It offers more than a facial with some great premium products and high end beauty tools, you also get a great face and neck massage to relax and unwind. Being a nighttime nurse running on little to no sleep, that's high on my to-do list, and I know it's starting to show as I get older, so I appreciate their expertise in this department. Charged me for balayage and never used foil. Last time I was here it was $64 this time $92 for same service. Then after $50 for balayage they never did add 34 for the toner. Bleached my shirt. Then receptionist gave me a dirty look when I didn't tip. Well the tip was going to my shirt I have to replace. Never again. Then my hair had spots that were not done and they had to redo them. Horrible experience.
