his bike got stolen. The officer and my brother in-law went into the store to ask if they could look at the security cameras and were told they didn't work. the wheels on the bike were locked up and the key was out of it. someone had to have picked the bike up and threw it in a pickup truck. this all happened within ten minutes. be careful leaving your bikes or your cars unattended at this store. hard to believe a store without working cameras and that nobody saw this happening. read more

QFC - Quality Food Centers it's all in the name. I am here at this location often and feel it offers the freshest options in town for groceries. The price is not always competitive but it's fair in today's market. Good source for flowers, balloons and the gas station. There's also a Starbucks inside! Pro Tip: If you are looking for meat, all the way to the left of the meat area is a discounted section saving you 50% or more do to being close to pull dates. Also, use your phone number for rewards and gas discounts at the pump. I had .30c off a gallon the other day! read more

I have been a shopper at QFC in Enumclaw for two decades now. I find that the produce dept. is good, meats, deli, cleanliness, etc. is fine. What ticks me off is that the store is the LEAST FRIENDLY that I have ever been too. The only person who is nice is Tina. The rest of them are snotty and unfriendly! I only shop there because of the other reasons listed in this review! Bargain Market and Safeway are super nice and friendly. You guys have a lot of work to do. read more

I am an Instacart shopper. And this is the closest grocery store to my home. So, I do shop here frequently. I came in unprepared for an order (my credentials were in the other vehicle). I contacted my customer and explained the situation and apologized. They said it was alright, not in a hurry. I went back to the store with my credentials and the cashier told me I would have to wait in line. The lines were HUGE! And I had 9 items that were already scanned (to my understanding). I had 2 other cashiers offer to finish my order, but because my cashier, James, was as the front end supervisor, he told them no, I would have to wait in line again. So I waited in line, and when I got to James who is supposedly the one in charge, I questioned him on to why I had to wait because my transaction was paused. He was very rude and told me he cancelled the order because he didn't want to deal with it anymore. He then proceeded to tell me that I was no longer a shopper there. I even called the general manager, who was also very stand-off-ish. All because I questioned him. Although, this is the closest grocery store to my home, I will NEVER EVER SHOP THERE again. I would rather pay more and go out of my way than to be treated with utmost disrespect, which is what happened today. read more

With baby formula being locked up now due to theft, we now have to grab a card to bring to cashier so that they can unlock the formula and bring to the register. Both qfc and Safeway here in Enumclaw, I've had numerous cashiers visibly present an attitude because they do not want to go get the formula. Mind you it's less 20 feet from their register. Tonight at qfc with my baby in one arm and formula card in the other, I get to Amy's register and I said hello, she says nothing back. She see's the formula card and takes it out of my hand as I hand it to her. She did ask if I wanted a bag and said bye, but that was uncalled for. Because of the numerous attitudes from both stores, it's now uncomfortable to ask for formula. It's not my fault people are stealing formula. Just do your job, it takes less than two minutes! read more

Right on the entrance doors to QFC there are very clear signs that say wearing a mask is REQUIRED. It was very busy as usual and about 80% of the customers were wearing their masks. The other 20% were not and they just didn't care. Why was this not enforced? Where was the store manager? Are the customers not wearing a mask more important than those that are? They should have been offered masks at the door and if they said no, then they should not have been allowed to enter. I felt very uncomfortable that QFC does not care about my safety and their very clear policy was not really for everyone. I guess people not wearing a mask are too good to follow store policy. read more

Stopped in this QFC for some vegetables. Immediately after entering I noticed a half dozen people not wearing masks. I asked to see the manager and when I informed him of what I was seeing, he gave me the classically weak "sorry but I can't do anything about it " line. The store is an out-dated dimly lit and crowded place. Stay away if you value your health. read more

More expensive then the Safeway down the street, but the quality of product more then justifies the price hike. Fresh seafood, many times including "first of the season" catches of fish, and the shellfish selection is always great. Deli has Boar's Head brand meats and cheeses. If you haven't tried this stuff, spend the extra money and enjoy. Meat is always fresh, never packed with water, so you aren't paying for water weight. Wine cellar has many impressive selections including a '96 Krug last time I was in. Overall, a really good shopping experience. read more

I love this store. I have shopped there since the old Bag and Save days. I am leaving. My family will also leave and maybe anyone I share concerns with. The reason is a third strike I find offensive. After groceries are tallied and bagged, there is a note to approve a 50cent processing fee. Strike one was ending plastic bags. The second was ending the small purchase line and now this. When a business passes on an expense of doing business it's simply another tax placed on consumers. An elderly patron might need the 50cents to get a quart of milk or a can of tuna. A mom can be scraping together funds for baby formula or a loaf of bread. For working folks it's still a tax and a matter of principle. I recently placed a large deli order with them. i stressed the need for it to be ready when I needed to pick it up. the older woman who took my order had somewhat bad handwriting and I was a bit nervous. the day between when I ordered and would pick up I got a call confirming medium or large sizes and I confirmed large size trays. I was glad that they were on top of it. The morning I went to pick it up, they were ready when I was 30 minutes early. they were nicely wrapped to ensure the lids stayed on. I don't stop here often but I am very happy with this deli experience. read more

If your checking this out, QFC is generally a little more expensive than your average store but...it's a decent place. Like I always say, check the coupons, you can get decent deals. The store is clean the service is good. I happen to like this store. They have a decent deli and soup section as well. I prefer their soups to Albertsons or Safeway. read more

I use to always shop at Safeway but my kids got me shopping here and I love it. It a very clean well lighted there wine selection is huge. On Fridays they have free wine tasting and cheese and crackers. read more

Clean, great wine selection, great meat selection, if they don't have it out, they will cut it for you if it's on hand in the walk-in. Produce always fresh, and clean. You may pay more, but it's worth it in the end. Seafood department is hit and miss on selection, but the staples are always available. read more

Prices are decent from what QFC used to offer. Their 10/$10 offers are fantastic when they have things you want, and they do often mark down a lot of produce that makes it more affordable regularly (and it's generally nowhere being close to icky). I've been shopping at this particular location off and on for the past 20 years, and I still see a lot of the same people working there; some remember me by name, which gives it a nice small-town vibe at a major retailer. they have a decent bulk section and a GREAT gluten-free and organic selection with decent prices. Often times their produce is of much better quality and better cost than the local competing Safeway (AND grocery outlet if you can beleive that!). Their bakery markdown selection is a awesome; this is something that the Safeway down the street doesn't offer, which makes me wonder what is going to waste. The only couple negatives that I have to add : often times if you're near the restrooms, it smells awful! and if you're a shopper who frequently uses the self-checkout like I do, and you get the dreaded "attendant has been notified to assist you" message (for no reason usually!) you will see them not paying any attention while you have to wait forever for them to show up, and they're off chatting with their coworkers. that is pretty frustrating. and... I don't like comments about the items I'm buying, I just want to get in and out. I suppose that is human nature though :) read more

Awesome grocery store! Best selection of produce, meats, seafood and deli. Far superior to the Safeway we have in town. Most of the staff has been there for years and they all get to know you, its great! i don't usually shop at QFC but stopped in on my way to work to the enumclaw wa location. i went to use the self check out but the machine would not read my card. i had already entered in my items and wasn't sure how to cancel my purchase (since i was just going to head over to one of the check out lines.) so i pushed the ask attendant for help button. the woman at the check out line promptly shouted to push the "pay with check" button. i informed her i wasn't paying with a check and she once again told me to press the check button, so i did as instructed. when she was finally able to come over she gruffly asked me where my check was. when i again said that i wasn't using a check (as i had already told her) she blatantly rolled her eyes and said "well press the back button..." (clearly annoyed by what she viewed as my complete idiocy). I informed her my card wasn't reading but before i could tell her i didnt mind just stepping over to the regular checkout line, she once again rolled her eyes and told me "just use the chip reader" (again speaking to me as though i had the IQ of a small field mouse). i held my tongue and again did as instructed, not familiar with using the new chip readers i followed the screen instructions. Thinking my purchase was complete i pulled my card from the reader and the woman practically yelled at me not to take my card until told to do so....she was incredibly rude and short with me. after a few more rolled eyes and rude comments in a harsh tone, my purchase was finally done and all i wanted was get out of there. i was left shocked by one of the worst customer service interactions i have ever experienced. i have never written a yelp review and am a very quiet reserved person but this experience was baffling. This woman very well may be a wonderful person and may have just been having a bad day but if you are not going to talk to people with respect perhaps do not interact with the clientele. read more
