Used to be decent but last time I ordered a Chicken Baja wrap it was like "WHERES THE CHICKEN " honestly I know everyone is cutting back but this is ridiculous. Have to order something like a quarter pounder and know you get what you pay for! read more

Ordered a chicken quesadilla and an açaí bowl. My wife clearly explained what she wanted on the bowl. After receiving it, we realized it included something she didn't want, so she politely asked if they could remake it. Another employee came to the window to ask for clarification, but then explained that since she didn't specifically say she didn't want that item, she could either keep it as-is or pay for a new one. This was followed by a snarky comment: "It's not a create-your-own bowl here." My wife expressed her frustration and mentioned that she had just left the hospital and was already extremely stressed, asking if they could please help her out. The employee responded with, "Then why are you here?" I've managed in food service and customer service for over 8 years, and I was taken aback by the lack of empathy and the way this situation was handled read more

I use to work in customer service so I get the struggles. However I have been having numerous issues with consistency with what I get. For example I order the buffalo chicken wrap with no tomato, but I end up getting tomato. I feel like it's hit or miss, on most days. Even today I was waiting for 15 plus minutes for my order. I understand the after church lunch rush but there's gotta be balance. read more

I have a few issues with TS, some of which are with the chain, some with this location. But overall I like it, and will continue eating here. The Styrofoam cups need to go. It's kind of appalling that a chain of this size still utilizes this material. They are long overdue in switching to a sustainable material for their cups and food packaging. I was really sad when they got rid of the salads. Now they have 'bowls' which are similar, but it seems like the quality of the lettuce has gone down. However, they've added the quesadillas which are really good! And I like how they are packaged. They don't get crushed or make a mess on the drive home. The smoothies, while really high in sugar, are really delicious. I pretty much stick to the triple berry oat because of the nutrition in this particular one. But I've tried many different flavors and they all taste really good. do think they need to add more nutrients and lower the sugar in the kids smoothies, and I would love it if they offered a smaller size in the regular smoothies. They do have an option to swap sugar for splenda, which would lower the sugar. I'm tempted to ask for neither, but I'm not sure how that would taste. The app has been a game changer! I love the option of ordering ahead for pickup, and the rewards actually add up really quickly. We've received $5 off rewards many times, and they often have $1 off smoothie days. There have been a few issues where options shown on the desktop site are not available on the mobile app, which is a little frustrating, but not enough to deter me from ordering here. This particular location: I like that they have a drive thru, but it does sometimes take quite a bit longer than you would expect. I've had a few issues when picking up an order placed ahead of time. They have a location at the counter with a sign indicating it is where you pick up orders. But no matter how long you stand there the staff never comes over and will serve everyone at the main register first. Usually if I order ahead now I just wait in the regular line and tell them I'm picking up an order, or if there is no line at the drive thru I'll pick up at the window. Simple issue in training the staff that could be easily improved on. read more

Great staff but nothing above average in good. Well...the wrap with almond butter and granola is AMAZING.

This location is always consistent with good food quality and the location is good. The service is okay. It's always busy but they work hard to keep the line moving quick. Always clean inside. read more

Shockingly bad smoothies. This is my third time at this location. I go order an $8 smoothie, forget about the poor experience then repeat again a month later. Hoping that by writing this review I'll break the cycle. Sunrise Sunset and Blimey Limey smoothie somehow both taste the same, chopped up ice with 4 yr old artificial lime juice squeezed on top. read more

I love Tropical Smoothie! This location is smaller but well maintained and clean. The workers are young but very nice! The quality of the food has consistently been excellent and their smoothies are also consistently delicious. This is one of my favorite places to go to eat! Highly recommend! read more

My biggest gripe is their use of non-recyclable styrofoam cups and no recycling receptacles. It's 2019 you guys and our oceans are full of waste from these kinds of single use plastic items, ya'll really should do more to be a less wasteful company. read more

Go to a different location if you can! I have yet to go there and have an order be correct, or have any one working there take any responsibility for the mistakes. They always blame it on the other workers there, or the app or my favorite, me. We have given this particular location too many chances. read more

AWFUL EXPIRIENCE! On my last visit to the northland drive tropical smoothie, I ordered a Bahama mama smoothie and a supergreen ceaser wrap with no chicken. The Bahama mama was clearly unblinded, with huge chunks of ice making it almost impossible to use a straw. Now, I would have normally let that go but the wrap itself was basically inedible. They gave me chicken, which isn't a big deal I understand mistakes happen, but the chicken was litterally raw and had contaminated the entire wrap with its pink underbelly. For the final kicker they forgot my banana. Safe to say I will not be coming back again and would recommend everyone else to do the same. read more

The slow service here is simply unbearable. There was 2 cars in line in front of me, and it took them 38 minutes to get me a wrap and smoothie. It's like this every time I come. read more

Been here a lot. Good smoothies. Annoyed now though, hate when businesses close 5-10 minutes earlier than their stated time. Walked in at 8:55pm and they close at 9. The girls turned the lights off when they saw me walking up. Told me they closed when I walked in. Pretty annoying is all. I don't like showing up 5 minutes before close either but still. If your hours say you're open then don't close early so you can go home 5 minutes early. Zzz. read more

Probably won't be back...first time visiting. There were so many blenders going at lunch time the cashier kept saying that she could not hear my friends order..Friend did not get what she ordered. I selected the chicken quesadilla. Maybe??? 5 cubes for chicken for maybe a 2 ozs. total. Very disappointed. Probably a quarter cup of cheese on a folded small tortilla. The frozen ones that I purchase from Aldi's are better. read more

I went back to this trop after a glaring bad experience and this time the better employee Paul trottier he served me so excellently and redeemed my trust for this establishment. I love trop actually! read more

My order wasn't good. I order a Big Mac . They gave me a hand to my ass. So customer service was okay. What really brought to a one star was the fact that there was a stinky old man in the corner of the place read more

This place is a basic chain, I get that and for that reason don't generally think about writing reviews on businesses like this one. I have to make an exception for this place. There really isn't much for healthy and fast on the NE end, but this place fits the bill. I love the chicken pesto dishes. I love that you can also ask for Splenda as your sweetener of choice. My kid loves it and so do I, which means bye bye greasy burger joint! read more

I refuse to go to this location until they make recycling available to customers. It angers me at how much waste we produce, and the fact that this this Tropical Smoothie location is contributing to that ever growing waste problem, makes me very disappointed. I hope to come back someday and to see a place to recycle my cup. read more

The foods good as frick but only go when u have about 2 hours on your hands because they will make you wait.

Awful service every time I go there. It takes 30+ min to get through drive thru and the staff never apologizes for any inconveniences. Smoothies are blended mediocre at best. Not the best one I've been too but it's the closest to home so my choices are limited. read more

I like going here after a workout and getting a smoothie and adding protein too it. They're always very friendly and helpful. Love their different delicious flavors they change up to keep things new and well not boring. read more

The drive thru takes forever. 15 minutes (2 cars ahead of me). Please improve your process.

So I used to work here and all I wanna say is that the workers are very polite and work hard to make your food on time even if it is a long wait. The blenders and ovens take a lot longer than at a Mcdonald's or Burger King. The manager is quite shady however. Lots of gossip floats around that place and she picks and chooses her favorites (if you aren't one of them, you'll probably have the worst time working there.) I did meet some of the most amazing people while I was there, though. Shoutout to y'all I miss you unless you talked shit about me for no reason :)) read more

Drive through took forever but the smoothies were good so they get a two for quality smoothies but cmon it's hot out her ya know

Tropical Smoothie offers an excellent option for a very healthy breakfast option. Those smoothies are delicious and nutritious. Could use some improved phone skills but otherwise they are very courteous and friendly. read more
