The absolute slowest service ever, they make people wait up to 30 minutes in the drive-thru! By the time the food finally comes, it is usually cold, especially the coffee which they pour ahead of time and let it sit until the order is ready! I'm not sure what the problem is, but they really need to figure it out and fix it! read more

we waited 45 minutes in the drive thru to move forward 3 spots. We didn't even get our food. this McDonald's has always been the worst one I've ever been to but this visit takes the cake. we were in line from 330-415 on Tuesday October 21st. they weren't having any cars pull forward to wait for their food or anything. worst fast food experience I've ever had. Everybody at this location deserves a pay cut. If you're short staffed then close the store, it's super simple. McDonald's needs to do better. read more

We were the only car in the drive thru, we waited 20 minutes for our order all while 6 other people got served. 2 different employees walked up to our window at different times (4 times) asking "is this your food?" Until another employee came up to tell us that our order was no longer on the screen and they asked for the receipt to start over again. We watched 8 cars altogether come and leave after we ordered and paid. This McDonald's is a joke anytime we decide to grab somethin from there. Not to mention asking my husband in front of the employee to be sure the sauce was in the bag and she said it was to start driving away and see she lied and it was not all on the bag. read more

okay so i was driving back from a lake cabin but then everyone in the car got hungry and we got mcdonalds and there was hair in the food, someone ahead of me waited over 20 minutes for a couple of shakes, fries had pretty much no salt, there was an order of fries and it didn't come which by the way we waited 40 mins for them, and we asked for two PLAIN cheese burgers and then they both had ketchup and pickles and they wouldnt take them back even though we had a receipt.. read more

If I could leave a negative 5 star review I would. Husband and I just stopped for lunch and what a HORRIBLE experience. There was a line when we entered the store, and people struggling on the kiosk to get it to work. You would think one of the four employees in the back standing there looking at all of us would come out to see if they could help or find someone who can. That was not the case at all. They had more than one kiosk but only one was "working", and honestly it was NOT working. We stood in line at the counter then as there is a register. A guy came to the counter and said "you have to use the kiosk" we told him one wasn't working and the other seemed to not be working as well. Again, he says "you have to use the kiosk" we clearly heard you the first time and tried to explain why we were at the counter. At that point it was very clear they didn't value the customer or making the sale. We went across the road, were greeted by the employee at that establishment and received our food in a prompt, FRIENDLY manner. This is how it should be. It should be noted a guy behind us also told the counter help that the kiosk was not working and got the same unfriendly, don't care comment. Well I hope you are proud of yourselves, customer services is a negative 5 as well as friendliness. You lost 6 guests in the amount of time we were there. I cant imagine how many others leave as well! Before anyone thinks maybe it was a staff shortage issue, that was not the case there was 4 or 5 people just standing around looking at all of us in line and not addressing us if they couldn't help us they could have told the supervisor. Absolutely ridiculous! Waited 30 minutes for a small fry with no one in sight up front. When I finally tracked someone down, they told me the fryer was broken. Funny, I thought it was usually the ice cream machine! Asked when I'd get my food and got the same useless answer about the fryer being broken. Never ended up getting my fries and just took my food. Got to the car and realized they didn't give me my drink. Went back to ask for my Sprite, and the guy spilled it all over the floor. Zero communication, zero customer service, and total incompetence. Just Leaving McDonalds in Alexandria Mn. Used the drive throug, and the service was terr and the personal of all was ridiculou. The yound working the microphone was short, & said NOTHING when we paid him. The next gal also said nothing to us, just gave us our waters. We sat there for a short time, and decided we best move until our order came. The young man that brought us our food Simple said "Here" and that was it. Horrible service. My family eats McDonalds about twice a week. This store will only get our order correct about 40% of the time. This week I placed an order for drive up on the app. I waited over 30 mins then finally went inside I waited another 10 mins, was never given an "l'm sorry". Got home and every single thing I ordered was wrong. I ordered 6 different burgers a an every single one was wrong, they didn't give me 2 additional things I had ordered. When I opened the wrong burgers they looked as if someone hit them over and over with a hammer. So we ended up throwing them away, $60+ order wasted. I returned 2 days later because my daughter begged. Well after waiting for 25+ mins I just left. I am beyond tired of the poor service and food this McDonald's puts out, it's unacceptable for a business to do business this way. read more

Still no milk for coffee. I don't get it. Honestly. They keep telling me to buy milk. People drink MILK with coffee, easily as many as drink cream with it I bet. Make it an option. This is a big location with alot of traffic. This was not the cleanest McD ever, and the staff was not the most helpful ever either. How hard can it be to get an order correct? I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a large diet coke. I got a medium diet coke and to top it off............no straw. They have the slowest drive thru!!! I have waited 30 mins on a few occasions, it's never a quick experience, it's ridicules. The order is also usually wrong. Frequently they have machines down so you can't get what you actually want. The workers never seem to know what they are doing. If you have the time it's better to drive to the one north of town or pick one of the other fast food places near by. read more

As an employee that's works there it isn't always the best we understand the wait you go through, but sometimes there's nothing that we can do to. It's an process to make the food in the first place and we have to wait for your food to come down to us. It's a very time consuming process and you have to realize we also have a tons of others orders pending. And I would suggest wait and watch the time you go in if you want to get your food correct and with little to wait go sometime after 12 or even at 3. Also take into consideration that you make have order a lot of food so that may slow down the people who have simply orders like a burger And fries. read more

I wasn't to happy when me and my mom and sister stop to get something to eat. My sister wanted a nuggets but the guy told us that they were still on breakfast ok fine so we all ordered breakfast and all ordered a sandwiches that were made out of biscuits and the cashier told us hold on I have to see if we have any biscuits and he came back and told us that they only have one biscuit and then he told us that then they would be starting the lunch menu. For a place that is suppose to serve breakfast all day they don't go by that and I am very disappointed by the serve they gave us this last weekend. Took over 20 minutes to get our food after we ordered, and when we did get our food, the fries were cold and we got the wrong sandwich. Overheard worker lady tell another customer who got a wrong sandwich, "it would take forever to get another and she should just get her money back." That is horrible customer service. Ordered 2 Big Macs. Got home and opened the box. 2 plain hamburgers on a bun - NOTHING else. How hard is it to make a dang Big Mac?? Pretty expensive dog food. We sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Other times we have come the service has been faster but the food is poorly assembled. It's to the point where I have not personally eaten here (or at any McDonalds) for several years but my husband hasn't learned his lesson yet.
