I went to Brandon Massage Oasis with complaints of headaches accompanied by upper back and shoulder pain. The office was very clean and pleasant. I received a therapeutic massage that was tailored to my needs and concerns and I left the office feeling amazing. I have returned a few times and my experiences have been equally as impressive. The therapists are very knowledgeable, caring and professional. This is truly a great place to go for pain relief. Thank you! read more

I have been looking for a new massage location for months now and every place has fallen short, until now. I called early today and had a spot tonight. My massage therapist Daniel was very attentive. He asked me about my massage parameters in advance and focused on the areas I asked . He definately knows his craft, he knew I had headaches, without me even mentioning it, and focused on the tension in my neck. This might be my new spot for a massage. Thank you Massage Oasis . read more

Heard all the good things about Rebecca, so scheduled my first appointment. Used their system, appointment was accepted, and confirmed. Showed up 20 minutes early as I know there are always forms to fill out on first visit. Then I waited, and waited, and about 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin, was told Rebecca had to go somewhere earlier but was supposed to be back and they cannot get hold of her by phone. This is about as rude as it gets folks! Things come up, but you call your customer and cancel, not let them make a 30 min drive to find you are not going to bother to show. Not sure where all the glowing reviews are coming from. Friends and family? read more

The absolute best I will always remember this place , the best. I've gotten massages all over, the ritz Carlton, fancy massage places and this is the best read more

Love love this place thank you Lesly for my amazing massage your hands are magical lol and Kaitlyn for my awesome facial and reconditions very knowledgeable. Scott was awesome. He took the time to talk about my medical history with me and made sure to target the areas I was struggling with the most. He was very kind as well. read more

*UPDATE* A guy reached out to me and just blamed everything on me. Had an excuse for everything she did. Said he would reach back out to me after speaking with her and never did... *Original Post* Went there with my mom a couple days ago and she had Scott and I had Jennifer. My mom left very refreshed, said it was probably the best massage she's ever had and I left very unhappy. Jennifer used cold lotion, without even warning me, where's the oil?? Anytime I spoke to her she didn't respond back, my mom even said hi to her in the lobby and she didn't respond, she's very aggressive, seems like she's in a hurry or just does not want to be there.. This was a gift from my mom so I'm glad hers worked out but if I ever go back I will be requesting Scott. I feel more in pain now then I did before I got there. read more

Great experience! Had a wonderful couples massage. Very professional and clean, well worth the money!

Scott was so wonderful in helping me in a relaxation massage. Been experiencing back and neck pain. Made sure I was taken care of. Will definitely be coming back for a therapeutic massage and chiropractor adjustment. They also are making sure you are comfortable with the room and they make sure it's sanitized before each client comes through read more

Definitely recommended Shannon Kennedy at Brandon Massage Oasis. The atmosphere was very soothing and calming right when I stepped. She did a wonderful job with my massage and I absolutely be back again! read more

As i was parking my car, 10 minutes before my appointment, i received a text saying it was canceled. This was so unprofessional, really, 10 minutes before the appointment. Don't recommend! read more

I made an appointment for 8 am this Sunday morning for two, my friend and I arrived at 7:45 when the doors were still locked. We waited in their parking lot until 8:06 am when we received a text from them CANCELLING our appointment because they "can't reach our number." But we got the text, didn't we?! This would've been my friends first massage for her birthday. I'm so disappointed, and now they're not answering any of my calls. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I will NEVER be back. read more

Not very fond of my experience...I got there early to ensure a full 60 minute deep tissue massage as instructed by the person who booked my appointment, however my massage ended about 10 minutes early and when I asked the secretary about it she did not seem to be concerned at all. My massage therapist didn't introduce herself nor ask questions about where my pain was located. The massage was okay but she did not target my pain at all, which was my main concern when booking my appointment. The environment was clean, however I I just not pleased with the staff and experience. Not the place for pain relief if that is what you are looking for... read more

what an amazing last minute treat while in town.... called for 2 apts and the desk Manager Eddie went out of his way to call an off duty masseuse to come in. Shannon was a gift as she tirelessly worked my stress and pains away.!Not only did I enjoy the hour emensely but she was gracious to extend an addition 30min request. I highly recommend this true oasis! Hope to be back again in the near future! read more

Daniel was my therapist, he was professional and knowledgeable. I'm definitely going back. I've had at least 50+ massages, he's top 5 for sure! Very good technically and didn't short me on time, even though I got there at my appt time but had to fill out paper work which pushed my start time at 2:10, he finished at 3:11. Great experience I will make his service apart of my regular monthly things I need to do!!! read more

I was going to be in Brandon for the day and needed some work on my neck and shoulders. I found Brandon Massage Oasis through a Google search and decided to make an appointment. The online scheduling option made it easy to schedule and get on with my day. My deep tissue massage with Shannon was AMAZING. I knew that I was going to feel some incredible relief in a couple days after my muscles recovered. She was very attentive to the areas I needed the most work. The atmosphere was really peaceful and prices are excellent value. I live 45 minutes away but made an appointment to come back because the massage was really fantastic. read more

I was looking for a deep tissue massage to help relieve some lower back and leg pain. I found Massage Oasis online, I was able to quickly and easily book an appointment online for that same day. Daniel was my massage therapist. He was great, very professional. He asked questions and explained what he was doing and why. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and plan to use their services again. read more

We went for a couples massage today and it was amazing! Fredier and Kim gave incredible deep-tissue massages. I had a lot of knots and muscle tension in my back and shoulders and Fredier worked them all out and now I feel so much more relaxed! I will definitely be back! read more

The worse massage experience ever. I feel bruised and the guy talked the entire session.. horrible.

Normally I prefer a certain masseuse and today I was given Jennifer who hands-down probably gave me the best tissue massage ever. I highly recommend her and the business. read more

Worst scheduling ever!! Bought a Groupon for 3 massages, never could get them to schedule me. Went on the website to schedule an appointment waited two days for the confirmation never received it. I go back on the website and see it's declined. Schedule another day, day later get declined. Mind you these are open time slots showing available. Called in to get scheduled, I get a time only for them to change the time on me the day before. Then call again change the time on me again! Rescheduled for another day (today) , what happens 30 minutes before my appointment time I get a text canceling my appointment. Will never recommend them and surely will let everyone I know not to use them. If you don't want to honor the Groupon you shouldn't have sold them. And have the nerve to have a attitude on the phone when you call! Horrible customer service! read more

I have been to this place before, but this time I was introduced to Dan when I mentioned that I wanted to increase my leg flexibility for martial arts. While friendly discussing different techniques, Dan mentioned how he had worked for three years with soft tissue and ROM (I'm thinking EXCELLENT!!); he showed me some excellent ways to isolate my hamstrings when stretching. In addition, he also worked on me for 30 minutes and there was a noticeable difference in the stiffness of both my hamstrings and hips therefore allowing a much deeper stretch before I even got off the table. I came home and did some additional stretching. I am happy to say that I will definitely be booking a longer session and am looking forward to improving my kicks!! Thanks Dan !! read more

Overall this place was a hit or miss for me. My first prenatal massage here was fantastic, but unfortunately the massage therapist was no longer there when I went back a 2nd time. My 2nd massage however was absolutely horrible, all I could feel was this therapists finger nails the entire time and the massage itself was just all over the place and not enjoyable. The ( owner I'm assuming) was very nice about the situation and had me return the next day to receive another massage by someone else. This massage was much better, however, this new therapist talked throughout the entire massage and most of the topics were uncomfortable. This place just left me feeling kinda meh, not 5 stars, but not terrible enough to receive less then 3 since they are reasonably priced and accommodating. read more

Rebecca is amazing! Her prices are very competitive and you actually get a full hour (not 45 or 50 min) like massage chains. I went in with lower back and allergy problems. She diffused eucalyptus vapors that cleared right up. The attention she gave my lower back was amazingly healing. She cares about her clients comfort and their results. I've referred several people who all have been extremely happy with her services. Booking an appt with her is so simple with the service she uses. I highly recommend Brandon Massage Oasis! read more

My original experience was good only because of the masseuse. She quit. The manager (who was fired) told me to retain her I needed to buy 3 more spots. $200.00. When I found out she left I asked for my money back. They said no problem (the Mother) and her "boss" offered a free massage to see if I would like to stay. I had that with Daniel. OMG he put me in such pain. I was in such pain. They convinced me to try one more person. Now this was to use 1 of my 3 ($200.00) . What a waste of my time and money. The mother said "no problem" she just needed to find out how to repay me the balance. I called 7 times, they would not answer my calls. Finally I started to get "unknown" calls-I do not answer without a message so they could say they "tried to reach me" . They finally gave me to the son that REFUSES to give me my money back??? I called the police, they cannot help me. I sat in the parking lot because they had there door locked. He came and told me he called the police. I said fine, I will sit right here and wait for them. They never came, I beleive it was a fake phone call that he let me hear "to scare their client" and they kept my money. BUYER BEWARE. Total unprofessionalism. I tried calling them for a whole month and their calls were going to a personal VM that obviously they do not review. Once when I was their they had NO air-conditioning and I was told if I had to reset because of that they would doc my first order by 1 massage because if was not their fault they had no A/C. This is FL who makes they painful client give up one of their massages because the have no air. HORRIBLE , extremely unprofessional and darn right liars and con people in my opinion. Please do not put yourself at risk for such a rinky-dink atmosphere. Shannon was the only good thing they had and they lost her too. read more

Appointments were cancelled at the last minute - 1 as I was headed out the door, 1 the day before and 2 I wasn't informed of and showed up. The last time it happened she insisted her assistant called and spoke with me. However, as I am not senile I insisted no such call took place. Will never do business here again - horrible service. read more
