Stopped here for lunch on a roadtrip to Door County. Ordered the veggie on GF bread. I indicated I had a gluten allergy and everyone changed their gloves and wiped everything down. Really appreciated how they took being GF so seriously. They also have lays chips and a snickerdoodle cookie that are GF! read more

Worst service! Line of people, 3 staff doing phone orders, 1 staff working reg and 2 making sandwiches. BUT they would stand and wait for the entire sandwich to be made before taking next order. Literally standing there. Had to leave. I worked sandwich shop for 10 years and won't support this sort of bad service. read more

My wife stopped to get two subs for us for lunch. We both like Jersey Mike's subs. She requested a medium Big Kahuna with no cheese for me and it ended up being a Philly sub with lots of hot jalapeños with no cheese when I opened to eat the sub at home. I had to remove some of the excessive hot jalapeños in order to eat it. The person making the sub clearly didn't read the order when filling the sub order. He or she filled it with Philly sub meat instead of the Big Kahuna chicken filling. read more

Almost always messes my sub up, not even exaggerating every single time I go in there my sub is either entirely messed up or things are missing. I stopped going there because of how bad the workers are especially with reading the tickets/ listening to me. read more

We stopped by this Jersey Mike's right after they first opened and I'm definitely not planning on returning. My husband ordered and paid for extra meat that he did not receive on his sub. We noticed this as we sat down and started eating because it was very obvious he had the same amount that I had and I didn't order extra meat. We both ordered the same Italian, so it was easy to see. I took both our orders back and asked for a manager, which I have a hunch was the owner. He took one look and told me no, the order was made correctly. All I asked was to enjoy the sub including the extra portion we paid for. He managed to lose a repeat customer that day. Oh well. read more

Used on-line app for order and told order would be ready at 6:45. Didn't get order till 7:05 and that was after inquiring about order. Lost my business forever since there are numerous sub shops that provide better service. Also there were 2 other people waiting for orders that had been placed on-line and not delivered on time. read more

I have been to a lot of Jersey Mike's locations. This is the friendliest staffed location I have ever been to!

We ordered through the app Sunday 5/2/21. We did this to avoid standing in line. They completely disregarded the toppings we indicated on our submission. I know they saw it because they put our names on the subs I also put on the submission. read more

Food was ok. Floors and tables were filthy. They have 6 guys working and 3 standing around, they could be cleaning. Two talked, and couldn't understand a word they were saying. read more

when you place an online order, it seems as if the workers are handicap and unable to read simple words like "lettuce" or "Do not forget lettuce". yet they can read every other part, even the part that is right before the "DO NOT FORGET LETTUCE!" I have ordered expensive subs on 4+ occasions for them to repeatedly forget the lettuce. So I end up with a mushy sub without any texture! If you want to waste your money, time and have no refund made to you, then support this business. To whoever owns this store, make sure your employees CAN READ ORDERS PROPERLY BEFORE SOMEONE GETS a hot a fresh nuckle sandwich. Add that to your menu because a lot of your employees could use one if not two. read more

I was in this store on 12/24/22 to buy 5 subs. There was a lady and her husband in the store as well buying subs. The lady offered me a extra coupon she had that was $2.00 off a sub. When she tried to give me the coupon the staff working there which was lady stopped her and said this you can't give her that coupon, we send those to people in our area as a gift. The lady said oh I have never heard of not being able to give someone a coupon, she said sorry to me and took the coupon back. I told the staff she was wrong, even to say their area, you don't know if I lived in the area or not, but I was black. I told her I was very offended and this was wrong. I should walked out left her making 5 subs, but I wanted to be right. I will not return to this Jersey's Mike. read more

This was my first time getting food from Jersey Mikes in Sheboygan... Wont go back. As I waited for my order, The girl who took my order grabbed my bread and sliced the meat with the same gloves she took my order with. Several times she pushed her mask up over her nose with the same gloves that just made my sub with. I spoke with one of the other employees about my concerns, she basically blew me off and said they use hand sanitizer. They may use it but I had a clear view and she did NOT use anything. I don't even want to eat my sub now, and they forgot my cup of peppers after making sure I knew about them. There was another customer also watching and she told the woman to cancel the order. I mean come on, were dealing with Covid and she is touching her mask and then making my sub,,, no thanks! The turkey ham club is tasteless, maybe if I had the peppers? read more

Stopped in for my first time at Jersey Mike's. I have to say it was one of the best subs I have ever had. I will be back many more times I'm sure. You will have to try them out. read more

16 in line waiting. Way to slow to get food. Really good food if you have some time to blow.

I have been to the Jersey Mike's in Kohler, Wi now 3 times since they have been open. All 3 times have been bad experiences'. The first time was about a week after they opened, I never realized they put your sandwich directly on the counter while making it. Pandemic or not, I would not have accepted that. Other sub shops do not do that. Restaurant was filthy dirty, counter was awful, and don't even get me started on what the cutting board looked like, food scraps every where and I was not impressed, and that is where they lay your food on top of. Sandwich was good but I called franchisee about it and he was rude and said that's how it's done at Mike's and they have over 2500 locations and counters get cleaned often. I don't care, I don't want my sandwich being made directly on dirty counter. Second time I went I asked them to put my sandwich on paper before putting it on counter, they said no problem, restaurant was a little cleaner and they took time to make sure my stuff was handled properly. Sandwich was over loaded with "juice and oils" was so soggy and sloppy that after I got home with it I could only eat half of it. On 8-30-21 I went back, thinking I would give them one last try. Well that was a disaster. Worker that was at slicer looked at me with a brain dead stare and it was getting awkward, he finally asked me what I needed. I told him right away to put my bread on paper before putting it on the counter, as usual the counter was not clean. He ignored my request and put bread on counter anyways, I then said " put my bread on paper first" He then stared at me and rudely said "For What !" I then yelled back and said "because I don't want my sandwich put directly on the dirty counter!" He then was going to put that same bread that was on the counter on the paper. I then told him that he needs to cut new bread, he put his hand on the bread and shoved it forward while giving me an ugly stare. Sandwich was assembled by someone else, once again was so sloppy and soggy after I traveled home with it, I could only eat a portion of it. This will be the last time I go there. I will definitely continue giving my business to cousins and Subway. I have never had issues at Cousins, and had only a couple of issues at Subway after all the years I have eaten there. Not impressed by how dirty Mike's is, the workers are rude and the food is not worth the extra you pay compared to other shops. read more
