Have you ever watched a Facebook Reels where you can SEE the knots getting released. THAT is what I experienced! I had Ramina and she was exactly what I needed in a therapist. When I tell you this, no exaggeration. BEST. MASSAGE. EVER. I need to do my research because it looks like they offer a type of massage where they will walk on your back as the tables have the parallel bars on the ceiling. Before I left I made my next appointment, grabbed a ton of referral cards, and purchased a gift card for my best friend because I wanted her to experience what a REAL massage feels like. For years I paid an outrageous amount for massage clubs with mediocre therapists; always leaving disappointed. Ericka NAILED IT the very first time - a complete massage head to toe, with the perfect gentle but firm pressure. She is highly professional and knowledgeable about the body, taking time to listen to me and address the tension I have. Her salon is BEAUTIFUL - she uses the highest quality scents, towels, and sugar scrubs (that she makes herself). And the icing on the cake was that she blew me away with a birthday package complete with a charcuterie board with fresh fruit, crackers, meat, and fresh citrus water. Her service is UNMATCHED in this area. I've lived in Wesley Chapel my entire life and if I had only one business to recommend it would be Bela Body Massage and Retreat.

Unfortunately, I recently had an experience that left me deeply disappointed. While at the mall, I urgently needed to use the restroom (their bathroom was the closest) and respectfully asked if I could use the restroom facility inside their establishment. Despite being a loyal returning customer, my request was denied because I was not actively paying for a service at that moment. I understand that businesses may have policies in place; however, I found the interaction lacking in basic compassion and customer consideration. It was disheartening to feel that my loyalty and continued support over time did not warrant even a small act of courtesy during a moment of need. Customer service extends beyond transactions, and I hope this feedback encourages a greater emphasis on empathy and consideration toward loyal patrons in the future.
