Me and my boyfriend are from out of town and really were looking to get a good massage but we found a GREAT massage here! We did a couples massage and facial and both walked out feeling amazing! We wish we would have gotten their names but we we treated by 2 women and 1 man and all of them did amazing! I would definitely recommend if you want deep tissue massages and really wanna get those knots out! Thank you to the Massage Heaven that was there on 1/28/23 we both appreciate you guys! read more

This has to have been one of the worst massages I've had, and I've had a lot from many massage therapists. The massage was so abrasive my muscles never relaxed. She did ask often about pressure and that was good but overall, I think it did more damage than it helped. I went in for pinched nerve pain and two days later, I was in the same condition all over again. The pain never really abated and I now have to pay for another massage from someone I hope is better. read more

Gave an excellent massage. Good pressure and knew his pressure points. Checked in frequently about my comfort levels as he moved through the massage. Very respectful. I went as a walk in and they were able to accommodate read more

My husband and I booked a last minute couples massage and had a great massage with Mary and Mae. We will definitely be back.

Felt like having a need of a massage before leaving Florida and happen to found this place on Yelp. Jien was the massage therapist and she did a wonderful job. Have to give the owner a shout out too! Both Jien and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. Will surely be back when in Tampa. read more

Best deep tissue massage of my life! Painful but very therapeutic. My masseuse definitely knew what he was doing. We stopped by without appointment on Sunday morning and were able to get couples massage for 90 minutes. Definitely recommend! read more

Easy to schedule a same day appointment , and deep tissue massage was great! I don't get massages regularly as I haven't found a place that I would return on recurring basis but I will definitely be coming back here! read more

My boyfriend's cousin recommended getting a massage here. She called in an appointment with Laura for a deep tissue massage. A 60 minute deep tissue massage costs $70. It is worth every dollar. Laura can tell where your body is tight and needs work. It hurts in the moment, but once she was finished, I felt amazing when I got up from the table. I will definitely be back. Pro tip: drink a lot of water after your deep tissue massage. It will help with recovery. read more

Massage Heaven - Prices - Reflexology Near Me - Tampa, Florida

This was the massage I needed after almost two years of not getting one. After calling multiple places to find an available time that worked for me, this place was available and the price was reasonable. My masseuse was friendly and nice and got the job done. I wish I would've got her name to request her for next time. The place was clean, and you actually get your full time for what you pay for. I know a lot of places usually cut short an extra 5/10 minutes from my experience but I got a full 60 minutes which was exactly what I needed. I'll definitely be checking this place out again. read more

In Tampa and having some back spasms - this place was close and had an opening. Sign makes it look like it could not a real massage joint - good news - it was and really impressed me. Niya was my masseuse and she was amazing. Highly recommend this place for deep tissue awesomeness. Enjoy ! read more

I try to go every month. This past month we did a couples massage. Amber did mine. She also did my massage last month. She is amazing highly recommend her and Massage Heaven read more

The lady's were friendly & nice. The facility was very clean & soft music was playing in the massage room. I requested a 30 min back & leg massage. I dont mind deep tissue but this was a little rough like a chiropractic massage. If you need any adjustments or alignments this is the place for you.But if you just want a relaxation massage this is certainly not the place for you. I did tell her it hurt & she made some adjustments. During my massage one of the workers came in & was talking to my massage therapist. read more

Sometimes you need a massage to reset your body, and this is the place. I drove a little extra to get here because of the reviews, and the massage therapist didn't let me down. read more

We got a couples hot stone massage--WOW! . I feel sooo good!!! All the tension in my neck and back is gone...I feel like heaven , thank you so much. I will definitely be back! read more

Let me start out by saying how nice Lara is. Unbelievably nice! This place is very clean as well. I made an appointment for a 90 minute hot stone massage. The appointment was easy to make and the price was right ($90 + tip obviously) I hate to be one of the dissenters here, but I will never go back. I've had plenty of massages in my day... even MEDICAL massages for my back at the chiro... (in fact I'd had a massage a month prior) but nothing like this ever. Before I say this, I will freely admit that I'm 20lbs overweight and I recognize and understand that when you're out of shape, massages can get uncomfortable. Let me just say, though, that I could not wait for this to end. I asked for Medium. And felt like I got the shit beat out of me. She hand chopped at my arms and legs. She crawled onto the table with me to dig her elbows into me (or maybe it was a stone, I was laying on my stomach so can't say for sure) For the obvious questions, NO I did not feel better later. Or the next day. Or the next FOUR days. Even my SKULL hurt the next day (yes I know you're laughing right now). I could not massage shampoo into my hair the next day without pain, I could not tuck my hair behind my ear without pain, I could not wear my headset at work without pain... The massage was on Monday evening, I was pain free on Friday. I never want to give a poor review for a local business as I always try to support non-chain businesses. Here I think you should definitely look at the other reviews as well. I may have been an isolated incident, I don't know. Clearly everyone else who has gone here loves this place. It's definitely not for me, though. read more

If I could give zero, I'd give zero. Booked a couples massage here, and when we came in for our session the lady at the register said she had given our time session to another couple that walked in. We weren't even late, we came in 1 minute before our session. They didn't confirm the number or email with the couple that walked-in and just gave them our booked slot. They offered a discount for another time and tried to hand me water but that can't make up for sheer stupidity and poor planning on your end. Don't give this place your business if you can help it read more

This is a great place to have a Real deep tissue massage. Jeff is very thorough and definitely has great tactic in releasing the acupressure points as they are meant to be released. Also, I've had plantar fasciitis for several months now, and Jeff has definitely helped reduce the pain in the first two reflexology sessions. Incredibly talented! I highly recommend Massage Heaven and also Jeff. Thank you! read more

Came in from Texas on a bouncy flight but that did not stop me from taking a 2 hour nap. I paid for it though, my back and my neck was all tense. Look at couple of places to get a massage but the neighborhood looked rough so I kept looking til I found Massage Heaven. I call to make an appointment but one was not needed. I work doing heavy lifting so a soft massage does not work for me. I tell you this little woman had some strength on her, I was hurting later that put it was a good hurt. The hurt from the flight and the massage both went away as the day went on. I do recommend this place whether it's a gentle or heavy massage that you like it relaxing and good. When I'm back in town it's a for sure stop. read more

TLDR; 3/10, with so many massage therapists in Tampa I will go somewhere else next time. Sick therapist, low-quality room, didn't honor posted prices. Massage Session: Booked a same-day 90-minute couples massage on Monday. The massage quality itself was pretty good and I left feeling limber. However, my massage therapist was sick and was coughing and sneezing the whole time. I was glad she at least wore a mask but she rarely washed her hands (only once did she get up and wash during the whole sneezing session). It made me uncomfortable and hard to relax during the session. I also started sneezing the day after so it was a contagious cold, but I did take a COVID test and it was negative. I do think it was very unprofessional to do this work while sick and she should have stayed home, maybe I should have spoken up, but it didn't seem like there were any other therapists available and they already charged us so I just powered through. The massage therapist also never checked in with me about pressure or problem areas so I had to tell her instead of being able to relax during the session. My partner said he enjoyed his therapists though and didn't have any issues, so I guess just my bad luck. Environment: The room and sheets were clean but of low quality. My bed had bottom sheets that had holes in them and felt scratchy against my skin. The room was also stale and stuffy and would have benefited from a fan of some sort. Charges: At the end of the session, I attempted to use the yelp coupon and the person who checked us out (I didn't get her name) said she has never seen it before and wouldn't allow us to use it. Then she said it was for the 60-minute session (but they already charged us $200 for the 90 min session, which is what the coupon says is the reg. price). It seemed to me she just didn't want to honor the coupon. Instead of applying it for us, the woman said that we should try to use it "next" time. Unfortunately, I don't think there will be the next time. Disappointed. read more

EXCELLENT service. I got a couples massage and both my girlfriend and I were very impressed with the service and professionalism at Massage Heaven. Place was super clean and comfortable. Our mousses defiantly had training under their belt as I had some crack and pops that I have never felt before, and it felt amazing! I will defiantly return to Massage Heaven. Very nice place for the BEST prices in town!!!!! SUPER satisfied with my massage. 10/10 read more

Very good shiatsu massage. I asked for heavy pressure and it was pretty well done. I feel great!

The massage here was the best I've ever had! We went in for a couple's massage & they worked all of our problem areas amazingly. The hot stone really elevated the massage as well. We will be coming back! read more

The massage was good and I was happy with it at first. Then she left the room to answer the front door in the middle of my massage, once the massage was done I paid with my debit card and tipped her $20 cash, she then complained about my tip asking if that was all I was giving her. That blew me away. Needless to say I will not be going back there again ever! read more

Mary and Nancy do a fantastic massage every time I come here. Mary is very friendly and really knows her skill. Money well spent for the grade of massage given here. read more

This is my 1st time in this location. It is clean, professional and Mary gave me the best deep tissue massage!

I had an appointment with Mary this morning and hands down it was the best massage I've ever gotten. There was no wait, the rooms were clean and relaxing, and Mary went straight to work knowing exactly what I needed. The price point ($100 for 90 minutes) can't be beat and I will be back without a doubt! read more

It smelled like a animals and the lady ready beat me down. U might like it but I wasent a big fan off her stomping on me I'll pass

Amazing! Super professional and clean. The massage was relaxing and felt great. I will definitely be back.

I had a 90 minute swedish massage this morning and it was so incredibly relaxing. I did not have to mention to the therapist the areas which needed attention. As soon as he began the massage, he immediately zeroed in on those areas. It was fabulous and I highly recommend this location! read more

My wife and I are very busy , we're not tourists. So a day before we booked a couples massage. So far so good. On the morning we even called to confirm our appointment. When We arrived we were told one of the techs had gone to Orlando. If you're running a business this is no way to behave. On the plus side the owner was very apologetic and offered us two for the price of one . Happy Ending ? What do you think ? read more

Been to a few places that was alright but this one hit the spot. Got a 90mins couple massage. All of the tightness in my shoulder blades is gone. The therapist gently stretched my hips out too (wasn't expecting that) but it felt good. No complaints here. I'm recommending this place to all my friends now. read more

I received the couples romantic massage for a hour and it was great. I never had a massage before but my girlfriend had a few previous ones. I think its a good price for what they offer read more

Such a great eastern massage spa. I personally enjoy a lot of the Asian massage techniques more than the popular Swedish and traditional massage techniques. Lisa and Laura are great massage therapist and I appreciate their effort when massaging because I know how physically demanding their jobs are. I go to this massage spa every week. Mary provide a great massage for me each time . She is the best ! This is she great place to go.

Excellent massage. One of the most professional and best massages I've ever had, especially the deep tissue massage. I'm actually surprised that anyone would give this place less than 5 stars. I saw one review from by Cassie J. saying the place was unprofessional. This women must be a very low quality p.o.s. to write a review like that for such a professional massage therapy. read more

Laura is by far the BEST massage therapist around.. She has such a calming and kind spirit as well. If you are looking for relaxation make an appointment as you truly won't be disappointed. I had a massage at Crystal Tampa Spa with Lisa. The massage was good, but the customer service was HORRIBLE! Lisa asked for payment BEFORE the massage to INCLUDE TIP. She asked several times. Again, the massage was good. After the massage, both Lisa and Laura waited for me at the desk with the PAID receipt in hand, pointed to the tip line and asked for a tip. I always tip for services rendered, always. However, I do not like for someone or a team to beg for tips. The only thing that was relaxed was my wallet as they tried to drain the funds! Needless to say, this was my FIRST, LAST and ONLY visit to Crystal Tampa Spa. If you choose this place, come with lots of $$$ for tips. read more
