I must be a glutton for punishment because we stopped in this evening and decided to try this location again. I had high hopes this location had improved but it's actually worse. The serving line had food all over the place. Majority of the toppings were old and at the bottom of the containers. There were three employees there at the time we visited and we were the only customers. No one was cooking any meat or refreshing anything. No one was cleaning either. Our bowls weren't even half full and the food wasn't good. This location is the absolute worst and I really hate that because I love Qdoba. read more

Not bad service. Came in and got a bowl at 8:45ish pm. Portions weren't bad but the options were lacking. No issues there, tried to work with what they had available. But I asked for a burrito shell and that is nowhere to be found. Paid for double chicken and got 1 scoop compared to the usual. No worries, it happens. But forgetting the tortilla I paid for? Come on man. Everyone knows you get a bowl to make your own burrito and have some scoops left over. This was messed up. We ate here with another couple for lunch and I was surprised how tasty the food was. One orders from the counter and one can eat either inside or outside. Whatever you chose on the menu you can order any kind of topping or filling of choice without paying extra. So we ordered a taco salad with chicken, a burrito, tacos and enchaladas. All were tasty and fresh except for my fried taco bowl which tasted stale and probably pre-made. The tacos were on the small side. The prices reasonable, the staff friendly. The inside of the restaurant seemed clean. The outside table tops could use a good cleaning. However, overall the food was tasty, fresh and good on our visit. read more

The general manager was very nasty towards me and called me a slur. The workers also smoked around the food on the job.

I had been eating weekly in this location for years. I usually order a protein bowl with steak, pinto beans, brown rice, corn , cheese and guacamole. I know the portion. Today I order the usual and notice new staff. The portion was half of what I usually get for the price of the bowl. When I asked if management was new a very rude blond , Caucasian middle age women answered yes we are new and I'm the manager. Her tone and attitude were off for a manager. I told her the portion of my bowl has smaller than usual and she said : the guy who served is new and is Lea ring and if I want more food I should pay extra. I'm pregnant and not craving more food just the regular portion I usually get. Portions should change because of new management. As a former manager I know she was rude to me and not even gave me a bag for my to go order. Definitely they lost a family of customers here just for bad attitude and not listening to a current customer . I love Qdoba. I'm constantly raving about it to people and recommending it over Chipotle. The past couple times I've eaten there, food has been subpar and kind of bland. I brushed it off because everyone has their days but today literally killed me. I ordered my food to work on DoorDash and it arrived cold. Like not warm-ish, like fridge cold. I understand that it took some time to get to me so I'm not too upset at that. However, when I open my bowl up, I realized it didn't even fill half the bowl. It had less than a pinch of cheese, like 5 pieces of chicken (if even), rock hard beans, and the "guacamole" I ordered with it was literally just half an avocado. I used to love this place so much. They always had well-trained staff and they were very friendly and prompt with orders. It seems that recently, there has been a shift in managers and the entire staff that I used to see when I walked into this location are now gone. It is unfortunate because they were always so polite and good workers. The new manager seems to not run the place so well. I went there recently a few times and the workers and manager on shift looked clueless. They weren't as polite either. I wish it was the way the store used to be. I enjoyed the steak burrito with all the fixings. They do not charge extra for guac or cheese. Finally! Great outdoor eating space during COVID-19. We came here as two families with 4 kids under nine years old. The kids meals were fairly priced and tasty Quesadillas. The server ran out of apple juice and offered us free fountain drinks on the house. Very accommodating if you have kids and are looking for a lunch spot. read more

I wouldn't normally leave a review on qdoba but today was one of those days. Instead of going to Moe's Monday I chose to go to QDOBA. When I walked in I was the only one there. With prob 6 employees. After waiting a minute. One of the guys told me it going be a minute while he finishes the to go order he's working on. I said no problem. After wanting 5 minutes. Once again there's six employees no one else in the restaurant. They made my bowl. I guess no one got the chicken before me bc it was dry and cold. Told the guy he should stir the product before placing it in someone bowl 1st. When I went to Pay I said I had a Coupon for Queso and chips. Then when I went to pull it up my phone wasn't able to pull the coupon up. So the guy at the register said nice now he gets to eat it. I then asked if I still get chips he said yes. Once I paid and left a tip I looked in my bag and asked where the chips are. The guy at the register Responded by saying oh I thought you meant do I get chips. Came here for lunch today to grab some take out. I got a salad with no meat although I do enjoy their chicken and steak. It was really much more delicious than I expected! All the ingredients were extremely fresh and the pico was amazing I am a huge pico de gallo fan and could put theirs on anything. Only thing I don't like is that nothing really comes with chips like they do at moes here you have to purchase them separate. Really clean inside and very friendly staff. Wish they had a salsa bar. Lots of parking they are inside a shopping plaza but traffic can be kinda crazy at like all times of the day. Kid friendly and has a patio for outdoor seating when the weather is nice! read more

Bad Food Prep This evening my friend purchased a chicken burrito to go. When she got home it fell apart and had to unwrap and rewrap it to eat it. So I took the liberty of calling the store to inform them of the situation. I explained that my friend had just purchased a burrito and it fell apart when she picked it up to take a bite. His response was "okay," followed by silence. I told him she had to eat it with a fork (which defeats the whole purpose of ordering a burrito), to which he replied "okay." Then I asked if I can come back to get another one (on the house of course) and he said sure and asked when I'd like to come back. I responded "next weekend." He said "okay, I'll be here." Then I asked his name - he replied Alex. I asked if he was the manager - he replied yes. Huh? So the entire time I was speaking to the manager? Bottom line, the food was ill-prepared and the customer service provided by THE MANAGER was horrific. Thanks Alex, but my friend and I will not be returning. I noticed a previous review of a disrespectful manager at this store. Something very similar happened to me. This quote "MANAGER" should go back to training. I asked her her name when she was being rude. Her name is ALY. I have been in the restaurant business for years and if I were the owner I would want to know about one of my Young managers was not representing my store as I would expect. When I was in she did the same type of thing "Rolled her Eyes"and acted like I was an inconvenience. Great place to go especially when you have coupons. Got two huge quesadillas for $8 with BOGO coupon. One quesadilla is big enough for the two of us. Recently had salads there as well and they were really good and they don't charge extra for quac or queso. Will return! read more

My fiancée and I eat here about every two weeks. We always get takeout, and are in and out the door in less than five minutes, even if there is a line. The staff are comical and animated. They make good food even better by joking with the customers and interacting with them. It goes very quickly, but in that time span multiple people on the line converse with you. They also never short staff the line. There are at least four people on it, and one clerk on the register at all times, making for an efficient and pleasant dining experience.
