I've eaten at many of these over the years with a mix of experience, mostly middling to decent. I ordered the three‑enchilada plate (two cheese, one chicken), and the food was extremely bland. Nothing about the dish stood out in terms of flavor. The one bright spot of the visit was the service -- the staff checked on us regularly and were consistently polite. However, about two hours after eating, I began feeling very nauseous. That nausea lasted for several hours and was followed by bouts of extremely unpleasant "liquid elimination" well into the next morning. I am fully confident these symptoms were the direct result of this meal. I rarely leave one‑star reviews, but an experience that ends with a night of stomach misery absolutely warrants it. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before dining here.

It's usually really packed on weekends and Fridays so get there early, but the wait is so worth it. P.S. here's my order recommendation, ask for the spicy salsa or salsa verde (they're free!!!) and for lunch get the Lunch Cheese Steak Burrito or the Lunch Burrito Mexicano; for dinner I usually get the Arroz con Pollo: Texas Style, but you can't really go wrong, just don't get any of the combos or numbered dishes.

This is one of the few Mexican restaurants where I enjoy eating the beans and rice; they are very flavorful. Their proteins are cooked with very good flavor as well. I recently discovered their chicken soup, and it is amazing, especially on a cold day. The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained. Plenty of parking, and it's good for large groups; they have plenty of tables. Give it a shot if you are close by; you won't be disappointed.

The flour tortillas were very dry and there was very little salmon on them. Very little pico de gallo and not much avocado flavor, disappointed. All in all we missed about 40 minutes of the concert performance. VERY disappointed with the lack of service. You're not allowed to bring in outside food or beverage. They can do better. They made a special dish for me, it's basically Texas ACP with shrimp, chicken and beef and veggies over rice with queso. The guacamole wasn't very good at all. It was more like a creamy dip and it didn't taste very fresh. We liked the queso and my companions enjoyed their margaritas. They called my dish "texas rice" so order that if you go!
