The absolute worst customer service ever!! I don't even understand why I keep ordering food from here today iMark's the 4th time I've ordered an online order and it's never ready when I arrive I even stared arriving 5-10 mins later than my pickup time and still the orders are never ready! They never apologize for the wait and they're super sloppy putting your food together. Clearly they bite off way more than they can chew. They help walk ins before completing online orders and stare at you like a deer caught in headlight! At least put a reasonable pickup time with some type of disclaimer . I went to this location and ordered a Steak burrito. I was very hungry and was feeling dizzy due to possibly Low Blood Sugar. They were almost finished with making it but ran out of lettuce. I like lettuce on all of my Mexican food. I politely asked him to please bring some more out to complete my order. The guy (said his name was Adam and refused to give me his last name) in the back said and I quote, "I am Not opening any more lettuce Just for you!" I guess he hates end of the day customers who require lettuce! Damn Those lettuce eating customers! I was the last customer of the day I guess and I was Not IMPORTANT enough to them since I only wanted that steak burrito and nothing else! What sort of Customer Service or Lack of Service is this! I have Volunteered as a Public servant in this Township for the last 11 years and I Love this community. I have never had a problem before getting lettuce on my food anywhere else! Unbelievable! However; I will Never Go to this Q'dobas Again because of this type of Disrespect and Disregard for a paying Customer! I am done! Go to the one in Canton Michigan instead because they really Care about their customers at that location! Also, they Will give you some lettuce! Kudos to them! I highly recommend them instead of this Horrible Q'dobas where you are treated terribly and with major rudeness and disrespect! I hope Adam gets fired for this! He deserves Nothing Less! Very sad to be called a Mexican restaurant. Taco Bell is 100% better - even hildago has slightly better food. I watch them make my burrito and the sour cream is put on in a lump with a ice cream scoop. Taco Bell uses the caulking gun type to squirt it across your food evenly. - Not appetizing to look at And taste even worse. Took one bite of my taco salid and threw it away. Checked this place out tonight which was about 3 days after they officially opened and it wasn't bad. I had been to Qdoba before so I knew what to expect and it didn't disappoint. Even though they were pretty busy and freshly trained the line moved quickly and everything was made to my satisfaction. Special requests were handled efficiently and without eye rolling. Only complaint is that they have one of those new fancy coke machines that will spit out wonderful concoctions that aren't normally available but they were out of vanilla. I wanted a vanilla cherry coke real bad but I had to settle for grape sprite. If you are tired of taco smell check out Qdoba, it will change your mind about fast food Mexican. I'll definitely be hitting this place up a couple times a month. read more

This location has terrible service. We ordered online and the app told us that they would deliver it to our car in approximately 10 min. and to call the phone number given. Lady in the phone confirmed that she would bring it to the car. 20 min later and we still have not received our food. So we walked into the store and they hadn't even made our food yet! The lady that was answering the phone said she forgot. It took 47 minutes for 2 orders. Very poor service. And after was all and said and done...they got out order wrong and forgot many items off. I see I'm not the only one who's feeling like I do. The food is decent, it's not Chipotle, or Baja Fresh, but I will say it's better than Taco Bell. The service SUCKS. Did I say the service SUCKS??? This location honestly needs to shut down until it finds more competent staff. I've been biting my tongue for a while, but this is the 4th time I've had to wait 40 minutes for a pick-up order. I even went in 10 minutes after their estimated pick up time because I've become accustomed to disappointing wait times. Also, half of the toppings I ordered are not on my bowl. I guess I'm just going to have to start driving the extra 15 minutes to get to a different location. Honestly, it'll probably take less time to get my food that way than waiting for the slow-pokes in Belleville. read more

I frequent this location a lot because i live close. i'm highly disappointed with the service and the way the staff handles their customers. every time i come in i wait at least 20 minutes to order because they're always understaffed and busy. in addition to that, the staff prioritizes online orders vs the line in store causing more people to be upset. read more

Its qdoba so its not real mexican food but I digress. The line works quickly, you can pick and choose what you want and be on with your day. The food is pretty fresh and the workers have been pleasant every time I've been in there. This is a great replacement for taco bell...despite there not being a drive-thru it is going to be faster than driving thru at taco bell. The food quality is much higher than TB and you get the opportunity to purchase their queso (which is excellent). I can't speak to the comments about the burritos because I don't eat their shells but they typically press them to heat them up (perhaps a new worker failed to do this?). The steak is usually pretty over-seasoned and marinated with adobo. I prefer the less seasoned steak at chipotle but there isn't a chipotle in town so I deal. read more

The staff at this location are very nice but the portions are very small. I ordered a salad, but he hardly put any lettuce in the bowl. I chose not to get rice, because rice isn't usually on a salad, but I did get beans. I also ordered fajita veggies, salsas and cheese. My bowl was so small, that it was like having an appetizer instead of a meal. It just seems to me that if you're going to have salad as an option, that you fill the bowl with an adequate amount of lettuce and toppings. This is why I like Chipotle better. Food was ok taste wise. Chicken was hard in the chicken bowl, tacos were all cold and a piece of quesadilla was almost void of shredded beef. The restaurant was very dirty with no clean tables. Went in to eat tonight and I had the best experience I've ever had. Rod and Taylor were super friendly and helpful. No eye rolling or attitude when I wanted something extra. Explained in detail what was extra and what wasn't. A little upset I've always paid extra for Guac but I was told tonight the only thing extra is double meat. I went here about 7 days after they opened. Now let me tell you I LOVE burritos. But this Qdoba is very small, and unimpressive. It is a shame too since everyone who lives around Belleville was VERY excited to get a burrito joint. Even with the negative press as of late, Chipotle destroys Qdoba! Qdoba is more expensive and nowhere near as good tasting as Chipotle. Qdoba's tortillas are cold, very plain and taste like something you bought cheaply out of the freezer section at Wal-Mart. I got the steak filling for my burrito and they do NOTHING to season the steak. It is very bland and tasteless. I honestly feel I could make a better burrito at home with Ortega. The rest of the toppings were not very special and the toppings were slopped into each others compartments on the make line, just begging for cross contamination. The kicker is that for a burrito and a fountain pop you will spend over $13. This Qdoba is a disaster and in my opinion you'd be better off risking E.coli at Chipotle than going to this Qdoba. Being a self professed burrito lover and living less than 3 minutes from this Qdoba, I am truly heartbroken. Get a burrito from ANYWHERE for cheaper and better quality, than to go to this Qdoba. read more

This was the worst food experience I've had in a long time. The kitchen was visible from the service counter, and I started ticking off food violations in my mind as I waited to get served. The service was slow and unfriendly, and the eating area was filthy from previous diners. I regret choosing this restaurant, and I caution others NOT to.
