We ordered food threw the driveway and we did the mistake of not checking our food before we left. Order was messed up and missing items. McDonald's is a solid restaurant but this is a perfect example of lazy management and unengaged employees. I often take my little girls to this location as it is close to our house. The ice cream machine has never worked (ever). I'm starting to believe the employees turn it off so they don't have to clean it. You can't even get a napkin in the lobby when they've failed to put one in your bag. One poor guy was trying to order breakfast, but the kiosk wouldn't let him customize his order. Where to start... well my husband had to microwave his burger because the meat was pink. They forgot one of our fries, which were all cold. The kid at the window handed me 4 drinks without a drink holder, and attempted to hand me the 3 hot fudge sundaes as well- I finally had to point out the obvious fact that I'm alone and don't have 7 hands. Oh and finally, the hot fudge sundaes looked like my 2 year old assembled them- fudge poured all over the outside...did they even try to aim for inside the cups? Not only did they get the order wrong, but about 5 people came back in to store while I was there to say their order was incorrect. First of all, we shouldn't be eating McDonalds or other fast food from a health standpoint. This location is the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to period. Pace of service: Incredibly slow. It took 15 minutes to go through the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of us. Quality of food: Well, it's McDonalds, so not high expectations anyway, but with that in mind...Average! Soggy, cold fries was the main issue. Also, we ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal with ketchup only and got 1 cheeseburger with no ketchup and 1 hamburger with ketchup and no cheese...LOL! We hit this location because it is near our home and realistically only a few times per year, but have never really had even a decent total visit. The drive thru is slow, but inside is a train wreck. The last time I was inside about 4 months ago, I ordered within 1 minute of walking in and it took 25 min to get my food. The sensible thing to do would be to not eat fast food, but if we have to, it won't be the Indian Land McDonalds. read more
