Came to order my usual nachos with chips and queso on the side (I dont like soggy chips). I usually get 3 scoops of queso when they make the nachos to go. I'm quite aware that its two 4oz scoops. Pros: food is USUALLY good. Cassandra the alleged manager on duty (doubt it was her) was pretty nice. I believe the guy I had an issue with was the actual manager. Cons: when I wanted my items on the side the older white gentlemen argued with me about what comes on the nachos. After I explained that I wanted my items on the side and that I usually order this weekly he proceeded to tell me I was wrong and them refused to give me what I asked for. Refusing to argue with the guy, I begin to speak to Cassandra who explained that the Nachos usually come with 2 scoops if getting to go. After I showed her that ol' dude didn't even give me that (he gave me one of the very small containers) he begin to argue with both of us. I told him I didn't want to talk to him any longer and that he was mad disrespectful. He was also condescending with his remarks and was mad aggressive when prepping my food. As with all Qdoba locations, this is solid American-style Mexican food. Tacos, burritos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, chips, salsa, etc... I have never had a bad meal here. They have one of those mix your own Coca Cola fountains, too, so there are a million combos of ice-cold soft drinks. Eat-in or delivery at this location, but be forewarned, this is near Ohio State University's campus, so parking is rough. No drive-thru, no parking lot, no on-street parking. A nearby campus parking garage is staff/faculty only until 4PM. Walk here to avoid the headache. The reason I opt to pick Qdoba: they have ground beef. Not shredded. Ground. That's what I like. Notably, they have "fake meat" options here, too, for those that like that option. Good food at decent prices, and if you have the app, you can score free entrees after a fairly short period of purchases. read more

Went to Qdoba around 7pm and no one was there! I was served ASAP which was nice. I ordered a chicken and rice grilled quesadilla for ~$9. It tasted pretty good! I wish it were a bit more filling. The food is good, and contrary to some of the reviews on here, I have no problem with the personnel - they're perfectly pleasant. But their freaking website! You cannot order online on Thursday or Friday nights because the website thinks the establishment is closed! I've reported this, but no change. I will say I like Qdoba more than its competitors. It has some better things like free guacamole and the beverages. This location did not impress me. It had better product and service at other locations. This is not surprising because it's busier here, plus it seems like all students working there. I had the burrito with black beans. It has a choice of beans and rice. The burrito was not that impressive. It was pretty skimpy on the toppings, and it was mostly rice. The tortilla fell apart almost immediately. It had pretty good taste, though. The burritos are about $7, which makes them more expensive than its competitors. It has a combo meal coming with a drink and tortilla chips for about $9. They also have a Coca Cola freestyle machine which kicks ass. It can suck with the service. They have all idiot college kids working here so no surprise. I would recommend Qdoba for anyone looking for some burritos. It's still better than the other burrito restaurants any time. Would choose another location before this. read more

I love QDOBA! I personally think their food is much more flavorful than Chipotle. Also, you can get guacamole or queso and you're not charged extra for it!! I came around 11:45 on a Thursday with three others and there were handfuls of people here and there. My friends and I got either burritos or the bowls. So good!! It's bang for your buck and always a great place to get food. Their chips are also so much better. Haven't tried the queso at chipotle yet, but I'm sure QDOBA does it better. Some of the tables seemed close together though. I was sitting behind someone and I really tried to make sure I wouldn't hit her with my backpack and huge jacket. Otherwise, I love the space! It's open and elongated. They've got options for high tables and regular ones to suit you. The higher tables seat more people so this is a great alternative if you're with a big group! read more

Qdoba is not my first choice for Mexican, or even for fast burritos, but since Chipotle is a bit untrustworthy right now we need other options. Sweetie wanted a burrito, and these guys were open on Memorial Day. Service was very good. There are a fair amount of meat and veggie options. Sweetie had a grilled chicken burrito, and loved it. I had one too, with different toppings, and loved it too. I also had a "Triple Threat" taco, with beef and peppers, which tasted fantastic but was hard to eat- just fell apart in my hands. Prices are a bit high for this kind of "almost-fast" food. But it was handy, and good. Hours are restricted during summer, like many other campus places. I'll keep it in mind for the next time we need a quick burrito fix. read more

Love it, it's awesome. Great for all types, meat eaters, carb eaters, non carb eaters. I've had everything but the nachos. No matter which location you go to it is always good. For the most part the people are nice in each location also. I like it better than the other guys because they have a few dishes that you cannot get at the other spots. The queso makes everything they have even better. At any given time they have 2-4 different quesos. I belong to their club so I get points for every purchase. After 10 purchases you get a free meal and with every receipt you can get free chips and salsa. I have been converted from the other guy, that I used to go to at least once a week. If I could afford to eat here everyday I would and with the variety I would be able to get something different every day. read more

The amount of chips and the amount of dipping were totally disproportionate: the chips were too salty and a very large bag of them that are unfortunately inedible with barely any dippings. I like this Qdoba more than the Chipotle further south down high street. The food is always very fresh, consistently tastes good, and has solid variety compared to Chipotle's options as well. My only gripe is they generally give you fairly small portions of meat but are at least willing to load you up on vegetables as a trade-off. Staff is friendly and quick, and this Qdoba is new and kept very clean. Fairly cheap as well, and they accept BuckID which is a plus. read more

Always have preferred Qdoba over Chipotle for the taste of their meat and the queso option. This location is a great stop for a quick but tasty lunch or fast dinner. Every time I've come, the restaurant has been in immaculate condition. It's usually pretty empty, but the employees are always working, whether it be helping customers or cleaning behind the counter. Food quality has always been high, and the demeanor of the employees very positive. The prices aren't exorbitant, and the quality of the food makes it well worth the extra $ or so more than chipotle costs. Definitely suggest stopping by if you've never tried Qdoba, and this location is a shining representative of the entire chain. read more

I took my 3 sons (7,9,11) there after a morning or touring the campus. They, of course, just wanted plain quesadillas and not anything more elaborate. The manager was excellent and helped show us all of the options for the food. He was very patient and made things a lot better with 3 hungry, cranky kids. Great happy hour deal. However their actual food is disappointing. My "tequila lime chicken" was cold, hard, and bland. (Also not even sure if I got the right chicken on my taco because the worker seemed confused the whole time she was making it) (she also gave me 3 tacos when I asked for 2, drowned my tacos in watery salsa, gave me very unequal portions of guac on each taco, and put whole handfuls on cilantro on each one). The whole taco was cold. I could only eat 2 of the 3, and that was only because I was starving. They were awful. The only thing keeping this review from having 1 star instead of 2 is the queso and guac were ok, and the happy hour deal was good.
