They took about an hour for one bathroom and I was a little disappointed with the laundry room as it wasn't completely clean. The first bathroom was pretty spotless which I loved. My studio apartment is 650 sq ft and I've never had a professional cleaning done, so 4 hours was the perfect duration for one cleaner. I got the standard cleaning. If your space is less messy than mine then 3 hours should be enough. They even vacuumed and shampooed/steam cleaned + fluffed up the rugs and carpets I have, a great touch. I have a dog and they made sure to use pet friendly products that were still effective. You don't need to be home during the cleaning - just make sure they have access to enter your unit/home and they will send you the bill (and photo proof of the cleaning done) after, very efficient and convenient.
