Average experience missing utensils and napkins! Food was good not bad , service was kind of slow for as slow as they were!

Most disgusting lobby I have ever step foot in. My shoes were sticking to the floor. Service was terrible and rude. Horrible attitude. Very unprofessional. Had to refund my food because the chicken was grey. Mac and cheese had a brown burnt noodle in it. They tried to not give me my receipt for the refund and I literally had to go back and forth with them until they gave it to me. Don't waste your time. read more

Wow! This place is filthy! First of all, we walked in and stood at the counter for forever it seemed like without someone waiting on us or saying a word. Finally a girl came in from smoke break (didn't wash her hands) and took our order. At least she was nice. I went to the bathroom and the level of filth was impressive. Overflowing trash can, discolored walls and filthy toilets. I should have gotten my money back and walked out then. The booths were all covered in crumbs and leftover food so we swept the crumbs off of the least filthy table and ate. The are around the table looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I got a Famous bowl. Usually pretty good. The chicken chunks were rubbery and gross. The biscuit in my wife's meal was hard as a rock and inedible. read more

Stood in line for 23 minutes waiting to place order (with 7 others ahead of me in line and 2 behind me). Crew completely avoided eye contact and did not take a single order the entire time any of us were in line. We left... So did others. If it took that long to order, who knows how long it might have taken for us to get our food had we waited. read more

#1 I Hate automated messages at drive thru window. Dont ask me a question if no one is listening. #2 I shouldn't have to wait "6 minutes for fresh tenders" at 12:26. You can't keep 3 chicken tenders ready? Is it really that hard to predict that someone might order tenders during the lunch hour. The service was beyond bad. I will never go back. We waited for almost 25 minutes for someone to come to the counter, while waiting we watched them wear no gloves and lick there fingers and then pick up pickles and put them on the samwitch. We made a comment to put gloves on and they did. All the tables weren't cleaned and filthy everywhere. There was 8 people in the back doing completely notbing. This place should lose its franchise. We arrived about 5:05 pm. A guy in front of us had ordered an order of 16 pieces extra crispy. He was told his wait be 20 minutes. We ordered the buffet, and there was zero extra crispy and 4 original breasts in the buffet. No other chicken at all. The chicken had obviously been sitting on the buffet line air a very long time. It was dried out, tough and semi warm. Thirty minutes later, the guy with the to go order was still waiting for his chicken and no chicken in the buffet line at all. As soon as we walked in they told us it was drive thru only. What's the point of having a restaurant with tables and chairs if no one can use them? We didn't have a car. So we just walked over to the Arbys next for which was packed -- no doubt with other KFC rejects -- and spent our $60 there. Hope it was worth it KFC. Never again. read more

I've been to a few fast food places in my life but I can honestly say this is the worst experience I have ever had in any food establishment. The bad experiences others have had are the same as mine: long wait for chicken, backed up customers, incredibly slow service. I've never seen anything like it. It is always a crap shoot when you stop here whether you'll have to wait less than 30 minutes (I don't anymore) or they'll even have any chicken. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. read more

It was refreshing to stop at a fast food restaurant where the staff actually paid attention to the details of the order. The food was exactly how we ordered it and was delicious! Highly recommend this KFC and I hope that the staff working today continues to do so. read more

We stopped to go through the drive through and with only 1 other car in line we were asked to wait. When we ordered my husband ordered a 5.00 box with original recipe chicken breast and I ordered a 5 piece tenders box. As we left my husband noticed his had a thigh instead of a breast so we went back around to the window the clerk tried to tell us it was a breast but the manager did come over and acknowledged the mistake. He was given a new box which did have a breast however the meat was tough and it was extra Krispy. He ended up sharing my meal with me. I'm sure they were trying but unfortunately not a good night at this location. read more

When you walk in it looks like your average chicken place. But when you taste it the crunchy breading to the shredded goodness of there chicken is amazing. But once I got to there new fries I was very disappointed they were terrible they tasted like sweet pumpkins with a hint of potato I've definitely tasted better. In my opinion they should have stuck with the potato wedges and mashed potatoes. read more

We order 2 buffet dinners. The salad was spoiled, the beans were dried out, there were a few pieces of chicken, there were no buns, no potatoes, desert was dried out and the place was dirty. Even after telling the counter person, there was no effort to get fresh food for the buffet. . The only good thing was we did not get sick to the extent which requiring hospitalization. The food was good. Now here's the "BUT". It may seem like a small thing to you, to me though it's a big deal. Milk serving 7 ounces!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Give me a break. A serving of milk is 8 ounces. Arby's did the same thing and I won't go there because of it. KFC is not getting my business either as long as they can't give me a full serving of milk. For what you charge for a milk , one would think you wouldn't be so damned tight . Just another way to cheat the consumer. Your expensive packaging is ridiculous. serve it in a more cost efficient package and you could provide 8 or even 10 ounces for the same price. What it amounts to is "the person wishing to drink milk is the one paying for all of the free refills of Pop or coffee. Suggestions would be selling milk by the glass or in paper cartons.
