I am a big QDOBA fan, food is good and you can get it exactly how you want. The problem with this particular location is that it is dirty. We arrived shortly after they opened and every table was dirty. If you look at the ceiling directly above the grills and where they prepare your food, there is so much dust and grease stuck to the lights and the air vents it's disgusting, how much of that falls into the food on the grills? The floors were also greasy and there was something slimy and gross on the dispensers on the soda machine. I could eat here, too worried about getting sick. The health inspector needs to pay this location a visit. read more

Forgot that dang queso in my bowl and also forgot the meat for a chicken burrito. How do you make a chicken burrito with out meat when it is called a chicken burrito. Also, I asked for queso for my bowl and there was none. The service was not that good either. The workers had ear buds in and could not hear me. As a very loyal customer for several years, I have never had problems here in the past. My most recent visit, I was directly insulted by the new manager. Ended up not ordering anything. It is completely unacceptable for employees to be blatantly insulting the physical appearance of customers especially when it is unprovoked. This behavior is beyond unprofessional and I refuse to dine at this location ever again. Would give 0 stars if it were an option. My suggestion is to hire more competent and pleasant management and I would consider returning. read more

Filthy disgusting place. Lazy workers. Ten behind the counter and no one wanting to take orders on a line of 8 people. Everyone keeps calling for Makayla - "there are people waiting to order" yet everyone just standing around. The only one working is the single middle aged Mexican guy who seems to be trying to fulfill 100 online orders. Although he works hard, he is also touching his phone while rolling burritos. A big black lady is dripping a nasty towel all over the sauce station so if your burrito tastes like rinse water, that's the reason. Not sure if a work place culture problem, minimum wage/unskilled worker standard, or perhaps both. IDGAF attitude is the what this place exudes. Date and time of witnessing this circus act was 12/30/22 around 6:20pm. Ps. I didn't not get the opportunity to place an order. Glad the poor service was enough to make me leave my place in line. After so many horrible reviews, why hasn't corporate stepped in to assist with extra training or something? The food is good which is the only plus. The service is lacking. Consistency with portions as well as an issue with burritos splitting is a frequent issue. Depending on who is making your food, that person could be super generous with one ingredient, but stingy on another. There's no uniformity. The cleanliness of this location is noticeable as soon as you walk in...tables aren't cleaned, floors feel dingy, equipment in the back isn't wiped down and the worst part is this: the employees NEVER wear hats or hair nets when handling food. It's only a matter of time until I find someone's hair in my food.I will often see employees using there personal cell phones in the kitchen which is inappropriate in the workplace. This is not your home kitchen!! Put your phone away, be polite to customers, always wear gloves when handling food, thank people for coming in, and for the love of all that is good....put your hair in a hair net and/or hat....if you don't like all that....maybe you're better suited for retail not food service. P.S. Google and your website said you were open Sunday until 10pm. We drove for 30 minutes to get there to find out you were closed. We arrived at 6pm with no explanation as to why you were closed hours early. Epic fail. read more

When I came in, they acted like I shouldn't even be bothering them. There was one other person there besides myself, during lunch hour. They pretended to not hear me while I was ordering but charged me for what I ordered that I didn't receive. I ordered 'to go' because of the horrible vibes in the place. Got out to my car to eat and all the food was cold. Had to throw it out at Walmart (they don't have a garbage can outside) and go to Wendy's. Oh, and they are closed when the website says they are open. Big management problems in Sheboygan. Save yourself some time and go to Wendy's! I love this place as there is so many options to put in whatever your getting. I get a burrito and usually it's steak and chicken, I try to get enough on the inside so it doesn't close but they always manage to get it done. Very friendly place great servers. read more

Normally our experience at the restaurant is very good. The two people working were kind of rude. The person preparing the food just slapped my daughters quasidia together.... It was under cooked and just fell apart. Very disappointing. The one checking us out was in such a hurry that they didn't bother even asking if we wanted drinks. The food is standard Qdoba fare, no complaints. The low rating comes from the staffing. They are always understaffed during the work week for lunch rush. The staff tries hard to keep up but having 2-3 people out front is not enough. There is usually a line out the door and a 15-20 minute to order. This was not a good experience. They rushed us along and started serving the next person in line before everyone in our group had ordered. We didn't get all the toppings we wanted because they were just trying to move the line. It also sucked that they don't have straws anymore because I have a cold sensitivity due to dental work and couldn't drink my over priced soda- although that wasn't really the result of their horrible service, just store policy. My husbands brisket in the bowl was one big piece- instead of cut up so he struggled to cut it with his plastic fork. I wouldn't normally review a chain restaurant, but this is the Best qdoba ever. Staff is crazy friendly. Even walking around offering refills on chips and soda. Chicken was moist and flavorful. I love Qdoba, but this is the slowest one I have ever been to. Watching them spend several minutes trying to put a taco in a tray, very frustrating. The food they had while preparing looked very old and unappetizing. The lettuce was wilted, the chicken and steak were burnt to the point of being rock solid. The pork looked under cooked. I'm worried at this point I may get ill from the food. If you like qdoba, do yourself a favor and drive a half hour south to the Grafton store. read more

Overall, it's a Qdoba. You'll get Qdoba. It's usually pretty good. Two of the last times we went there, some girl making the burritos was absolutely horrible, she put everything essentially in one big pile (didn't spread the ingredients out) so for example, all the cheese was at one end of the burrito. Previously never had many issues with this location. The workers were pretty fun. And the food was good. Recently, however, I've had many more issues. The workers lack communication across the board and the employment is altogether a mess. The biggest problem I've seen is with one worker in specific. From what I've gathered by asking around, it's the new manager. He is blatantly rude to customers, including myself. I've heard multiple horror stories about him from friends/fellow customers too, so at this point I know I'm not being over dramatic. Not only is there an issue with how he treats customers, but how I've seen the employees being treated by him as well. I see no respect coming from him towards anyone. He doesn't show enthusiasm for his job, and everyone who glances his way can easily tell. It makes the experience of ordering unpleasant and uncomfortable. How he is still granted the privilege of running this establishment is absolutely beyond me. read more

Overall I would say this is pretty good! Although some of the girls that work there are very rude...some people don't know there menu very well, I have been charged three different prices for the exact same thing I always order. This review is strictly based on the smothered Burrito. Their ordinary burritos where boring, bland, and way to starchy. They have changed that with the smothered Burrito.. Served in a bowl with enough salsa, sour cream, guacamole, & Queso, this burrito is finally edible. You definitely need a fork and a knife but it is actually really good. Now, it is no Mission burrito or Burrito Suizo from the Chicagoland area, but it is a very good "Americanized Burrito"!! read more
