Walk along the counter you can choose between a number of proteins a number of types.(taco, burrito, nachos, bowl.) add all the toppings you like including multiple types of queso and salsa. Food was good as expected tasted pretty fresh. girls behind the counter we're great and took care of us pretty quickly. We were the only ones in the place so that wasn't too hard. They also do a lot of catering here. I saw a big catering order waiting to go out. Prices are a little high, but most things are these days. I came in on Friday night, September 18th, around 9:15 PM. The staff were incredibly rude. I got my usual mini bowl and asked for double chicken, as I always have for a year straight. The employee working the line got aggressive and claimed that I couldn't get double chicken, all while slamming utensils, my bowl, and other things around as if it were a problem. I was there an hour and thirty minutes before closing. It baffles me how people apply for a job and then get upset when they have to perform said job. I truly hope the worker is held accountable, as well as the lady working the cash register; both were incredibly rude. read more

Just arrived at the south east street location and was very disappointed that we now have to drive 12 miles to another location. I am a chef let me start there. The young lady behind the counter was chewing on something and asked what we would like. I noticed the brown rice was about gone but old and asked for fresh rice she got the fresh rice and said she has to mix the old hard rice into the fresh rice.i told her twice I do not want that rice I can visibly see it had been sitting for a good while and was no good. She still put the old rice in the pan. The manager stood there and did nothing said nothing and we had to walk out and find another location. Funny thing my boyfriend works for the health department and we will be sure to file a complaint. read more

I haven't been to Qdoba in YEARS after they changed their menu. I decided to stop in today and I'm glad I did. They brought back all of the old menu items. They changed the cup lids. As you can see, we were given a nice portion. The food was flavorful. I really missed their queso. It wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant. They have parking. Qdoba on East street in Indianapolis 46227, doesn't matter if you order 2 nacho entrees or 10, they will only give you one bag of chips that's not even 1/4 way full, maybe a handful of chips for a whole family to split...what a joke...happens every time. Three words: Three Cheese Nachos! I've always gotten the bowls at Qdoba. A coworker told me about the three cheese nachos and omg it's so much nicer! It's pretty much like the bowl but they layer the ingredients differently. The nachos have 2-3 scoops of cheese on the bottom, then rice and beans, then the meat, and then your fresh cold items. Guacamole is included in the price if you get it in the bowl. The other cool part about getting the nachos, they don't charge you for the chips if you get them on the side instead of in the bowl. I have mixed feelings about QDOBA. Typically, I enjoy it. The food is fine. The service at this location is the main concern. I would not suggest going to this location after 9pm. They close at 10pm and it seems that after 9 they do not put out any fresh food so you are stuck with the day's leftovers. I have also seen the manager be rude and disrespectful to his employees in front of customers. I will say though that this location is usually clean and there is plenty of seating available! While I love my veggie nachos, I will likely be finding them at a different location. read more

Food was ok, but they might want to rethink their carryout packaging. I ordered a bowl with a side of chips and salsa and a bottle of water. It was all in a plastic bag, which would have been fine, had the chips been secured in some way. Instead, they fell out of their little paper holder and were all over the inside of the bag getting crushed by the water bottle, etc. The little salsa cup must have had salsa on the outside of it because the water bottle had salsa, chip crumbs and salt from the chips all over it. I wish they'd package the chips in something sturdier to protect them and keep them from spilling out everywhere. read more

Before visiting car dealership I decided to eat something and this Qdoba was the closest visible restaurant, aside from going to Kroger to grab chips. Place was clean and typical to any Qdoba. My only wish is that the lettuce would be fresher. And now that all the toppings are included at no additional charge (looking at you guac!), I can't help but come here on the regular. This location also has one of those handy Coke 100 machines. In general, just seems like people are much nicer here. After a long day and possible stomach cancer I went ahead and ordered from this store. I had a credit because KFC attempted to feed me cardboard staged as chicken over the weekend so I decided to treat my best friend who also has digestion issues (not cancer) he called and asked if he could get his topping on the side and they said it wouldn't be a problem but they didn't deliver. Door dash only credited $5.96 on a $56 bill so I just told him to call qdoba and they would take care of him or give him a credit or take his name. Only thing this store did was give him a hard time. He explained that his bowl had no topping and asked "why am I susposed to eat this without my toppings?" And the store manger told him with a fork!!! I laughed so hard I gave him his money back but he was ready to fight. We both volunteered all day and he started moving after we volunteered so even tho it was extremely funny it was extremely terrible customer service and since Iaughed I paid. We was in a uhaul so we really could not come get more food and that's why we door dashed today. My meal was fine with my impossible meat but his was not. It was his second failed attempt at door dash today and it was my third in a row. I've been going to the restaurants myself. Food is fresh when you don't dash. Really good burritos! Extremely filling and tasty. Guacamole is some of the best I've ever had. My only negative is ordering through doordash and receiving a pork burrito instead of chicken. That's a huge mistake considering there are lots of people who don't or can't eat pork. read more
