Qdoba is our go-to for "fast food!" The food is always good, always fast, and always pleasant workers. My kids love this place, whether we door dash or dine in. I usually get the bowl, so I can dip my chips in it! I used to get the burrito, they are so big you can eat them by dipping your tortilla chips and scooping some room to be able to even take a bite of these huge things! It totally reminds me of California. You go up to the counter and tell the person what type of tortilla, bowl, taco, etc., you pick your meat & rice, then your dish get passed down the line as you pick whatever you want as they pile it on! Last year we stopped at Qdoba in Monroe for the first time in a long time and we were very disappointed. At the time I honestly didn't think we'd ever stop again. We love the Mexican grill foods, however, and decided what the heck. Lo and behold we certainly are glad we did! What a nice change in experience for us. The inside of the restaurant was immaculate and very inviting. The staff was totally different and very much on the ball. Those who waited on us were very friendly and efficient. My wife tried the shrimp bowl and three days later is still raving about it. I gave the steak and shrimp bowl a try this time and it was very tasty. Congratulations to the owner/manager for making some drastic and positive changes. We definitely will be back! read more

So I'm always reluctant about trying new restaurants but this one right here is a 10-10-10 the food is authentic and what I loved the most was the variety of the menu. Plenty of different foods to choose from. Of course with this being my first time. It made the experience worthy. read more

When I walked in the dining area looked odd, half empty and half boths, tables, and a long high table with electric outlets. The place was freezing inside. As I reviewed the menu I mentioned to the employee behind the counter how cold it was and she responded it was very hot back here, pointing to the food prep area. I wondered, does she expect me to eat lunch in the kitchen? I ordered a taco, a burrito, and a small soda with a $2:00 tip it came to $18.70. Not sure but seemed kinda steep for a burrito and taco, but at least it tasted fine. As I went to find a place to sit (the place was empty) I was appalled that all 9 eating areas were filthy as was the floor. My first time here at this chain restaurant. Was not happy! Same way with Moe process you pick your food and topping and so on. I cook a lot so when I do errand I do a lot quick and eat food. Going to this place it is so cold. The place was empty but allowed to sit if needed to. I order a burrito steak. I was worried how sanitary the place are because their food was all messy and unclean. Disappointed, but not surprised. It seems like after COVID this place has gone downhill very fast, just like every single fast food/restaurant. I used to love coming here, but I'm about over it. Prices have gone up, and quality/quantity have gone down. Went in today to order a brisket keto bowl (mind you is an already set bowl that you order) and the brisket was cold, not even warm, and also pictured in the photos I have included. The person did not include lettuce and cheese that was supposed to be in the bowl, i didn't know that I had to say every item that comes in the bowl because again, it is a "set bowl" with "set toppings" online. So, you'd think the workers would know what goes into that specific bowl. This bowl was for my mother, and she was very disappointed. We paid $9 for this bowl, and the amount they gave her in the bowl was laughable. She called the store because we live 20 mins away, and the manager acted like they don't have pre set bowls even though online it is very much pre set. read more

As you walk in the place is immaculate. Staff here is beyond friendly and polite. Had a great conversation with the crew as they prepare my meal. It was really nice having the staff being polite in this day and age. I know tensions are tight stresses are high work force is low but seems like everybody here has a positive attitude I was happy to be at work. My food was hot fresh delicious have nothing really bad to say about my trip here. If you're in the Monroe Frenchtown area stuff on and grab something to eat. read more

I ordered 3 tacos, flour tortillas and Ground Beef. that is all I received, no lettuce or tomatoes or onions, whatever you would expect to get on a taco was not there. The meat was seasoned well, but with about 2 Tablespoons on each tortilla, I don't think it was worth just under $9.00 My next item was the Taco Salad, according to the online photo and description, it cups in a crispy tortilla shell, with corn, lettuce , tomatoes and other vegetables and I chose Chicken, with Mexican Caesar. What I received was about 12 pieces of charred chicken in a container that were barely edible. No vegetables, no crispy shell. I finally got someone on the phone to ask if there was a problem with how I ordered it. I was told, some changes had to be made in the way they prepare and serve food do to the 'coronavirus'. I'm disappointed. This was my first order from QDoba and it will be my last. On the plus side, my order was delivered to me by Door Dash and their service was excellent. It's like Chipotle, but better! This is my favorite fast food chain and I'm a regular at several locations. The Monroe location losses a star for quality, but only because they're slightly dry on all their meats and the rice is usually under/over done. Even still, it's great tasting. read more

I've been coming to this Qdoba for quite sometime, and I've never had an issue. Actually, they've exceeded my expectations everytime. However, today's experience was a little different. I'm unsure of the new staff that's been hired, considering the fact that they were extremely rude, for no particular reason. I was very nice, spoke clear, and the woman putting my food together looked at me like garbage and spoke to me like I was trash. I asked for more sour cream, more cheese, more everything because she was hardly putting anything in my bowl. Me asking for more was obviously an inconvenience, but if she would have put a sufficient amount in it the first time, I wouldn't have had to ask for more. Typically, I can eat only half the bowl and pack up the rest for later, but there was hardly any food in the bowl, that I ended up eating it all and was still hungry. (This never happens, considering the fact that my bowl is usually nice, full, and worth what I'm paying for.) I'm extremely disappointed with today's experience. Came into this restaurant for lunch and I was extremely displeased. I am an executive for a large retailer and guest service is number one priority and this establishment certainly lacks it. As I walked up to the cashier the cashier smelt as if he bathed in cigarettes and clearly hasn't showered in days (absolutely disgusting). He didn't give any effort into his job and it was terrible. Not only was his guest service skills terrible... he got my order wrong The only saving grace to this whole situation was a young manager named Elizabeth (I believe that was her name). She came up to the register and apologized for the situation and made everything right for me. Great new fast casual spot in Monroe! Love that its made right in front of me. Have been a few times and service has always been both fast & friendly. I also appreciate that they have multiple options for meat, beans, salsas...(adobo or tequila-lime chicken, brisket or steak, pinto or black beans, white or spanish rice,etc). When eating in I get nachos, but if getting to go I get a burrito bowl that I can eat as nachos or put into a tortilla once I get home. read more
