Extremely rude workers behind the counter. I asked for Chips and Queso, the young man asked if I wanted Spicy or regular. He then asked the other worker in the veggie section to get me a side of Guacamole. I then corrected him nicely and said I actually wanted Queso. He then shook his head like he was mad, looked at me sternly and said "you asked for Guac." I don't know why someone would get so upset over needing to get me what I actually wanted. I love Qdoba and had a different experience than previous reviews. We saw a new-to-us menu item, the surf & turf bowl, and decided to try it out. It has both steak and citrus lime shrimp, pico, cillantro rice, chili crema, and guacamole, but we added corn salsa. We took our food to a park, bc it was dark and gloomy in the store. It was very tasty, and we enjoyed it. It was supposed to have cotija cheese, but they forgot to put any cheese on, so it lacked the salty kick. Suggestion: Turn on some lights so customers don't feel like they need Prozac, or convert part of the back parking lot into an outdoor dining zone to take advantage of the view of Versluis Lake. read more

Last 3 visits were similar. No clean tables to sit at, Serving area dirty, floors needed sweeping & bathroom needed attention. Some menu items not available, steam table containers low, dried food on edges & sloppy looking. Staff were messy looking & portions continue to decline. The food here is was simply not good. I know its a fast food joint but chipotle and other fast mex places seem to do a great consistent job. I ordered about 6 dishes for a work event including bowls, taco salads, and burritos. All guests to our party were very underwhelmed and my food in particular was almost inedible. I had a steak burrito bowl and the meat was gristly and had very hard bits in it. The guacamole was basically an avocado cut into 4's with no flavor whatsoever. The flavors were mediocre and the presentation was not pretty. Although 3 of us had the same order they all looked completely different. Prices were OK as you would expect from a place like this but with all of the other lunch options around a similar place this just isnt worth it. read more

Oh Qdoba, I am torn on this review....I have great love for you but my last 2 visits are leaving me wondering if I will be going back. 2 trips ago the girl making my burrito kept scratching her head which seriously grossed me out and last trip they seemed rushed and my burrito was at least a fourth the size it normally is. I love that I can go in and just make my own burrito filled with veggies and goodness but if something happens again like these 2 trips I won't be going back... read more

Smaller portions. Have to ask for reasonable amount of beans Queso veggies then get a check out and remind them I have two more orders that they forgot. And still cost me $55 for four orders. Just a warning, the Northland location is poorly managed. Found a long hair in my food. I called to speak with the Manager, and was told that the manager was not available. I asked for the Managers name, and they refused to provide it. Will never go back. read more

So my wife and I were craving Mexican food so we decided to stop and grab a bite, when we arrived it was apparent that there was confusion between two of the female employees, when it was my turn to order I asked for one steak burrito and one drunken yard bird taco. The employee that was putting my burrito together seemed very confused or untrained in her position, in turn it took about 8-10 minutes to go through their selection of items for my burrito and taco, the chicken for the taco was cold and the corn tortilla seemed to not be cooked, it was very rubbery. I feel the the steak and items that was in my burrito are not good quality by any means, I will not return QDOBA again for this experience I don't recommend it to anyone either. read more

Lucky the food is good because management is lacking. Did a catering order with them and was charged three different times for over the amount the order came to. Manager blamed their new system. Don't think it was the systems fault after dealing management. Went to return the hot tray holders and again, by management, treated poorly. He needs to leave how to handle stress! After standing in a long line and finally getting to the front, was asked to step aside and I'll deal with you after all these guests. Very dissatisfied. Too many other good Mexican restaurants out there to ever go back there again! Sad. read more

I enjoy the food but this location needs to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the dining area. Doors are always smeared with fingerprints. Tables are filthy. Crushed chips and debris on the floor. Trash frequently overflowing. I thought this was only the result of peak times but it's pretty much like this no matter when I've gone. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or it's just not a priority to them but it does make you wonder how clean everything else is if the dining area is always such a mess. Take 10 minutes every couple hours and send someone out to touch things up. read more

I was really disappointed by how the manager spoke to her employees. She was condescending to one employee in particular about how he was sweeping, making multiple comments in front of customers. One of the other employees seemed to contribute to the negativity. It made me uncomfortable. I wouldn't want to work there if that's how my supervisor spoke to me. There's certainly got to be a more professional way to address employee concerns. read more

We eat at the Qdoba on Northland Drive once a week, usually on a Thursday. We always order the taco salad and are never disappointed. We find this Qdoba to always be clean and staff to be professional. The young man running this site is very conscientious. They are very generous with their quac which is very good. Well, it's a chain restaurant so the food preparation and quality should be comparable to other locations (in this case, yummy). The staff was friendly and efficient during a very busy lunch rush and the place was clean and ready for customers. I've been here multiple times and I'll be back again! read more

We walked up to this location and there were broken umbrellas and a heaping trash can. The glass door was a smeary mess. Once inside the dining room was extremely dirty. As we approached the counter you could see a disgusting mess of food on the floor in the kitchen area. We turned around and walked out. Probably won't go back. read more

Do you have a zero star rating? After tonight, I will never be back. Not even sure where to start. I placed an order online. Arrived to pick it up at the correct time, after receiving an email confirmation that they received the order, and we had to wait behind about four people in line. Then they had to make our order, after already waiting. Online ordering = Shouldn't be waiting in line. Then they forgot our chips and queso and we had to turn around to ask for them. Then get home, and the steak taco salad... had no steak, no salad, or any bacon which I also ordered on it. We call, she apologizes, I drive all the way back. Then... I have to wait... again. She then starts to make my salad, after exchanging words. How do you forget the two items that are in the name of the menu item!!! As I'm waiting (again) she decides to take a phone call, as she is trying to fix my order. Which is not only rude, but unsanitary, just like the entire kitchen area looked. The phone call, was another complaint on a wrong order. Do NOT place to go orders, definitely watch them make your food!!! Hopefully it will come out right. No refund, no coupons, no courtesy. Manager was young, rude, and should NOT be running a store or managing others. Ouch on that hire Qdoba!! Chips were stale. All three times I've went here, it's closer to close, and they definitely just do not care to try to make it right. read more
