He asked me about my massage parameters in advance and focused on the areas I asked . Heard all the good things about Rebecca, so scheduled my first appointment. Used their system, appointment was accepted, and confirmed. Showed up 20 minutes early as I know there are always forms to fill out on first visit. Then I waited, and waited, and about 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin, was told Rebecca had to go somewhere earlier but was supposed to be back and they cannot get hold of her by phone. This is about as rude as it gets folks! Things come up, but you call your customer and cancel, not let them make a 30 min drive to find you are not going to bother to show. Said he would reach back out to me after speaking with her and never did... *Original Post* Went there with my mom a couple days ago and she had Scott and I had Jennifer. My mom left very refreshed, said it was probably the best massage she's ever had and I left very unhappy. Jennifer used cold lotion, without even warning me, where's the oil?? Anytime I spoke to her she didn't respond back, my mom even said hi to her in the lobby and she didn't respond, she's very aggressive, seems like she's in a hurry or just does not want to be there.. Not very fond of my experience...I got there early to ensure a full 60 minute deep tissue massage as instructed by the person who booked my appointment, however my massage ended about 10 minutes early and when I asked the secretary about it she did not seem to be concerned at all. My massage therapist didn't introduce herself nor ask questions about where my pain was located. The massage was okay but she did not target my pain at all, which was my main concern when booking my appointment. Daniel was my therapist, he was professional and knowledgeable. I'm definitely going back. I've had at least 50+ massages, he's top 5 for sure! Very good technically and didn't short me on time, even though I got there at my appt time but had to fill out paper work which pushed my start time at 2:10, he finished at 3:11. Worst scheduling ever!! Bought a Groupon for 3 massages, never could get them to schedule me. Went on the website to schedule an appointment waited two days for the confirmation never received it. I go back on the website and see it's declined. Schedule another day, day later get declined. Mind you these are open time slots showing available. Called in to get scheduled, I get a time only for them to change the time on me the day before. Then call again change the time on me again! Rescheduled for another day (today) , what happens 30 minutes before my appointment time I get a text canceling my appointment. Will never recommend them and surely will let everyone I know not to use them. If you don't want to honor the Groupon you shouldn't have sold them. I have been to this place before, but this time I was introduced to Dan when I mentioned that I wanted to increase my leg flexibility for martial arts. While friendly discussing different techniques, Dan mentioned how he had worked for three years with soft tissue and ROM (I'm thinking EXCELLENT!!); he showed me some excellent ways to isolate my hamstrings when stretching. In addition, he also worked on me for 30 minutes and there was a noticeable difference in the stiffness of both my hamstrings and hips therefore allowing a much deeper stretch before I even got off the table. I came home and did some additional stretching. I am happy to say that I will definitely be booking a longer session and am looking forward to improving my kicks!! Thanks Dan !! read more

Overall this place was a hit or miss for me. My first prenatal massage here was fantastic, but unfortunately the massage therapist was no longer there when I went back a 2nd time. My 2nd massage however was absolutely horrible, all I could feel was this therapists finger nails the entire time and the massage itself was just all over the place and not enjoyable. The ( owner I'm assuming) was very nice about the situation and had me return the next day to receive another massage by someone else. This massage was much better, however, this new therapist talked throughout the entire massage and most of the topics were uncomfortable. This place just left me feeling kinda meh, not 5 stars, but not terrible enough to receive less then 3 since they are reasonably priced and accommodating. read more

My original experience was good only because of the masseuse. She quit. The manager (who was fired) told me to retain her I needed to buy 3 more spots. $200.00. When I found out she left I asked for my money back. They said no problem (the Mother) and her "boss" offered a free massage to see if I would like to stay. I had that with Daniel. OMG he put me in such pain. I was in such pain. They convinced me to try one more person. Now this was to use 1 of my 3 ($200.00) . What a waste of my time and money. The mother said "no problem" she just needed to find out how to repay me the balance. I called 7 times, they would not answer my calls. Finally I started to get "unknown" calls-I do not answer without a message so they could say they "tried to reach me" . They finally gave me to the son that REFUSES to give me my money back??? I called the police, they cannot help me. I sat in the parking lot because they had there door locked. He came and told me he called the police. I said fine, I will sit right here and wait for them. They never came, I beleive it was a fake phone call that he let me hear "to scare their client" and they kept my money. BUYER BEWARE. Total unprofessionalism. I tried calling them for a whole month and their calls were going to a personal VM that obviously they do not review. Once when I was their they had NO air-conditioning and I was told if I had to reset because of that they would doc my first order by 1 massage because if was not their fault they had no A/C. This is FL who makes they painful client give up one of their massages because the have no air. HORRIBLE , extremely unprofessional and darn right liars and con people in my opinion.
