I would like to start this off with saying that I had no other choice than to share my experience here. I attempted contacting QDoba directly but of course they didn't respond, as they were likely too busy throwing food at the wall. Read more to find out! Firstly, I would like to inform the reader that the employee that looks like Shaggy from Scooby Doo must revieve a punishment and or consequences. He is not very bright, which is okay, though five seconds after asking for a chicken burrito, he asked which protein. He took out his anger on customers by throwing foods at the wall. There were spatters of food on the wall from the sheer amount of food he was throwing. Next, Shaggy also threw food down the line. I watched in horror as some of the innards of my burrito flung off into outer space. He forgot to give us fajita vegetables, and we had to go begging another worker to add a simple ingredient. We also requested diablo queso sauce. Guess what? There was also an issue with that. The cashier screamed "diablo" like 6 or 7 times, and the workers stared dumbfounded at him, misunderstanding the clear command. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, it did. The Coke machine spattered over my clothing and hand. I searched warily for a table to dine at, only to find scraps of food from previous customers littered among every single table. Not to mention, a woman was nursing in front of everyone, and out of sheer privacy I did not wish to sit near her. I would have thought, in such an environment as this one, with the joyous and upbeat music playing excessively loudly through the speakers, the workers may have had at least a tiny morsel of joy. I clearly thought wrong. Luckily, I let a big fart rip before I left. I am going to Chipotle next time. Do better. read more

The food is really good, but the service is absolutely horrendous. The people who are putting together burritos and bowls, seriously need an attitude adjustment. I have never been treated so rude when I asked to have several toppings put on my burrito. Call me a Karen if you want to, but hire people who actually want to work. read more

I hate that the food isn't ever hot I've had it really not warm at all and have it lukewarm never good and hot.

We're big fans of Qdoba because of the variety and freshness of the ingredients you can have put on your taco/burrito/bowl. Yes, it's a chain. Our experiences at other locations haven't been top-notch, but we enjoyed our burritos and experience at this location and would definitely return. read more

Hit or miss- but mostly misses. Been in to this particular QDOBA a handful of times. Each time I tell myself I'm going to give it one more try because I had ONE experience that wasn't terrible. Fool me once, but fool me twice... five times, guess that's my fault. Afternoon staff is decent but the night staff is terrible. Customer service definitely is lacking severely at this location. Mumbles and no eye contact. Rushes service especially in an overwhelming place for first timers. Hot ingredients come out cold and cold ingredients come out warm. Can't explain why. Not positive I've ever had meat that wasn't just lukewarm in my burrito. Normally one of my favorite places to take a trip to but from now on I might have to make it an even longer trip.... plus 45 miles to a different location. read more

Just went and got a smoked brisket bowl and it was definitely on point! At these kind of places you're always at the mercy of the workers. They may give you a lot or not enough. I was given a generous amount of everything I asked for and that's something I usually have to fight for. They weren't worried about pumping me through the line. I like that! read more

Want a extra thing of Queso with your chips and Queso? It's not just an extra dollar or something. Nope. You have to buy a whole second order of Chips and Queso. What a joke. You used to not be able to get a seat here... now parking is no issue at all. Probably because of bad franchisee decisions like this. read more

Get the brisket! Similar to a chipotle, but with more selections and more flavor! Jalepenos available. And the lockout tacos are yummy!!

What is there to say but... guacamole, queso, shredded lettuce, brisket, pork and pico. Never a disappointment and always fresh!!

When this place first opened, the food was very good, service was great and the do dining room was clean. Now a couple of years later, this place has really lost its luster, and when you walk in, you see unclean vacant tables, with hardly anyone eating there. Tonight we stopped by for a quick meal. The line cooks did not have any hair covering what so ever (scarves, hats, hairnets,) I ordered a chicken quesadilla with cilantro cooked inside of it. I literately got half a scoop of chicken, and barely enough cheese to cover it. I did get a ton of fresh cilantro on top. My friend ordered a chicken burrito bowl, and he also was given half a scoop of chicken in his burrito. He got a huge scoop of white rice and pinto beans, so the burrito looked about the normal size, but was lacking a full portion of chicken. Toppings added, looked ok. My quesadilla was very disappointing with only half a portion of chicken in it. I won't order it again, that Is for sure. My friend said his burrito was lacking the rest of his chicken, and was overfilled with rice, beans and salsa. It lacked enough cheese. I was very happy to find out that their soda machine was able to make cherry limeade, which was very good! As I said, the place was not busy, but there were no clean tables to sit at. With the line cooks not wearing any hair covering, it left a very bad impression with us. We will not return to this restaurant due to the above reasons. read more

Great food. Great atmosphere. Sometimes makes you feel like you have to rush through it faster than you should but otherwise it's good.

I used to frequent Chipotle, until I started learning more about their business practices and bogus marketing ploys that attack the average American Farmer. So I gave Qdoba a try, and I can honestly say that it's grown on me to the point where when I rarely try Chipotle again, it seems inferior, with the exception of the guacamole. And what I always get has improved over recent months. The lettuce is better, the veggies and steak aren't as heavily seasoned with oregano as they used to be, and everything is cut to more reasonable sizes. I just wish the guacamole had more salt, more cilantro, and some minced, seeded jalapeño in it. read more

I've been here 3 times so far and every time the food has met its standards. The first time there were flies swarming the place. The second and third time was much more pleasant, no flies. The staff is very friendly. They will scoop, wrap, and toss your food quickly and with a smile. read more

Hey I created this page to warn everybody about this Qudoba. Come in before 2 pm and you will have the best service. Mr. Salty aka Ron will be helpful for you if this is your first time. Anyway to get to why I would rate it a 1 star Ron made it a 2 star. I made the mistake of coming in at 8:30 PM so I have the dinner staff, there was three dead flies and one of the employees boyfriend was complaining to her about how "people shouldn't get more than two fucking entrées" his words because they were already closing basically at 8 o'clock and in all these people came in. Chairs are being put up I know Ron personally so I talk to him and his is like they should not be up because that means that they're closing and the tables that they were putting the chairs up on were all dirty they weren't even cleaned a-little. On the pop machines wasn't even working they were completely out of forks so I had to go under the counter to get a fork. Chicken was burnt to the point that my cat won't even eat it. Completely on the black beans. Is lettuce in my burrito and I didn't even ask for lettuce. Just thought that people should know what they're going to get if they decide to go to Qdoba after 2 PM. read more
