I haven't been to Qdoba in YEARS after they changed their menu. I decided to stop in today and I'm glad I did. They brought back all of the old menu items. They changed the cup lids. As you can see, we were given a nice portion. The food was flavorful. I really missed their queso. It wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant. They have parking. They kept changing their gloves which is 10/10 for me. The aroma when you walked in the door was amazing. Good customer service. read more

Three words: Three Cheese Nachos! I've always gotten the bowls at Qdoba. A coworker told me about the three cheese nachos and omg it's so much nicer! It's pretty much like the bowl but they layer the ingredients differently. The nachos have 2-3 scoops of cheese on the bottom, then rice and beans, then the meat, and then your fresh cold items. Guacamole is included in the price if you get it in the bowl. The other cool part about getting the nachos, they don't charge you for the chips if you get them on the side instead of in the bowl. I have mixed feelings about QDOBA. Typically, I enjoy it. The food is fine. The service at this location is the main concern. I would not suggest going to this location after 9pm. They close at 10pm and it seems that after 9 they do not put out any fresh food so you are stuck with the day's leftovers. I have also seen the manager be rude and disrespectful to his employees in front of customers. I will say though that this location is usually clean and there is plenty of seating available! While I love my veggie nachos, I will likely be finding them at a different location. read more

Food was ok, but they might want to rethink their carryout packaging. I ordered a bowl with a side of chips and salsa and a bottle of water. It was all in a plastic bag, which would have been fine, had the chips been secured in some way. Instead, they fell out of their little paper holder and were all over the inside of the bag getting crushed by the water bottle, etc. The little salsa cup must have had salsa on the outside of it because the water bottle had salsa, chip crumbs and salt from the chips all over it. I wish they'd package the chips in something sturdier to protect them and keep them from spilling out everywhere. read more

Just came from there. Love Qdobas but it's crazy. 2.00 was rang up for a side of rice. The rice poured was like a tablespoon leftover. The girl who poured the rice said 80 cents. Before visiting car dealership I decided to eat something and this Qdoba was the closest visible restaurant, aside from going to Kroger to grab chips. Place was clean and typical to any Qdoba. My only wish is that the lettuce would be fresher. After a long day and possible stomach cancer I went ahead and ordered from this store. I had a credit because KFC attempted to feed me cardboard staged as chicken over the weekend so I decided to treat my best friend who also has digestion issues (not cancer) he called and asked if he could get his topping on the side and they said it wouldn't be a problem but they didn't deliver. Door dash only credited $5.96 on a $56 bill so I just told him to call qdoba and they would take care of him or give him a credit or take his name. Only thing this store did was give him a hard time. He explained that his bowl had no topping and asked "why am I susposed to eat this without my toppings?" And the store manger told him with a fork!!! I laughed so hard I gave him his money back but he was ready to fight. We both volunteered all day and he started moving after we volunteered so even tho it was extremely funny it was extremely terrible customer service and since Iaughed I paid. We was in a uhaul so we really could not come get more food and that's why we door dashed today. My meal was fine with my impossible meat but his was not. It was his second failed attempt at door dash today and it was my third in a row. I've been going to the restaurants myself. Food is fresh when you don't dash. Without a doubt the dirtiest Qdoba I've been in. Only a couple tables occupied and the rest of them were filthy, trash was so full you had to lay your trash on the box where the trash bag was. By far the best Qdoba I've been to. I'm speaking of course about their customer service, cleanliness and speediness. Rarely do I have issues here. And now that all the toppings are included at no additional charge (looking at you guac!), I can't help but come here on the regular. This location also has one of those handy Coke 100 machines. I actually had not had much qdoba recently, out of just a bad case of "meh" from visits to other locations. This one popped in a little closer to frequent stomping grounds, so I went in. In general, just seems like people are much nicer here. When hearing a little "that sounds good, I'm ordering it, but shit, I don't know" in my voice they have given samples to make sure I wouldn't revolt my takeout meal once arriving home. Friendly service and good food. They have a goods selection of toppings for your entree (big fan of their spicy queso sauce) along with chips, cookies and a drink. Last week ordered catering for a work lunch. My card was double charged $152. I called to resolve the issue last weekend when I noticed the double charge and still a week later have not resolved the issue. I just called again was told the manager was there but would call me back tomorrow. Why would you not get on the phone as a manager to talk to a guest that was over charged. If you like spicy, mild, hot, Extremely hot, Not So much hot, they have something for you. Plenty of people I know will say they don't like Mexican food but love qdoba. I think it's the queso.
