Now, even with repairs at certain stations it's like every 3 minutes there is another train coming after the first one left. The trains are new. Found them to be clean compared to some of the other lines. What I love about the 7 train "International Express Train" for its diverse neighborhood at every station that you get off. It's like an adventure and you are venturing to another country, smell the fragrance and aromas of the food being cooked. Every country that is represented and you find enclave of eateries and shops. It's like a mini United Nations on the 7 Train. -The MTA 7 Train will take you to Citi Field for Mets Game. Get off at Willets Point Station. Also Flushing Meadow Park, and US open as well as other events. -Get off at Main Street- Last stop towards Flushing. Chinatown- Lots of food shopping and dining experience. Don't forget the Sky View Mall-You will see segment of the mall as train heads underground toward Main Street. Just a few descriptions of the stations on the 7 train to whet your appetite. Unfortunately, the express Q25 had gotten discontinued at exactly one year ago in June 2025 due to budget cuts + low ridership + the new bus network redesign. Q25 is often packed to the brim when I am getting on the bus at my stop. Sometimes, it will get very crowded that I would have to wait for the next bus in another 15 mins or so. Inconvenient wise? Yes, of course!!! Maybe even a longer extended period of waiting time just on the weekends due to whatever unforeseen circumstances and inconveniences. Some examples are due to rerouting, traffic jam, street construction, road closures/repairs or simply the reduced number of buses (less bus service). Can't deny that the Q25 is most likely not gonna be on time during the weekends. Sometimes, two buses might even arrive one after the other at the same time. Most MTA buses are behind schedule for the most part. If your bus ever arrives on time or comes in less than 5 mins, definitely consider yourself as one of the luckier people!

They arranged for me to pick up my phone at a stop on the way back to the city so no time was lost. Ticket booth is a microscopic tiny room and is closed at select times including holidays. Two self-serve ticket machines are available outside by the Port Washington bound stairs. One overhead enclosed waiting area for inclement weather is available on both West bound and East bound platforms. On the West bound platform (trains to New York) passengers can see a slew of sneakers dangling on power lines.

We miserable Q13 riders who wait at the start of the line on 39th Avenue in Flushing get to watch an endless procession of Q28s with a sprinkling of Q16s and Not in Service buses pass by before a stray Q13 limps to the starting line. There are as many *Q48s* as there are Q13s, and 39th Avenue isn't even part of the Q48's route. Very mild hyperbole aside, the live service status on the MTA app proves that, on average, during rush hours, Q28s outnumber Q13s 2:1, with the former scheduled every five minutes compared to nine minutes for the Q13. It is not uncommon to watch five or six Q28s pass by while I stand in the bitter cold or soaking rain waiting for the Q13. It is madness that I can measure the wait time for my bus by the number of buses that pass by on another line. Execrable. LOL at the other reviewer who left a five-star review as a new rider but corrected it to one star a mere four months later, after reality set in. Sucks to be us, doesn't it?

The trip there was fine, but when we were getting ready to head BACK to the city, the driver announced that there was a MANDATORY $3 tip per person. He walked through the aisle to collect it from everybody on the spot. He was argumentative and rude toward passengers who refused to pay the tip. A very uncomfortable situation--felt like a robbery. Tips are a gesture of appreciation; I have never seen any service provider be aggressive like that. The bus company should tell people in advance about extra fees. I don't like confrontation/tension, and didn't feel comfortable watching the driver argue with people. Would NOT recommend.

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response.
