UPDATE: 2.17.23 I officially give up on this location! Ordered again and my sister picked up the order for me. Bowl made incorrectly.....again. Everything asked for on the side was put on the bowl. Had to drain huge amount of juice from bowl as it was surely going to soak through. This location needs to do better!!!

Went to Qdoba around 7pm and no one was there! I was served ASAP which was nice. I ordered a chicken and rice grilled quesadilla for ~$9. It tasted pretty good! I wish it were a bit more filling. Personally I think it's maybe a littttttle overpriced ($7 seems a bit more accurate) but overall not bad. But In General it was a good experience and I was happy with it. Would definitely return

"Fresh" Guacamole should not be this dark at all. The delivery took 15 minutes. It doesn't get that dark in 15 minutes. It's winter. How does it get this dark. You guys need a check up on your food quality. It tastes pasty as hell and Qdoba is supposed to be healthy and fresh

Order attempt at 5:45 PM on a Thursday.

The food is good, and contrary to some of the reviews on here, I have no problem with the personnel - they're perfectly pleasant. But their freaking website! You cannot order online on Thursday or Friday nights because the website thinks the establishment is closed! I've reported this, but no change. Not sure if it's intentional, but it is really frustrating. I'd probably bump this rating up a couple of stars if they'd fix this. It's been going on for months.

Burrito

I will say I like Qdoba more than its competitors. It has some better things like free guacamole and the beverages. This location did not impress me. It had better product and service at other locations. This is not surprising because it's busier here, plus it seems like all students working there. I had the burrito with black beans. It has a choice of beans and rice. The burrito was not that impressive. It was pretty skimpy on the toppings, and it was mostly rice. The tortilla fell apart almost immediately. It had pretty good taste, though. The burritos are about $7, which makes them more expensive than its competitors. It has a combo meal coming with a drink and tortilla chips for about $9. They also have a Coca Cola freestyle machine which kicks ass. It can suck with the service. They have all idiot college kids working here so no surprise. I would recommend Qdoba for anyone looking for some burritos. It's still better than the other burrito restaurants any time. Would choose another location before this.

Love this place it's delicious and cheap! Very cute inside also. Love that the queso is included. Also they have one of the fancy soda streams. This place is a win across the board. However parking is weird/hard. As the lot near it is for McDonald parking only. Lol hope they don't tow too hard.

Qdoba nachos

A review of Qdoba's nachos from @nachosofcolumbus: We had pretty hectic schedules today... lots of places to be, people to see, and nachos to eat! So we decided to stop in Qdoba for a quick bite. Unfortunately, the chips could not withstand the weight of the toppings, but the queso was delicious. All in all, not too shabby for nachos made in under 2 minutes. Presentation: 5/10 Portion size: 4/10 Chip/dip ratio: 8/10 Topping variety: 8.5/10 Crunch factor: 4.5/10 Service/ambience: 4/10 Overall: 5.7/10

I like this Qdoba more than the Chipotle further south down high street. The food is always very fresh, consistently tastes good, and has solid variety compared to Chipotle's options as well. My only gripe is they generally give you fairly small portions of meat but are at least willing to load you up on vegetables as a trade-off. Staff is friendly and quick, and this Qdoba is new and kept very clean. Fairly cheap as well, and they accept BuckID which is a plus.

Just opened in early November. A great location down High Street, across from the College of Education. Normal Qdoba food, quick service.

Last week, my son decided to play the role of a Yelp detective and found a gem for my birthday…read morelunch -- Preston's. Let me tell you, the reviews weren't kidding! This place knows how to make your taste buds do the happy dance. We didn't have to wait long for our food, which was a blessing because I was *hangry*. When the food came out, it was hot, fresh, and basically screamed, "Eat me now!" My son went for the mushroom Swiss burger, which he devoured like he hadn't eaten in weeks. I opted for the classic cheeseburger with fries -- simple, juicy, and absolutely perfect. Oh, and as if one meal wasn't enough, my son also ordered a chicken sandwich. He declared it "the best ever," which is saying something because this kid is a chicken sandwich connoisseur. The television entertainment was the Cartoon Network, which made me know this was a special place. Preston's, you've earned a special place in our hearts (and stomachs). If you're looking for a spot that serves up deliciousness with zero pretension, this is it. Highly recommend -- just don't forget to bring stretchy pants!

The fries were pretty ordinary, but crisp and hot. The standout was the biscuits that I ordered to see what they were like. The were unique and very good. They were just a little sweet. Good texture /mouth feel. I wonder if the biscuits would make a good burger bun... maybe too sweet? The place was very clean and inviting. The qr code ordering was handy, but a bit impersonal. The server was nice and did offer to take my order personally. Not sure if I'll come back on my own initiative (not close to my house). But if a friend said let's have lunch there I'd be happy to return.

Some people think it's one of the best restaurants ever! They rave about the sauce as if it's magical. While it's good, I'd rather have more than one choice. With that being said, Guy Fieri and his 20 choices are a bit much, but somewhere in between would be nice. Spicy would be good. The tenders were moist and fresh and good with or without the sauce. I ended up using the sauce more on the fries than the chicken as they could use a bit more help. DIY Drink Refills too which is a plus (take note, Chick Fil A) The Texas toast is 10-stars on its own. I think next time I'm just getting Tenders and Extra Texas Toast and making a kick-ass sandwich. Or just fold the Texas toast around a tender for a Chicken Bread Taco. The staff was super friendly which is always a plus. The plaza it kind of awkwardly designed so be careful if you're zipping in. I'm sure I'll be back as when I stay in Columbus, I'm usually in this area and it's convenient to the hotel.

Ordering food was easy and fast, though since I was unfamiliar with the menu, I probably took a little longer than most people. There wasn't anyone else in line, though. The guy taking my order sighed quite loudly a few times while I was reviewing the menu. Maybe it was just heavy breathing. Not sure, but that didn't make me feel welcomed. I waited and waited. Just ordered a Double Classic with no cheese and fries - very basic. 15 minutes goes by. Nothing. I go to the counter and they say someone touched it and they had to remake it. OK, cool. Give them a few minutes to remake my burger. But my fries were ready. 10 more minutes pass. Nothing. I go back to the counter and they say they're just about done. OK. A minute later it's brought to my table. But guess what - it has cheese in it. I take it back and they have to remake one. 2 minutes later, I get my correct burger. So basically, almost half an hour to get my burger. I'm starving by this point, so I eat it quickly and leave. It was a basic burger. Unacceptable. I really want to give 1 star only, but added one because of the multiple (though unnecessary if they got it right the first time) remakes of my burger.

Big inside, nice warm sports-bar atmosphere on a cold day. Pretty busy at 1130am on a weekday. Service was friendly and fast. I had a coupon from a hockey game, expiring at the end of the month, and they were on top of it. I got fried fingers, because I'd never had those. 4 because I figured they were small. They were not. 4 big flat "fingers" as big as my hand. Perfectly fried, then dipped in sauce. Enough to coat, not to make them mushy. We'll see how they do reheated. Because dang, that was a lot of food. I got Korean BBQ, savory and a tiny bit spicy. I also got the onion feathers, crispy and tasty and sided with their horseradishy sauce. If I hadn't got them maybe I'd have been able to finish the "fingers." Maybe. Next time I'll get 2. Parking is tight. Big lot, but narrow aisles, made worse by people waiting on spots, driving the wrong way, parking poorly, and the construction next door.
