I noticed that they now pour drinks from a pre-made plastic jug instead of making them fresh like when the store first opened. I usually don't get sick from drinking coffee but twice in a row is pretty bad. Their drinks are also overly sweet and most of them do not have a 0% sweet option, which is usually what I order from other coffee and tea shops, and it's probably because most of the ingredients are pre-mixed. They also use thick plastic cups, considering that Seattle is a pretty green city and a lot of similar Vietnamese coffee shops use sustainable cups. Sad to say, but my time visiting this chain has come to an end.

They let me know that the London fog comes as a concentrate and offered to use slightly less concentrate so that it wouldn't be too sweet with the additional syrup. I was a little skeptical of the fact that they make it from a concentrate because. I feel like a London fog is hard to mess up if you know how to brew tea, but I decided to try it anyway, and I was pleasantly surprised. While it didn't have a strong earl grey flavor, the drink was delicious and still tasted like a London fog and the lavender pear syrup was lovely. It has plenty of seating and is a great place to work from with a decent amount of outlets. Super friendly staff and I loved the dine in mug.

I decided to give it another try this past weekend & I've already visited again since. The service was nice and quick :) I ordered an iced latte w/ vanilla cardamom and oat milk, came around to $9 after tip. It was a pretty good coffee. will be visiting again to try the pastries since the first time I went on the weekend I was only in the mood for a drink. it was around noon and there was a good amount of product. Simple, but so good, especially dipped into the leftover garlic butter sauce from the mussels. Clam Bake Pizza -- whole roasted Hood Canal clams, pancetta, mozzarella, garlic, onion, chili flakes, parsley, and grana on a house-made white clam sauce base. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same great experience with this flavor as everyone else seems to. The clams didn't seem cleaned very well. I had two slices, and both had either shell fragments or sand in them, which created an unpleasant crunchy texture. It was also a bit too salty for my taste and felt slightly overpriced. That said, the crust itself was amazing. Spring Lamb Pizza -- lamb sausage, mozzarella, goat cheese, roasted red peppers, red onion, chili flakes, and fresh mint on a basil-mint salsa verde base. This one had great texture and flavor overall, though I wish there had been a little more sausage. I especially loved the fresh mint. Once again, the crust was phenomenal. The servers were friendly and very attentive. There's also a good amount of street parking, and the whole place has the cozy feel of a neighborhood pizza shop.
