This is probably the best location for Culver's in the central MN area. The restaurant has always been clean when we've been there. The music is good too! Love the positive vibes. We actually got our food pretty fast when we've ate here. Even when busy! I do expect a little wait but it's always worth it. It was so good I forgot to take pics! I'll upload some the next time we eat here! The service was great per Culver's. I'd say this location and Buffalo are the best locations I've been to. We stopped here enroute to Fargo, ND. I don't eat much and ordered the kids meal cheeseburger, fries, water and custard. I ate it with only half of the bun. Upon the manager's recommendation, I got a double Butterburger and some fried cheese curds. Also, their house root beer to wash it down. This line was a bit longer than other Culver's and the line moved a little bit slower. My assumption is just that it's a busier location and more people are ordering food, not just custard. However, once we ordered, our food came out hot and quick! (A double butterburger value basket and a spicy crispy chicken sandwich). We also ordered a shake and a scoop of custard, which was filled higher than other locations usually do. Much appreciated. Wish I would have taken pictures. But usually when you drive through, your hungry and just want to eat. My husband loves this place, and I e only been 3 times. I have not been impressed ever, and every time I've gone with him-neither has he! The Atlantic fish sandwich toast like old grease. The basic cheeseburger had refrigerator tasting shredded lettuce, the burger did not taste like a burger at all, and the bun actually tasted mushy. Located right off I-94 in Alexandria, this is a perfect place to stop for a bathroom break, frozen custard, and a Butter burger and fries if you're traveling along the Interstate on your way to somewhere else. This particular Culver's has warm décor - with inviting colors, wood, and artwork on the wall. We also like how it has a television for watching, but it's viewable only in one particular section, so you can sit elsewhere if you don't want to see it. Compared with other Culver's - with their cold white and blue décor - this one is warm and inviting. It feels like home, and you want to eat here. The Butter Burgers are excellent, but can be greasy. I have not had any issues with my drive thru orders. the employees at this location are always cheerful and kind. great tasting food too. I usually get the fish sandwich (minus the cheese and add fried onions), the butter burger, or their Rueben which is my favorite! highly recommend the Rueben if you like Ruebens. Yum. It's been probably 8 + years since I have had Culver's , to my surprise it has come along way . First of all the kids and staff are wonderful and friendly staff, clean and busy atmosphere! The cappuccino almond shake is to die for especially considering the fact that there are real shaved almonds in it! I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service at this location! Greeted when we walked in the door, very polite young man taking our order - even went a step further to make the interaction personal by commenting on my husbands hat! Another young guy, seemed to be the front end leader was very polite as well, called an older gentleman 'sir' and even apologized for a little bit of spilled coffee on his tray. Employees are too busy talking and socialize to work. One employee was standing to talking to her friends for 20 minutes and when another employee walked the first one told her that they were distracting her and she better get to work before she got fired and then all three laughed. She then said her shift was over and she would be right back. Then 10 minutes later a shift supervisor came out to the dining room and start taking to her friends. The employees were to busy visiting with their friends to clean off the tables, pick up stuff off the floor, or clean the bathrooms. What pig sty. I have always loved Culvers. But last night we went there and ordered 2 double butter burger deluxes in baskets. Our food arrived and there was a bun and 1 small hamburger on it.
