I was expecting a lot better. The ambiance was good so I was excited! The service was decent but one worker started yelling at me for no reason. He must of had a bad day and was taking it out on me. I yelled at him back next thing I know we were on the ground just fighting each other. It got broken up and I got a free meal and the food was decent. That worker should be fired for fighting a old man. Safe to say you won't see me there again! read more

I'm surprised by the one star reviews for Qdoba in Swampscott. I eat here regularly and the food is always great. It's fresh, tasty, perfectly seasoned. The employees are always friendly and willing to make food however you want it. (I have a child that is a picky eater) The restaurant is always clean and inviting. I also love their loyalty program. It allows me to get more of their amazing food for free. I would always choose this place over the their "competition". read more

Walked in, wondered why around dinner time on saturday the place was dead? Question answered. Took 6 mins for my order to be taken due to two emlpoyees and a MANAGER needing to all work for three bowls which were a mobile order. After deciding that me standing there for such a long time was odd one of the employees (not manager) decides to help me which didn't help due to the fact the food was not fresh. Went to qdoba expecting a fast food burrito with a ton of options. What we found was a fast food burrito with no options in the way of fake meat (read tofu, seitan, etc), and limited options that allowed for one to eat veg or vegan. It's a sad day when Burger King out does your establishment in terms of options, but here we are. read more

I was going to find a place to eat in salem, but i got tired of trying to find a parking spot. On my way put of town i pulled into qdoba because i was hungry and tired. Wpnderful choice. Try the 3 tacos for $10 I had the bohemian, the mad rancher, and the two timer. Loved them all. Great food and great value. read more

Soooo....disappointing. Went in for a burrito, payed almost $10 for a kiddie size burrito that was mostly the wrap. The ingredients not fresh, i tried to avoid some of them. Hopefully this was just a lazy day and them trying to get rid of old ingredients. Sooo disappointed, I should of gone else where . I almost wanted to return it, or cancel the order before getting. I went to Qdoba and ordered a burrito but for some reason the employee did not press my tortilla so I had to watch the next employee attempt to roll my burrito with a cold and stiff tortilla. The outcome was a terrible burrito which completely fell apart. Would be a good idea to press the tortillas in the future. read more

We are a family of Chipotle lovers and entered Qdoba with great skepticism and low expectations. We thought, how could this possibly surpass our beloved Chipotle? I'm happy to report that Qdoba exceeded all of our expectations. There are many more options that can be added to customize your burrito. And my favorite feature is that you don't have to pay extra for guacamole! Everything was super fresh. Grilled veggies were very crispy. And the bbq sauce that I added to my chicken burrito bowl was awesome. I still love Chipotle but I will definitely be mixing it up with Qdoba for a different experience. Full disclosure...we had a coupon for a free entree. Without the coupon, it would have been a little pricier than Chipotle...not by much, though. read more

My first time coming to this particular Q'Dova. Love it! My order was kindly taken, the burrito was made quickly and very well wrapped. And may I mention, my burrito was huge!! Lady who took my order stuffed that baby up. :) I am very content with my burrito. Ambience is nice and calm, wasn't too packed, did not wait in line. Location was clean and well attended. I had to choose between this spot and Chipotle down the street, I don't regret choosing this place at all. read more

My experiences here have been great! Food tasted fresh, good portions, and the staff was very attentive. I used to work at a burrito chain very similar to this and I must say they do a fantastic job keeping this location clean. I have been to the qdoba on rt114 in Danvers and this store destroys the Danvers location in cleanliness. The line looked freshly refilled and wiped clean, all the staff were keeping busy and it's less of a crowd than the Chipotle down the street. If you want a great burrito or tacos, definitely check this place out! My only constructive criticism is that they should be careful of how many people they schedule to work because with a rush of people it may be easy for the 3 or 4 of them to get behind. read more

I eat here all the time. I went to school in Salem, and still go back when i get the chance. the staff is really friendly and make my order the right way everytime. I absolutely love the queso sauce, gives them an edge over chipotle in my opinion. I cannot count the amount of free burrito's I have gotten thanks to my rewards card. I highly reccommend this location to any student/salem resident. read more
