I am not one to ever give a bad review, but this was an experience I would not recommend. I had Nick, and I truly did not feel comfortable or relaxed. He talked to me the entire time I was being massaged. He asked about my main concerns (Back & Neck) and spent over 30 minutes on my neck, which was unnecessary. He rubbed my arms and laid my hand on his thigh as he sat in a chair beside me as he rubbed me. I was extremely uncomfortable and couldn't relax the whole massage. There was barely any pressure and the back rub was something an unlicensed person could do as it was a rub up and down. he asked me to flip over from stomach to back so he could rub my neck and that was something I had never done for a massage. If you want to rest... don't go there if you want a real deep tissue. Don't go there. You can hear all the outside traffic. He would rub my upper back and neck and then go straight to my lower back close to my butt and not focus anywhere else. sitting as close and standing over me with one hand rubbing and the other making a noise i had no clue what he was doing and it wasn't pleasant. Wendy did a nice massage however, she let me know multiple times that I was poisoning my body with tap water, and numerous other food items. I made the mistake of mentioning Trump and she started telling me how he was a gift from God. And God made him president. I told her we did not agree politically so it'd be best if we didn't speak about it. She again spoke about him and again I asked her not to. Then when she said Trump is better than Obama I nearly lost it. I warned her for the last time that I would leave if she didn't change her subject matter. Massages are generally more of a "need to do" than a "nice to do" for me. I wait until stress builds up and then seek help to get it out of my system. I knew a bad work week was coming so I figured it was time to find a place close to home that I could book an appointment and not have traffic put me right back into stress-mode by the time I returned home. Care Massage is nearby so I thought I would give it a try. The day I called I was able to make an appointment. There is parking right in front of the entrance which is very convenient. I filled out a short form and was immediately shown to one of the private rooms which was very appreciated. Marty was an excellent massage therapist who was considerate about telling me everything that was happening. He asked questions before we began and throughout the entire massage to make sure the pressure being applied was at least comfortable as well as tolerable. I appreciated how hard he was working and how well it was working for me. Highlights for me where the sensations of him working on my toes, forearms and the last intense attention applied to my neck. The warm, damp cloth on both feet at the very end was a nice touch and the warmth of the massage table, coupled with a heat pad applied to my back at one point while I was face down, were especially enjoyable. Did I mention this particular day was cold and damp? The hour-long session was extremely effective and I left feeling quite relaxed. This will definitely be the place for my next massage. I saw this place on groupon and figured I should try it out. Aaron was my massage therapist. He was great! I got the hit stone massage and it was one of the best massages I've ever received. He helped identify my troubled areas and even helped me learn some stretches to do at home. He's been massages for 13 years. He has a lot of experience, is very knowledgable, as well as professional. I had a massage booked for 1300. I showed up at 1240 and no one greeted me until 1252. Then I received a "hello you need to fill out the paperwork." I doubt I'll be back since the customer service is lacking. They were unorganized and didn't know what room to put us in. Overall not that great or relaxing of an experience. The place is outdated and could use a renovation and better parking spaces. The massages in the end we're okay but i definitely won't be returning. I bought a groupon for this location since I had been having some back issues. I had Aaron as my massage therapist, he did a great job. The next day, my back felt better than it had in awhile. Only complaint is the hot stones, apparently they were too hot for the massage therapist to hold which made it a little awkward since I got a hot stone massage. I thoroughly enjoyed it but felt a little guilty that he was burning his hands. I would recommend this place and plan to return since they are not too expensive. read more

I went to go get my massage which suppose to be a pleasant experience but it was awful. I had purchase some gift certificate special months before hand for an hour massage. But he said I credited for half hour only. I was mad but brush it off... I felt like I was shady so I gave them my second gift certificate and he said my mom already used it. What a lie!!!!!! I came here not too long ago with my boyfriend. After checking around the area it was nearly impossible to book a couples massage on a Monday afternoon. Then we stumbled upon this place. It's in a little plaza near fresh market. It's kind of set up like a doctors office and all of the staff is very friendly. I love hard and deep massages but not deep tissue so, it's nearly impossible to find someone that can massage my traps the way I like it.... Haha I believe the guys name was Nick that worked on me...Omg, he was amazing. He did an exceptional job! I will definitely be back to see him... Upon entering, there were 2 male massage therepist in the lobby. My best friend and I was there to get a massage. The 2 gentlemen basically had a argument on who was going to massage who. My massage therapist was Marty. I would not recommend him. Very unprofessional. I had the hot stone massage. During my massage, my hot stones were way too hot, burning my back.
