We usually love QDoba however this was by far the most disappointing experience. We'd been driving all day and my husband and I ordered using their online app. When he arrived to pick it up he noticed immediately that they hadn't included the drinks for the kiddos. They disregarded the instructions for my son's nachos, he's autistic and refused to eat them once my husband returned so we had to make stuff up with other parts of our meals for him. They also didn't include the apple sauce for the 2 kids meals that we ordered. And didn't include the sides of sour cream and guacamole that we ordered and PAID for! So irritated, it was supposed to be a quick and easy meal and it turned into an added frustration that we didn't need this evening. read more

My dad and I have been coming to this Qdoba for years and never have I seen such a rude incompetent manager. Her name was Angie and she refused to serve me a beer when that was all we could have due to a water boil order. I had two valid forms of ID including a military ID. She was unable to do simple math and refused to believe me and made a big deal and was utterly and entirely rude to me. Never have I been so disappointed with the customer service there. The saving grace was the food and the newly renovated building that I hadn't seen yet. Was happy to be able to go now that I was finally home and she ruined this experience for not only me but the two friends I brought with me. Angie needs to be retrained on customer service and or stripped of her manager position for her lack of customer experience and simple competence. My birthday is 1/30/1996. read more

I ordered curbside today and said it would be 12 minutes until ready. Email and text explained pretty well what had to happen. I got there at the time they said the order would be ready and put on my flasher And replied to the text I was here. Waited 10 minutes and nothing so I sent another text saying I was here and still nothing. After 15 minutes I tried calling the store and went right to busy. In the next 10 minutes sent another text and tried calling 6 more times and nothing. So after 25 minutes I pulled up right in front of the front door and began honking. A minute or so later a gal came out and had to ask my name. I was only one with curbside that I saw the whole time so not sure why that was needed. I told her my name and she oh just bagged that up and went in and grabbed a bag and brought out to my vehicle. I drove three minutes home and the food was cold. Obviously it was ready closer to the time it stayed versus just bagged up. I would not recommend and will never go back. Gave it a "1" as I had to put something down to write a review otherwise would not have been that good. read more

After not visiting this place for over a year due to rude staff, I decided to give it another try. I went yesterday and the food was fine and staff was somewhat nice. I went again today and the staff was extremely rude and lazy. I asked for jalapeños on my burrito bowl, and the lady said they were out. As I'm sitting in the dining room eating, I look up and notice she's refilling the jalapeño bowl. The lady was rude to begin with, then lies to me just because she's too lazy to get more jalapeños? Such bullshit. The cashier was also rude...didn't say a word to me the whole time I was cashing out. For a company as big as Qdoba , I don't understand how their staff is so shitty. God bless the angels working at Qdoba in Shiloh IL tonight (8/8/18). I ordered for pickup online and had someone pick the order up for me, so I did not get to see who was working, but they HOOKED. IT. UP. I ordered a loaded tortilla soup, a brownie, and some chips with pico/guacamole. Everything was correct and they put extra sour cream and rice in the tortilla soup as requested. I decided to take my business to the shilo qdoba because I was craving a burrito. Upon arrival I greeted by one of the rudest employees that I have ever met at any establishment in my entire life. I disliked the experience so much that If he is ever working I will never step foot in your place of business ever again. He totally ruined my entire appetite by his unnecessary rude behavior. If you expect to get repeated business you should probably terminate this employee immediately. During the current covid crisis that is going on right now you would expect the employee to be wearing a mask and gloves but he put it on after he started making my order. Then the employee took his gloves off when he started getting my chips into the bag. He then forgot to give me my change and got very upset when I asked where it was and asked me to get the receipt out of the bag and I had to help him figure out how much change to give him. This establishment also says masks must be required and many customers were mask-less. Overall this was an absolutely terrible experience and really makes me never want to eat qdoba again and If I do I will now be taking my business to the qdoba in Belleville and I will drive further because of the single employee that was working there. No way I should be treated like that when I am paying my hard earned money at your establishment. read more

I've been to this Qdoba multiple times and always had a great experience. I walked in tonight at 8:55 pm only to be absolutely infuriated within 3 minutes. The staff on this particular night was nowhere to be seen upon arrival, then 3 people walk out and appear extremely frazzled and quite frankly irritated to have to greet us. The female worker in particular was rude, brash, and extremely short. She was literally huffing and sighing after every short question, and she wasn't even paying attention to what I was saying. Then she interrupts my order and proceeds to tell everyone who just walked in that they are out of lettuce, guacamole, fajita veggies, and a number of other items (mind you this is an hour before closing time) before returning to me and asking me the same questions that she had already asked me. Moving to the register, the man who appeared to be the supervisor was dismissive and talked very loud at us -not to us- when we were paying. I then heard him talking, condescendingly, to the person in line behind us, saying, "I asked if you NEED ANYTHING ELSE" when the customer seemed to have simply stated what he'd ordered. Needless to say, I ate my dinner as quickly as possible so that I wouldn't be inconveniencing the employees any longer by taking up their valuable time. read more

If I could give the Qdoba in Shiloh zero stars I would! The lady waiting on us was so rude and sassy. I got a steak nacho bowl and the lady put 5 pieces of steak in it, so when she moves the bowl to the next lady I asked this lady to put more meat in it she looked at me stupidly and then the other lady piped up and said "add more but it's $2 extra for more meat". You can't mean to tell me that 5 small pieces of meat is a meal.... when we were paying she made a point to run to the cashier and tell him to add extra meat to our bill! This used to be my favorite place to go but I'm definitely reconsidering after today. The place was literally empty which probably should have told me something. The two girls working had no idea what they were doing. One couldn't work the register and the other said she had only been working there three weeks. I don't know how those two are expected to run a counter by themselves. To begin, there was no greeting upon entrance like there used to be. I stood in line waiting while they stood and stared at the two women in front of me. After a good minute and a half, one of them finally asked what one of the ladies would like. They didn't move down the line in order asking about each type of topping. Instead, they were jumping forward and back. When it was finally my turn, they made my burrito bowl. A date on the sour cream bottle was labeled two days earlier. The sour cream was basically liquid. I asked for fajita veggies and she stared down at the toppings trying to figure out which was fajita veggies. The veggies were soggy. Overall, very disappointing experience. The management has definitely not been hiring quality workers. I'm not sure if the worker with the tattooed arms is a manager, but my experience before with that worker was very poor as well. I have eaten at qdoba prolly 5 times in my life. moe's 20 and chipoltle maybe 50. So basically, qdoba has been my least fav of all the fake mexican places. Not anymore ! shiloh qdoba has changed my mind about this business. and all other qdobas will forever get my biz. i ordered online , and it was just being finished up as i walked in. There are far more sauces and choices than chipoltle . The burritos were bigger as well. they had to put them in bowls because they stuffed them so full. could not finish mine, and i'm a hog. no tip jar , which i found odd and no spot on charge reciept to tip, also odd. These workers were pleasant , happy, and i wanted to tip them. the place was clean, orderly and everything was fresh and hot. i'm with ashley w, i cannot taste the difference between non gmo and gmo. and all you peeps out there who want to eat non gmo , i can fully understand , but lets not forget that chipoltle was killing peeps with non gmo ecoli and salmonella. yuk. ill take the clean gmo food any day! maybe it just this location, but i'm now a qdoba fan. oh, yeah - they dont charge you for guac, sour cream, and the normal up charged extras at the other places. This location stinks. The area is always busy, so the food preparers just slop everything together. Every burrito I've had is basically just lumped to fit into the foil wrapper, which immediately falls apart upon the first couple bites. Employees working behind the counter have no care about the quality or presentation. The food taste is in line with other locations, but given lack of care by employees it's about a 2 star for me. I can't say I'd care much at $9.95/hr but if you don't like it, get a career, don't take your regret out on my burrito home girl. read more

First of all I would like to acknowledge that it is about 9pm on Easter; however, there were about 5 workers up front when my boyfriend and I arrived. When they saw us come in two of them ran to the back while the other three stood there talking acting as if we had never walked in. We stood there for about 45 seconds until another one walked to the back, then one of them said, while giggling, "she will take you in a couple minutes" and he went to the back. So the last remaining worker began washing her hands and getting ready to make our stuff. So while we were waiting for all of this to happen two other people came in and were waiting in line. So now this girl, Latia, was stuck working the line and register by herself for four people while 4 workers hide in the back. No one came to help her and they all just hid in the back. I do understand that it was later but they still had another hour before closing so it's not like we walked in 5 min before while they were packing everything up. I'm a waitress at a restaurant so service/food quality has to be beyond terrible for me to say anything but this experience definitely needs to be reported. Everyone was very rude and unprofessional, no greeting, no small talk, no smiles, not even asking what we'd like. Just staring at us until we filled in the blanks. Food was also room temperature. My chicken was the same temperature as my sour cream, and there was not much flavor to the food. All I could really taste was the rice and tortilla. We were treated as a nuisance rather than paying customers and I'm 100% certain we will never be returning and will be sticking with Chipotle from now on. read more

I was hesitant to even write a review because based on other's reviews, the owner sure doesn't seem too concerned with responding. However, I felt it necessary to write one anyway. So where to begin? Perhaps I'll start with the server that gave me half a scoop of steak and when I asked for just a tad bit more, the manager on shift rudely and quite loudly stated it would be a $2 charge. I mentioned how there was literally 5 pieces in my bowl and she just rolled her eyes and repeated it'd be $2. Fast forward to check out; I ordered a kids meal for my daughter and told them I wanted to get her a soda. The same rude manager chimed in saying that soda wasn't an option; only juice or milk. I asked if we could just pay for a soda for her and was told no, only juice or milk. Excuse me, but who is she to tell me what I can and/or cannot order for my daughter? If I'm willing to pay for it, take my money and move on about your business! Lastly, we sit down to eat, and my bowl isn't even half filled! I spent over $20 for mine, my ladies, and our daughter's food and I get an equivalent of a child's bowl! I figured we'd give them a second chance even after the first time they messed our entire order up and we had to drive all the way back (only to discover they messed it all up again!), they would've hired more competent people that actually care about their jobs; apparently not! We certainly will not be going back to this establishment! Looks like Chipotle will get our business instead. read more

I used to love this place. It was my number one stop. I have to say after coming here four different times and giving them chances after chances I will never return again. My fiancé ordered steak for his bowl and I got a burrito and let me tell you, I got more than he did and his cost a lot more! When he asked for more steak since they literally only put 5 pieces In his, the manager very snidely remarked "that'll be $2 more for another scoop. Are you serious! They didn't even put a full scoop in to begin with! Half scoop of steak is BS for the price. Not only did they short us with our food, they were very rude towards us. We didn't even have the option to pay for a soda for our daughter if we wanted to! I have to say this is my first review ever with complaints. I don't ever complain but it was that bad!!!
