I ordered it with extra ground beef, and each bite of the taco salad had pieces of fat, and rubber! Every bite, I pulled out six or more pieces of fat and rubber! This is the best joint out of the 3 chains (Qdoba, Chipotle, Bolocono). They have more choices and combinations to choose from. The burritos are packed to the max. None of this partial spoon full of chicken. I ordered a burrito and it probably weighed 3 lbs. The guac is free but then again, the average burrito cost a dollar more than say Chipotle so it's not really "free" but nonetheless, it's a nice touch. Staff was friendly too. Also, if you take the survey on the receipt (Takes less than a minute to complete) you get a code for free chips and salsa. They have great chips (though salty which is one reason they are so good hah) and salsa. My only complaint is they give too many chips for the amount of salsa they pair it with. They practically fill the paper bag with chips and can probably feed 2 people. read more

I do not usually write reviews but it felt necessary. We have been doing online orders a lot here because of covid over a several month period and so many times, the order is wrong. I order the simplest order with only like 4 ingredients and they mess it up. I went into the restaurant to complain about how my order is constantly wrong and they made excuses along with every other time I complain. Located in a little strip mall directly across from the South Shore Plaza, they have a menu with a good selection of quesadillas, tacos and what not. All of their tacos come in either a hard shell or a soft shell according to your preference. I was in the mood for something kind of plain and small just for a snack so I just custom ordered a very basic hard shell taco with ground beef, lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. I ordered a fountain beverage on the side and they have just about every kind of Coca-Cola product you can imagine since they have one of those free-style machines that is self-service and gives you the freedom of choosing any Coke product or combination of Coke products. I ended up choosing the ginger ale and it was very refreshing. The counter staff seemed very friendly and upbeat. The restaurant was immaculate including the dining area, utensil station and the self-service beverage area. I noticed on the bottom of the receipt they have a website where you can go online, do a survey and get a coupon code for free chips and salsa with the purchase of any entree on your next visit and the coupon code is valid for one week (I guess they want you back fairly quick LOL). So I will definitely be taking advantage of that offer. A single taco ran me $3.50 which I thought was a little much for just one small taco. But they do have a deal where you can buy three tacos for $9 and save a buck and a half for buying them that way so I may consider that next time. First of all, I love Qdoba... so I have to say I'm a little biased. I just moved to Quincy, and now have one down the street (better than driving 15 miles out of the way)... Again biased... Because of my bias, I'm giving a 4. Anyway, this Qdoba is brand new (read shiny and clean), and the staff is super friendly. I always get the same thing, (Chicken Queso Burrito, no beans, with medium salsa, corn, cheese and sour cream), it's a fat-guy's dream. The queso is amazing, and I will frequently get a chips and queso to go, just to enjoy later. The staff is always willing to lend a suggestion, and I'm thrilled with the new brown rice. First time eating Qdoba I got a tequila lime chicken bowl. I wasn't sure how to order it. Bowls are smaller then chipotle but it's defiantly tasty never less. I only take away one star because I ordered through Diner dash because I was craving chipotle. Never the less I got Qdoba. My driver took almost 2 hours. The estimated time was 2:08 pm and I received it at 2:25 .. not only did he drive to the wrong address I couldn't understand him. I had to walk around and i saw him walking out of another building. Stopped in for lunch the other day after running some errands. The interior is very clean, it is set up weird though. Tables are also very close to each other. They have a lot to choose from. I do believe their meat is lacking in the seasoning department, but there does seem to be a fair amount of salt on the meat. But, not on the chips! Go Figure! Guac is now free with your meal. We ordered 4 items with added sides from the Braintree location. We were missing sides and our nachos. My daughter who has food allergies (noted on order) ordered a vegetarian bowl("impossible" meat substitute that looks just like hamburger) was given hamburger mixture that was supposed to be on our missing nachos (chips come in separate bag) and they failed to label the container. The mixture for my meat nachos and her "impossible" bowl look exactly the same except the MEAT nachos mixture would have had CHEESE on it. Seeing no cheese she ate the dish she thought was hers. She has been sick (vomiting and such) for the last 2 hours. We contacted the restaurant immediately. We were told it was UberEats' problem. UberEats immediately, upon notification,reimbursed us for the missing items. The restaurant on the other hand held no responsibility at all. They did say we could pick up another order free of charge. If I sent UberEats to pick it up in the first place, now with a sick daughter am certain I can't come pick it up. A trip to the ER May be in our future if she dehydrates. I will never order from them again and strongly suggest anyone with any type of special food restrictions does NOT order from them. read more

It's not always about the product a lot of it is how that product is given to you. With that being said I went here today ordered my food and all of a sudden the server had a mini temper tantrum. She started slamming metal plates against the counter while saying I only have 20 min left in my shift this is ridiculous. When we went threw the line of food she would only spoon on a small amount, in fact when she handed it off to the next person in the line he went back and added more without me even saying anything. We all have bad days at work but the cardinal rule is to never let it show in front of a customer let alone a room full of customers waiting behind me. The poor girl at the front of the line was alone with a huge line and no one came to help her until 5-10 min later. Even (what looked like) one of the managers came out and walked by the line and didn't ask the employee out back to come help. He finally came out and said "you guys didn't need my help" jokingly and slowlyyyyy began working. I was in line over 20 minutes and there were maybe 6 or 7 customers in front of me. First I just want make something clear, I love Qdoba. This is a review for my most recent experience only. This visit was unlike most, as I was extremely hungover on a work day. I ask for a bowl, loaded to the brim. The guy making the bowl wasn't the reg. He was quite careless in the art of bowl making. Just the way he scooped the beans made my stomach curdle. Probably just the hangover, but regardless, that's on him. I sat down to eat and could not get over the music that was playing. It wasn't the regular Beiber marathon that they normally pump out, but full fledged Mexican music. I know, I was at a Mexican restaurant, I get it. But, a women screeching in a language I can't understand while being hungover, not ideal. This all could have been avoided if I didn't stay up watching the Celtics with a bottle of brandy stuck to my hand. Credit me for admitting that, but a restaurant should be prepared for all types of customers. All in all, I love Qdoba. Hopefully my next experience will be less hungovery with more Beiber in my ears. Side note: I may copy and paste this on the E&J yelp page as the brandy was a big player in this experience. read more
