    That's how it looks. 3 buses behind each other and the next in 20 minutes.

    Worst service ever. The person who does the bus schedule probably doesn't know how to count to 10. Three buses at the stop and the next bus 25 minutes after and the bus stop is overcrowded . This is a simple schedule but this IDIOTS they can't get it right. What kind of service is that. I don't understand why they want to charge more for the bus fare. The service they provide it doesn't worth half what we pay now. Always delays rude bus drivers . I wish yelp had the option for half star. This mayor has to do something because it's out of control.

    Es la peor ruta que hay,,se tiene que esperar hasta 30 a 45 minutos,,y siempre a sido asi,y al final pasan 3 buses al mismo tiempo

I was…read moreattending my sisters wedding over the weekend as part of the bridal party and was traveling from the Bronx to New Jersey. I called Watson to request a cab to Penn Station so that I could get to NJ Transit to take a train. I spoke with the dispatcher, Raul, who sent a taxi to me at approximately 6:30 am. The driver takes me to The Port Authority and I asked to re-confirm: "This is Penn Station?" To which he replied "yes!" Then dumps me on the corner and takes off after paying him $50 in cash for the ride and a $5 tip. I go inside to purchase my train ticket and realize there are only bus tickets available. I ask an employee who tells me I need to go to Penn Station because I was at the Port Authority. I called the driver who was too far gone to assist in getting me to the right location so I then had to spend another $18 on a yellow taxi to get me to the correct location. When I called to express my grievance with the Dispatcher I was told nothing could be done, there was no supervisor available and I would need to call back Monday to speak with a Francisco. Because of this egregious error I did not arrive to my sister's wedding in Asbury Park, NJ in time and had to be replaced by a guest in the ceremony! This was a once in a lifetime occasion and it was absolutely ruined for me! I called today to be given the COMPLETE RUN AROUND! Not even an APOLOGY! Absolutely disgusting! The attitude and dodgy behavior has prompted me to leave a Yelp review. Raul is completely incompetent. He told me the cab that I was sent BY HIM the morning of apparently was from a third party driver and there wasn't anything that could be done. I explained I called their dispatcher at Watson directly and provided the info which had to be passed down from them as I never told the driver my destination, he knew it from the dispatcher! I asked to still speak with Francisco as I was told to call back today to speak with him. Raul puts me on hold with no response whatsoever. 5 minutes later I call from an alternate number and press him as to if I'm just being brushed off and placed on hold or am I waiting to speak with Francisco the manager? He tells me "he's unavailable." So I then asked why would you treat a customer this badly? You put me on hold rather than telling me to call back or taking my information for a call back? I don't expect to get any money back as I paid cash, but the least they could have done is offered an APOLOGY and maybe a voucher or credit in the future. The most disgusting, irresponsible and unprofessional TLC company I've ever dealt with in my adult life. Stick to LYFT and UBER, they are way more strict with drivers and had I used that I absolutely would have been refunded for this ridiculous error! This is why these TLC independent business are all going under! DO BETTER because your company and its employees are TRASH!
